The Prodigy Sefiria’s Overpowering Program

2 Years, 6 Months, 4 - - Mine City Legpellum

Travelling from Plazatos, the capital of the Republic, to the mining city of Legperum.

I was relaxing about three days on the carriage, surrounded by animals on a break along the way.

It would have never been possible because of the magic that it was leaking out of my body before.

The Magic Instructors say that the magic that leaks out of your body can be suppressed depending on your training.

But I don't know how to do that, and even if I do, it's not something I can master overnight because I have too much magic.

In the first place, I'm not good at that kind of sensationally perceptible stuff, am I?

So I was athletic tone deaf in my previous life, and I would never try to fight until I got magical aid in combat.

But now, the golden magic that leaks from my body… it seems that this is camouflaging my original magic, so that the animals can no longer escape.

Rather, you recognize that you are safe beside me, so much so that you come proactively closer.

"Hehe, that's cute"

"Right. It's kind of healing."

Just a short distance from the carriage during my lunch break, I was lenient as Mr. Nelvia hugged me.

And then the little animals came out of nowhere and gathered around me.

Occasionally, I come looking like a wolf or a bear, but that kind of thing is in the carriage eating something again. When Mr. Rümmyfort glances at one, it disperses amazingly.

The sight of tiny animals like rabbits and squirrels coming with nuts and fruits and eating chickens and shaving weeds is soothing.

I won't stroke it because I'm a little hesitant hygienically to touch wild animals, but I'd love to have a pet or something someday.

And while we sandwiched such a soothing break, we were only a few moments away from the mining city of Legpellum.

The quality of the carriage is completely different from when we used to travel through the Republic, so you seem to arrive earlier than you thought.

I was thinking about how it would work when I got to Legperium, being held in a rotation by everyone in my family or being approached over my right to be my chair.

Then the Livery Demon Leader girl who was sitting across the street - she said her name was Mirka, and she said she was the youngest girl in the Livery Demon Leader - has spoken to me with those creaking eyes.

"Ha-ha, he was a lot more human than I was asking my mom and dad, suh."

"... Is my hiban so lame?

I had a grudge for joking. When I turned my gaze, Mirka, blue-blue as soon as I could, shook her neck and hands sideways with a boom.

"No, no! Somehow, I was wondering if you felt so existentially separated from the rumors that you were holding out like you existed beyond people's knowledge...!

"On the basket, I think it's normal."

"Oh, my gosh! I think it's normal! So everyone, stop that scary face. Hopefully! You little shit!

Guys? Scary faces?

When I look back at Mirka's frightening, Nelvia, Reggie and Kaylis, sitting like they're dense nearby, have the same gentle look on their face as usual. Only Lurola has a frightened face to the three of us though.

"You're not frightened, are you?

"... ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah

Mirka missed her blue face as she glimpsed the flickering and everyone's complexion. Is she a little unusual?

Lord Sephilia, I see Legpellum.

Captain Dundee, who was side-by-side with the carriage across the huge black horse - he seems to be the Dundee division leader to be exact, but this one will stick better - has been calling from the outside.

Fished by that voice and faced out of the carriage window, just through the depressed, lush mountain forest, a meadow stretching as far as I can see, and a kind of hilly area. And I leaned against the rocky walls that swung far beyond it, and by the way, I saw a reddish white city in the old-fashioned wind.

It still only looks blurry to me with my weak eyesight, but I look forward to visiting that city now. The last time we went through here, that city went through. I was hoping to come someday.

Well, nothing, that's not how it works...

"Stop. No! Who is it?

The carriage and greeting us as we approached Legperum on horseback riding that surrounded it was a servile, loud warning.

I glanced out the window chillily looking at him as he finished "dressing," where a man with brown skin and a muscularly rounded physique was royal, only as long back as an elementary school student. Behind it is an array of more than a dozen similar uncles.

A twisted bowl wrap around your head and a huge hammer on your hands on purpose would not be a mild welcome.

When the platoon leader of the Livery Demon Leader, who was manipulating our carriage, stops, two of the Livery Demon Leaders, who were scattered around us, and five of the Knights, including Captain Dundee, surround the carriage to protect us.

