The Queen’s Cosmetician

Chapter 5: Complex Servants 7

They used to work on adjusting the surgery with a pair of magicians seconded by Maisemble. The number of sorcery tricks incorporated within the mansion-like size of a noble mansion is inherently beyond hand to do alone. Nevertheless, it is not that difficult for Alvina either. Concentrating on working on it. Five days, the work was finally coming to an end.

Where there is some degree of adjustment of the procedure to be prioritized, work on that of the water supply that had been ordered together.

(You can't even make adjustments like this anymore)

Sighing emotionally, Alvina solitary in her chest. My friend is right. The world is changing rapidly.

The tap strewn over the Mizweeri family mansion was a combined use of tease made from the kingdom of perishing machines (Kraft Kra Fresco) about five hundred years ago. I guess the groundwater flow and depth changed while it was not adjusted for years. The tease itself, which has been subjected to the technique of "retention", is alive, but the technique of sucking up the water at the heart has become pointless.

"I'm sorry. Wow. Can I come in now, please?

Alvina peered into the kitchen with only her face out of the open entrance to the door. In a space where dishes, cookware, and ingredients line up narrowly, there is one small, fat man. There is one young man and a middle-aged woman consulting with him about something.

"What? What are you doing here?

In response to Alvina's voice hanging, a small man moves forward. From the atmosphere, he would be in charge here.

"Haven't you heard from Mr. Huntingdon? This is Alvina, who is adjusting her magic routine."

"Ah...... ah. Yeah. You are."

If you've slept five days, you already know the majority of your servants. But I still didn't know the kitchen chefs. The man laughs with a thick hand.

"It's Grayne, the kitchen chief.... So? What are you doing here?

"Of course, to adjust the magic tricks. I'd like to take a look at your flush."

Some of the flushes occupying the corner of the kitchen are loaded with pots and dishes. Next to it are water bottles and wells. To Alvina, who glanced at them, the man named Grain scratched his head and led Alvina to the back. A middle-aged woman faces from beside him and pinches her mouth with a good-looking grin of people.

"Shall I bring you a chair or something?

"No. I'm fine. Thanks."

Smile back at her and stand in front of the flush. The walls are fitted with decorative and transformed faucets. Around it, finely dug magical characters.

Extending his arms, Alvina glanced at the letters with her fingers. Immediately, a formation unfolding in the universe. Requested to be undefined. Remove the key as you move the letters. The surgical ceremony appears.

As I was making adjustments looking at the map of the groundwater flow I was getting in advance, Grain peeked into the work with a rare look on his face.

"Ha, is that how you adjust your magic"

"Have you ever seen it?

"When the sorcerer came to this mansion before, he didn't come this way because it was just outside. That's why I didn't get to see it. What the hell are you adjusting for?

"It's a tap. If we can adjust this, we won't have to pump water out of the well."

"Is that true?

Alvina nodded without taking her eyes off the surgical ceremony.

"Yep. It's true."

"Wow."

Grayne put her arms together and shook her neck vertically many times in a way that she wanted to impress.

"It would be easier if the water supply could be used. It will be better if we don't all carry water upstairs. That's a tiresome job."

"We'll make sure the filtration works, so you won't have to draw water."

"Oh man... don't make the place bigger"

Alvina glanced at the giant bottle sitting beside the stream. Magic lettering engraved on the edge. That is a water storage bottle that is normally seen in ordinary households, but takes quite a place in the installation.

"Honestly. Hey, I was wondering what a magician would be like coming from outside, but it's a lot. I asked the castle guy, but he didn't even come."

While the queen is away, those who work in the castle seem to decide not to interfere unless there is so much. Even if the client is a senior nobleman.

"Nevertheless."

Grayne, who was leaking bumps and discontent about the lack of affection of the castle magicians, roared small as he silenced into the fudge and clasped his jaw.

"You say you're from the same outside, but you're not the same as a die. He's so useless."

With his friend's name in his ear, Alvina stopped. I don't know, I frown.

"... what do you mean?

Besides my thoughts, the sound leaked from my lips was low enough to surprise myself. Grayne, who was pointed at the spearhead of the inquiry, thinks he pissed this one off, and takes care of the words in a hurry.

"Oh, oh... well, you said you knew Die"

"It was through her that I got this job. I don't know if you feel too good about being derogatory to your friend."

Raggedly closing the formation, which became unnecessary, Alvina turned to Grain.

"That kid's a very skilled facialist, and I know someone who claims to speak up, and I think I'm right,"

During my stay at the Mizweeri family, I had my face touched by a die once, looking out for time. Miguel pushes his heartbeat, Heath guarantees and Titianna praises Die's arm, which is certain even through Alvina's eyes. I was so impressed that the items I made to play with could be a tool to make people so beautiful when they were in the hands of a die.

"But how can it be useless?"

"Well, I guess so."

Whether he was barely pressured by Alvina's voice without discouragement, Grain argues with Lu's unsuccessful tongue.

"Die pissed off Maria. I guess that's why I'm free all the time. In general, Maria's skin says something about it, and she even talks about this job."

Grayne went on to tell Alvina how Die got involved in his work with the impetus to spit. Seeing the condition of her husband's skin applying makeup, Die said she had put an order on the dedication Grain gave her.

"What the hell do you know about cooking?

"Die is not disparaging your dishes. Respectfully, I wonder if you're just asking for it. Die is talking about nutrition."

If you don't understand Alvina's words, the kitchen chief distorts his face. Alvina wanted to pound her tongue. Apparently, not just magic, but academic things are disappearing from the world as well.

"Don't you know?

I don't know what's involved in cooking but I don't know about nutrition.

