On Doyo Day, after taking turns for lunch, Aletta is given time to rest.

Sitting in the chair in that room with a simple table and chair, provided beside the kitchen, present side by side in the shower room and dressing room, and then "Tokay" with two spinning needles, Aletta shrugs.

(I, too, have to work hard... I can't do it like Saki)

When I'm resting, it comes to my mind about Saki, who would be working instead of Aletta right now.

Saki is the niece of a shopkeeper who has been hired out for a long time now and is a daughter who serves as well as Aletta beside the shopkeeper's cooking assistant.

Saki, who is probably younger than Aletta because she said at the time of her first introduction that she was new to adulthood, looks so smart from Aletta's eyes that she can do anything.

Saki seems to be serving but aspiring to be a cook. In the morning, in the kitchen during the preparation time, vegetable peeling, etc. is relatively simple, but it helps the store owner to prepare for his visit.

Furthermore, Saki also wore academics by going to "Gakkow" after being the same stranger as the store owner or because he was smart compared to himself. Unlike Aletta, who is still unable to calculate numbers and can't count on you, he can write and calculate letters from different worlds. I've never made a mistake in accounting either.

Regardless, Aletta also has the pride of being better at working here for quite some time in terms of customer appearance, politeness when carrying food, etc.

Ever since I was hired here, I've been almost alone in customer service for all kinds of people living in my world.

But still, when I look at things like writing letters easily, or doing calculations that Aretta doesn't know so easily, or answering in detail when a customer asks me about a menu, I still get anxious from time to time that Saki is much better than herself and she tells me she doesn't need it.

With that circumstance, Aletta and Saki hadn't really figured it out.

"Guys. Good luck. It will be, okay?

"... Ah, uh, go ahead"

So when Saki smiled and brought me two boxes of flying puppies and a pottery cup with a handle on it and asked if I could sit next to her, naturally, Aletta had to nod as she black-and-white her eyes.

"Yeah. Then you sit down. And this. My uncle said Aletta's preference was cocoa. I got cocoa, okay?

Saki does not hesitate to sit next to Aletta and offers Aletta a one crack of the cup.

Aletta releases her cheeks only slightly to the sweet cocoa scent drifting from inside, remembering and frightening that Saki is sitting right next to her.

"... uh, thanks for that, thank you"

"Mm-hmm. It's okay. Don't worry so much. I just want to get along with Aletta."

To Aletta with a tough look, Saki answers with flamboyance. For Saki, Aletta is the one who most definitely wants to get along. Anyway, he's also the first interworldly acquaintance in Saki's life, and most importantly, he's only two colleagues on Saturday, including himself.

"Huh? Um, friendly, are you?

But Aletta overheard Saki's words. Sure, there are people in different worlds, like Sarah and Shea, starting with store owners, who care about Aletta somehow, but that's because Aletta is a squire hired in a different world cafeteria, and she was never asked to relate like a cheap friend like Saki.

That's why I didn't know what to do, and Aletta was confused.

"Right. Well, if Aletta says she doesn't like getting along with me, well, I guess that might be it, but she's still one of those people who ate the same kettle of rice. And on Saturday, my uncle, me and Aletta are the only people I work with, and I want to get along."

Saki hangs words without any feelings against Aletta, who is puzzled that way.

Originally, I don't think Aletta is so scared of Saki. He is a colleague who was born and raised a little outside of Japan.

It doesn't look like a normal foreign girl, who seems to be a Demonic but appears in comics and cartoons, or a bloody, scary being who likes to fight sacrificially, except that horns are growing. Then it was Saki's feeling that for some reason it would be much easier to get along than an overseas student at the same university just for the sake of being able to speak Japanese perfectly.

"Well, if that's the case... well, thank you again from now on"

You conveyed how Saki felt, Aletta admits to getting along with Saki with a giggle.

"Yeah. Nice to meet you."

In response to that word, Saki laughs at Aletta and says: Still hard on the expression, but that would be the one to say the challenges ahead.