Mirka, the youngest of the Livery Demon Leadership, who was in the carriage, also sits on her back with the eyes of a soldier who does not resemble her adorable appearance.

Captain Dundee, who seems to be the most senior among us, has listed a directive deposited with us by President Lugras.

"We are an investigative team by the Republican Army, the Livery Demon Leader and the Knights of the Third Division and their aides. I'm here to re-investigate the mysterious man who appeared from this Legperum before."

When Captain Dundee told him that in a deep Dundee voice, the little uncles unfolding forward dyed that face for anger or red.

And their leading and royal little uncle opens his mouth on their behalf.

"Hey, it's an investigation, crap! It doesn't matter how many times I come! I can't let you into the city! Just go home. No!!

"This mission is due to the life of the President of the Republic. Refusing to do so means..."

"Terrible!! I won't talk to you!

... Lying, don't you have so many ears to ask? We don't have much closure?

You've come a long way like this. Because of how technical it is, it is a technology of blacksmiths and sculptures, and they should also be more of a luxury category than a necessity.

In other words, if the Easberg Republic imposes economic sanctions, it will dry up in no time. From what I've seen, farming and livestock doesn't seem to be thriving either.

Or is there a backbone in this city that just overshadows those circumstances?

"... you can't do this. I'm not gonna talk about it."

Mr. Lulu, who was watching from inside the carriage, leaked that sentiment with boring looking eyes. I agree.

I, too, look back at everyone sighing away from the window with the body that is currently changing to about junior high.

"Once we pull up here, we'll sneak in at night."

"Dear Sefi, then leave it to us"

Ms. Nervia has named herself Infiltration Squad to me, who is about to give up her investigation into positive assault as soon as possible.

Well, without magic, I'm nothing but useless. Polar theory, these undercover assignments would all work out well if there were two of you, Lurora and Mr. Lulu.

"But shall we do everything we can for once? Sister, could you lend me a little 'Leviataine'?

"Uh, yes"

Five Swords...... Nelvia, who is equipped with a long sword, demon sword, holy sword, demon knife, and dragon knife to look like a Musashi Benqing, offered me each sheath of 'Holy Sword Leviataine'. Thanks.

By the way, when anyone but me touches this sword, she is relentlessly slashed, even if it is in her body.

When I hold Leviataine, I go down outside with a swordswallowing atmosphere, opening the carriage doors that my friends are packing and waiting for.

The craftsmen of Legpellum give me a surprise look at my sudden appearance… Captain Dundee was the one who was surprised enough to see it twice among them. It must be because I borrowed and wore the team clothes of the Livery Demon Leader from Mirka.

"Nice to meet you, Legpellum folks"

I'll line up next to Captain Dundee, who was in the lead negotiating, without daring to name him and not reveal his position.

I'm wearing this clothing because I didn't have the clothes I could wear when I was as old as this middle school student. Look, negotiating as a toddler can distrust them.

... never intended to mislead me into being part of the Livery Demon Leadership. Yeah, there isn't.

"My personal acquaintance in Legperum seemed hostile to that black man...... Roxward, but maybe the general thrust of Legperum is, are you going to shelter him?

When I purposefully said that while flirting with the Holy Sword Leviataine - the sword that the craftsman from Legpellum I once knew in my personal tutte - my little uncle, who had been screaming for Captain Dundee to go home from earlier, glanced (but).

"What, you... and that sword... the sheath design belongs to the Milfatto family?

"Yeah. I happened to have a chance to meet you at Plazatos before. I asked her to build it. In exchange for busting Roxward and offering a magic guide for blacksmiths."

To my words, the little uncles open their eyes and reveal their amazement.

Those of our little uncles confronting us who have some of their heads...... is it possible that they are in a position to relate to the Milfato family?

"Right now, that man named Roxward is hostile to the world. Empires and republics aside, even demons are turning to their enemies....... so please choose your words a little carefully. It is up to you to decide whether this city called Legperum will turn the continent against its enemies."

