There is no spaceship. However, I boarded a spaceship that is drifting. My words were not credible at all, but I could not deny them because I was present here.

“That's ridiculous. ”

“So what brings you here? ”

The man in the red space suit seems ridiculous. Though he couldn't see his face and face because he was covered in Helmet, he was probably staring at me like he was going to kill me.

I was quite embarrassed because I had rarely done this, but I quickly excused myself.

“There was a spaceship, but it was half-waved. And then I got lucky and crashed here. ”

I was going to try warp magic, but this is the SF world view. I was almost treated as a madman who mentioned magic in a fantasy or a world of science.

“Oh my God, we can fix it! Tell us the location of that spaceship! Come on!"

“Yes?”

“Red! Calm down! They're from Hangar Three! You can't go in there! ”

“It'll only take a minute! I'll be there in a minute! ”

“Wake up! You want to die in direct sunlight! ”

“That's what's wrong with them. How did you get from the third hangar? That's where the barrier is already mostly cleared and the direct sunlight is right. ”

Five colorful soldiers are silent. Then he looked at us quietly.

I heard there's something wrong with the three hangars, but is there anything else specific besides the low air pressure?

I didn't feel anything more than a star thanks to the [main hunter] who allowed me to adapt in any environment, but the poisonous Araceli was severely exhausted.

No matter how weak the force may have been, it is strange that Araceli, as a Dimensional Wanderer, can withstand the power of an alien world, only because of the difference in air pressure.

That means there were other causes.

“ · · · · · ·. ”

Araceli glances at me for a moment, stealing a cold sweat and opens her mouth hard.

“We are a non-human race. Unlike humans, they can survive in the direct sunlight of a star. ”

Thus Araceli created a flock of light at his fingertips. I also hurriedly formed a drop of light at my fingertips with magic, and the soldiers bowed their heads.

“You were an alien. ”

“An alien who handles light. I've never heard of it. ”

“There's nothing quite right about which planets there are civilizations, so there's nothing odd about a stranger capturing our signal. ”

They mutter to each other and drop their weapons as if convincing. Apparently, Araceli's excuse seems to be working properly.

Red raises his wrist and hits the button to communicate with someone, but he lowers his arm again.

“Damn it. I can't pass this on to other sailors. I didn't think the death of the communications officer would be such a big mistake. ”

Then he reached out his hand and asked me to shake his hand.

“Anyway, welcome aboard Chermelt 13. I don't think we're in a good mood because we have two companions on our way to the end of the day. ”

So I and Araceli were able to mix safely in 'Chermelt No. 13’.

*

“This is the B15 galaxy of the Chetnong5 nebula, the northeastern Klixenon 179A star system. About 18,000 light-years from our home. ”

The address is magnificent.

“You've come a long way. ”

I don't know where this is. Do you know if you say Earth? The Earth may not exist at all, not in the same dimension. They're human beings, but they weren't Earthlings who lived in a world like mine.

“It's not that far. If the interstellar warp device hadn't broken down, we could have been back home within a year and a half. ”

Then the man in the blue space suit sitting in the corner mutters autonomously.

“Well. Even with the warp device, was it possible to get out of here? ”

“Yeah, that's right too. ”

I hurriedly asked him if the topic of the conversation would move on.

“What's going on? Is there a reason you can't get out even if you have a warp device? ”

“Hmm? If you were on a spaceship, would you have seen it? ”

“The scanner left and didn't see it. As I was saying, it was an accident. ”

“Whoo, I see. I'll explain. There are two main reasons we can't go back. Firstly, the first is · · · · ·. ”

Red stood up and manipulated the central computer. Then a hologram bloomed in the air.

It was a huge red star that was dazzling and beautiful, but so horribly luminous.

“Pg1 m000.1q86. ”

“ · · · · · ·? ”

“It's the name of that star. Ten times the size of our home sun. ”

“Mad · · · · · ·. ”

Ten times that of the sun. When I opened my mouth on a scale I had never imagined, the holographic screen went over.

This time, a blue sphere appeared.

“The alias is' Blue Sun ’. There's no official name for that star. We sailed here for the first time. ”

“· · · Is that so? ”

“Yes. If we had moved to the scheduled trajectory, we would have safely taken the warp point of PG1 M000.1Q86 and moved to the next system. By the way, there was another star in my hometown that I had never seen before.

This is ridiculous. A civilization that can't even travel through space can't observe such a huge star.

And when I thought about it, I realized that there was a mystery of SF's cliche and horotic development in a world where science was universal.