"Well, let's just say it's a sign of closeness... let's eat this together"

Keeping that smile, Saki opens the box with what she bought at the employee price earlier.

"Huh?... this, maybe a cake, is it?

To him that enters into it, Aletta turns her eyes round.

Confectionery with yellow dough in a light brown strip in the box, cocoa colored dough, then cream of the same color with slightly pink dough.

Often, it was very similar to a confection called a cake, preferred and eaten by human priests and nobles, and then by demonic women mercenaries.

"Mm-hmm. It's close, but it's a little different."

Take one of the confectionery in all three, one with a yellow custard pinched.

Three different sets that were specially sold after today at the cake shop upstairs, Flying Pappy.

I tried buying it because it seemed too delicious, but I thought eating it all by myself on the boulder was a lot tough on my stomach and calories, so I thought it would be just fine, while breaking it in half.

"This is it, Waffle. I also like the freshly baked warmth, but these cold, moist ones are delicious, too."

Saki offers Aretta the bigger one as he tells her the name of the confection.

"You don't have to hesitate. I mean, I want Aletta to eat half of it."

Saki smiles and urges Aletta to eat, looking back with her eyes that make her feel like she's expecting something.

"Then thank you Saki, not the devil god..."

Am I confused? Aletta receives the waffle while offering a slightly weird pre-meal prayer.

Waffles took such Aretta's mouth softly.

The fluffy soft fabric is slightly sweet. Packed in the back of that dough that tastes like eggs and milk is a sweet cream that tastes like soft eggs. Aletta is accidentally melted alert and her face blown apart by the sweetness of the cream, where black particles that give off a sweet fragrance of alcohol and bitterness appear pompous.

(... after all, that's really yummy)

It wasn't until I came to this otherworldly dining room that I found out that eating delicious food was such a pleasure. And when I ate these delicious things, my cheeks started to loosen naturally.

(Yeah, yeah. This kid looks delicious. Really)

I still think this girl is the cutest when she's eating delicious food, while I'll split the second one in half.

Aletta receives the second very naturally.

Now the dark brown one was sandwiched with a black cream.

(Oh, this, chocolate treat, huh?

In its shade Aletta eats while imagining the flavor of her own chocolate.

"... ugh. A little bitter......?

That's why I raise my voice a little surprised that I tried it and it tasted different than I expected.

That waffle is sweet. Of course it's sweet, but apart from that I felt a fragrant bitterness.

The bitterness that is accentuating the sweetness of the chocolate was a little stronger than the confectionery I've ever had.

"Oh, couldn't it be bitter?

To that appearance, Saki asks Aletta as she faces to say if she has failed just a little.

Besides, Aletta takes another bite and then smiles and says what she thinks.

"No! It's bitter and sweet and... I think these are delicious too!

Because it is bitter, the sweetness can also be felt firmly. Aletta did like the flavor. "

"Yeah, yeah. Then this is the last time. He's a wooden man."

When I say that, I break the last one in half and give it to you.

Cream mixed with bright red fruit by the way in a beautiful pink color and waffles made of pink fabric as well.

Aletta looked a little surprised when she received and ate without any more confusion.

The next cream, sweet.

I found it just a little sour, but sweet enough to beat it.

... right after I felt that, I felt clear sourness.

Mixed in cream, the little berries were more sour than sweet.

And that sourness refreshes the mouth and immediately afterwards the sweetness of the cream.

(This, sweet, sour...)

Sweet and sour. They come alternately. It would have been excellent if it had been eaten with a slightly sweet and sour dough that gently wrapped its flavor.

Eating three different waffles that weren't just sweet, Aletta was smiling naturally.

Saki's face naturally grins when she sees it sipping hot milk and eating waffles at the same time.

Saki also likes to eat delicious food, but she thinks it's just as fun to see people eat that delicious food.

(Maybe next time I'll plug in some other stuff)

Saki thought so with that grin.