When I made the threat with my voice just a little lower, my little uncles pulled their lips under their rich mustaches to seep in a little tension.

It was a threatening complaint to advance the negotiations, but I'm not particularly lying. If they start claiming to be Roxward's people, there is a risk that in the future they will continue to terrorize by showing up again from the ruins one after the other similar to Roxward. That is unacceptable.

Then for each of those ruins, it would be nice to have this city disappear from the map.

... and without hesitation staring at me as I began to blackmail the city itself with a slightly pulling look from Captain Dundee, who is sitting next to me.

"Se, Lord Sephilia. Exactly..."

"What are you saying sweet, division chief? Things fight for a moment, don't they?

"It's not too late to ask the circumstances first. Why don't you leave this to me?"

"... um, okay"

I finally glanced at them and intimidated them with magic, pulling them straight into the vicinity of the carriage.

The fact that I back down saying noisy things makes my little uncles seem a little less nervous.

Break the opponent's guard by intimidating one and allowing the other to forgive it. Detective, you know, investigating drama. But that's a common M.O.

"I'm sorry. She was attacked directly by an example black man. Besides, as she says, damage just spreads all over the continent as it is. The next time you turn around, you might lose a lot of lives this time. I don't care who the hell that guy is, as far as I know, so I need you to give me the information."

It's good. If they know anything about Roxward, it's possible that that information could replace the investigation of the Yogpejoroto ruins. I don't know if I aimed, but it's a good negotiation, drawing on the other party's concessions by lowering the hurdles of demands.

And around subtly referring to me as “her," he seems to be guessing a lot. You're not the same guy who can.

Grab the thread of the conversation from the Leviataine in my hand and concede the demands after the intimidation, where the conversation was not even concluded at first.

I just tried so hard to get here, my little uncle finally opened his heavy mouth.

"... that man... Lord Roxward is the one our family descendants must protect."

"Descendants? In that tone, does that mean he comes from like a nobleman in this city? I hear he just showed up from the ruins."

"We are enemies, but we are not certain that we are noble. Those people (...) are great warriors who have protected this continent more than in ancient times. I woke up more than a long sleep and am now stripping us of our fangs, perhaps because of the terrible betrayal of your people in the last" descent "".

Betrayed? Descent? Words that seem kind of important come out at once, and I can't keep up with the processing.

But apparently Roxward is trying to provoke terrorism by leaping all over the place because people betrayed him.

But I'm curious, my little uncles have been calling us “people" for a while now, rhetorical as if we weren't people. Can I really take this as a word?

"What the hell does being betrayed... mean?

"Well, let's try the past literature. And we regret our own foolish deeds, but good. You don't deserve to touch that anger."

When the little uncle laughs with his nose as he says so, he slaps the huge hammer he was in charge on the ground.

"Come on, we have nothing more to talk about! In the first place, this place is not a good place for you people to come in! That's more than it used to be!! Get out of here now. No!!

... Roxward is moving as a motive for revenge against people? And that's because people have betrayed you in the past?

Roxward has been asleep for a long time in the ruins, and has he woken up before? The inhabitants of Legperum continue to protect that?

I mean, they keep turning off contact with the outside world, and the republic's reticence to that, because Legpellum has been in that role for a long time?

... This is not enough information. I can't read his trends to at least not knowing why the Roxwards are working in such a system and the background to the event that people betrayed Roxwards.

"... Lurora, please"

"Mm-hmm."

When I called into the carriage, Lurora came down with a slightly distracted voice.

Now you'll get the information you need if I ask you a few questions while I exchange threats again and Lurora activates the Devil's Eye to go with it. Really her ability is cheat.

But that's where the unexpected happened.

"Oh... you are...!

Where I opened my mouth to ask my little uncle a question, he and his uncles, who refrained behind him, opened their eyes as if they had seen something incredible, flashing.

Oh, Lurora, do you know these people? What a surprise to look back, I caught sight of Mr. Rümmy Fort coming down with me from behind Rulora there.

"Tell me more about what you're talking about."

Mr. Rümmyfort, who said so with a whispering voice the same as usual, had, however, rudely distorted his usual apathetic expression.