“But that star is weird. That's not hot. Rather, it's cold. It's very cold. Space is an average of 270 degrees Celsius, close to absolute zero, which is literally absolute zero itself. minus 273 degrees, the coldest star in the world. ”

“Huh, crazy. ”

“Yes? Me, really? ”

I don't know about cancer science, but I know that doesn't make any sense. Araceli also looked at me with his mouth open.

“Teaching, professor. Is that something that could exist? ”

“Well, there was a world where bananas ate monkeys, there was a crazy world where mint and chocolate were mixed, and there was nothing else. ”

There are countless worlds, countless commonalities are collapsing, and there are crazy worlds that have surrounded 3300 people with 120 people, so you have to believe that even if a frozen star doesn't have reality.

“That's not the problem. ”

The hologram shook, and this time the orange and blue spheres stood side by side.

And a very small dust toll that goes into the empty space between those spheres.

It remained perfectly stationary, immobile wherever it was.

“Is that a spaceship? ”

“That's right. It's a very fine engagement with the trajectory of two stars, which makes it impossible to misunderstand. We call it the Gravity Snake. We can never escape by the power of our spacecraft with the warp device broken. ”

“I see. ”

“But.”

Red said with hope.

“We captured a distress signal at HQ. If you just hold on, we'll have a transport. We'll just have to wait until then. ”

“Well, isn't that hopeful? ”

“The second is more important right now. ”

He lowers his voice in fury.

“At night, the starship is severely damaged by the wind. But all the sailors on board are excellent technicians. All you have to do is spread out and fix it, and you can survive every night without a problem. · · · By the way, someone started killing sailors every night. ”

“Yes?”

“Unfortunately, it is impossible to communicate with a sailor whose communications device is broken or distant. While we are dispersed and repaired, there is a perfect ‘gap’. Shame on you as a soldier, but the killer can't win. How are we going to beat a monster killer who completely rips open the upper half and leaves only the lower half? ”

“ · · · · · ·. ”

I tried to figure it out through a roughly [plot] system, but I didn't think it would be like this.

In summary:

Every night, sailors scatter around for the maintenance of the spacecraft.

And someone disguised as a sailor killed a good sailor.

That way, the number of people is reduced by one person every day, and there are only eight left at the moment.

More than a week until the rescue ship arrives. In a week, there won't be a single survivor.

If the rescuer arrives late, the killer will be on board and the same nightmare will be repeated.

“Before everyone dies, we must find the murderer. ”

That was the key ‘story’ here.

*

After a while, Red gathers all the crew of the spaceship.

Starting with the red, the sailors were wearing colourful spacesuits to distinguish between possible killers.

They also said they were hiding each other by changing colors every day except for Red. It's because of the fact that if the Engine Manager and the Photonic Orbiter were killed, the situation would be even worse.

Hidden in silence, Red was the only leader who was revealing himself.

‘Well, the unsub was completely disguised as a sailor. ’

I looked around them slowly. The protagonist's name is' Howcolor ’, and he asked Red that there was no such sailor.

In other words, I don't even know what color or what name it is, and I didn't even think of a 'protagonist hashtag’ on anyone's head.

However, I forced Helmet to be stripped, which is an impossible system to strip until I kill him, and I was more likely to live with suspicion.

What are the odds of fighting and killing them all? ’

Unlike magic, extreme science does not go through the process of 'thinking’. The moment the system recognizes that it is just the enemy, it kills.

That's why there are three sailors I can kill the most. I didn't intend to kill a good general in the first place, but I was right to watch quietly to avoid the worst case that there were no protagonists in three of the eight.

In other words, you have to rely solely on one brain to find the killer and the main character hidden in the spacecraft.

“I'm glad you still have more hands. Can you help the mission at night, too? I'll let you two go around together. ”

“Absolutely.”

To watch what happens every night, I intend to move hard without telling you to.

Why, why!

Emergency alarms are starting to sound.

In the evening, the spacecraft is destroyed by the waves of the stars.

Red gave us a simple mission that even novices could do, and smart Araceli immediately put them right in his head.

‘The important thing is not the mission. ’

If we catch the culprit anyway, the spacecraft will take care of themselves and wait until the rescue ship arrives.

It appears that the tag here is "The murder of someone who drifts through the night sky." The protagonist is definitely a killer.

It is not unusual that the perpetrator did not have a genre that is the main character. However, I thought it was the SF genre, but it's just really lamentable that it's close to the reasoning genre.

But isn't it much better than a timereversing character or a world-creating character?

[Main episode It's night detected.]

The protagonist's appearance begins now.