I didn't scorn you. However, there was a dark sound in the questioning that could not be helped even if it was heard in a man's ear as such.

Grain's face is softly dyed by Zhu. He shouted in a trembling voice.

"Kisama!

"Die! Just in the right place!

It was around noon that the die was released from the course of manipulation. Leith took my arm as I rushed over to where I was walking between refraining from getting lunch, and Die peeled off his eyes.

"Duh, did you?

"You take responsibility!

"Huh? Of what?

Reese answers as he runs down the stairs as he drags the die.

"The magician and grain you brought in are arguing in the kitchen."

What the hell made Alvina and Grain collide? No one could explain it to the die who arrived in the kitchen. Apparently, Grain's assistants, who have been on the scene since the beginning, are also just grated with pale faces. By servants turned into wild horses, Grain popped out looking excited exactly then as the die tried to step into the kitchen in a half-pushed fashion.

"Die!"

The kitchen chief, who admitted to this appearance, admitted to the appearance of a die. No, he grabbed his shoulder mouth with both hands.

"Not only are you useless, but you're drawing a woman like this into our house!

"Whoa."

tanned by the pain, Die saw Alvina rushing over Grain's shoulder. In contrast to Grayne, who looked angry, she had a terribly calm face.

"Stop it for a second. Die wouldn't have anything to do with it, would it?

It seems that the chilling sound of restraint stirred the man's anger even more. Pushing the die, Grain looks back at Alvina.

"May!"

The disfigured die grated behind a few steps, shaped to buttocks at the wall. My consciousness is sumptuous at the pain of crawling up from my strongly punched back. Die, who couldn't keep up with the expansion and looked at the arguments that sprung across the stars scattered across his sight - even though it seemed like Grain was just unilaterally summoning them - flashed into his outstretched hand.

"Die, are you okay!?

I look up to the Lord of my hands - Titianna.

"Ha, it's okay"

Titianna, who poked her knee next to the die, peered into Die's face with her bloody face.

"You're in a lot of pain now, aren't you? You would have hit your hips very hard. Is your head okay? It looked like he was hitting a window frame."

"I didn't hit you in the head."

I hit my back, but it doesn't hurt enough to make a scene. Die smiled back to appease Titianna.

Titianna holds her breath with a sad face. And then she stood up, flipping the hem of her clothes and walking over to Grain in a blast.

"Hey! Mr. Grain, how nervous are you to treat a kid like this abusively because he's angry?!?

"Titi!"

Die stood up from surprise to Titianna, who had eaten and hung on Grain.

"Titty, hey, it's okay!

"You won't be okay! I told you before, Die's not too angry! Step back for a second!

"Titty, which side are you on with us or these guys!?

"Neither here nor there, Mr. Grain. I'm on the right side!

Responding to Grain's questioning bite, Titianna looks around at the kitchen chief and the magicians, as well as the servants.

"What are you guys. I'm so scared of Maria and the others, I can't believe I'm going to hit a girl like this!

"Nothing to bump into, it's all probably this guy's fault!

"But Maria can be selfish all she wants because of us all the time around her!

"Do you want me to be necked?!? I've been working in this house for a long time!? Get out of here. Where are we going?

"That's the same for me! But Maria doesn't have a husband or wife, so we should have flattered her! No!?"

Compared to Grain, Titianna is a little taller. She put her hands on her hips and literally showered the man with words from above.

"I was embarrassed"

To the man clogging his throat, Titianna takes her hands off her hips, makes fists and claims.

"As an adult, I was so awesome and embarrassed to let such a young kid just come in and say what we had to say"

Her fingertips can be squeezed into her hands. A quiet hallway. Everyone stuffs their breath and stares at Titianna, whose shoulders tremble with excitement. Die reached out to her as she seemed to cry now.

But its fingertips stop tense without touching Titianna.

"Make it there."

A cold hard voice reminiscent of an ice blade.

Die pulled his hand in and looked back in the direction of his voice.

"Mr. Huntingdon..."

The woman who made sure to slide down the hallway without footsteps and came straight this way was a samurai head. The eyes behind the glasses are invisible with backlight. But the eyes that reject others always seem to dwell more and more on insurance.

Walking across her oblique rear, with Heath and one of the samurai attached. Like Reese, who came to call herself, she would have left this place again to call the head samurai and the proxy of the Lord.

The people who were making the wheel pave the way for them. Stopped a few steps apart, Laura glanced at the die with a glance that she could see as contempt.

"Are you again?"

I'd argue no, but I can't even say it's not entirely my fault. Die pulled his mouth tied as he stared at Laura. Alvina and Grain, the beginning of the noise, are also silent. Regardless, Grain would have stepped that Alvina was keeping her silence because even if she opened her mouth any more, it would only make extra noise.

On behalf of Die, Titianna argued against Laura.

"No. It's not the die."

"But as I was listening, I heard that Miss Alvina and Grain there were the first to argue on the subject of the die?

No, to Laura asking, Grain shook her neck vertically many times, and Alvina just shrugged her shoulders uncomfortably with her eyes narrowed.

"It would also be die to introduce the magician there in the first place."

"We."

"Titianna"

Laura's call to make her feel only quiet was just as reprehensible.

The old woman tells her men, distracting her jaw and keeping her hands superimposed in front.

"You were by far the youngest. I know you want to let the older wind blow, but stop sheltering the die. You have nothing to gain."

"I don't mean to...!

"Okay. So you're quitting your job, too?

Pale inquiry. But the meaning of the word is heavy. Titianna stares at Laura with a stunned look. Laura, on the other hand, continued her pale words without a slight movement in Titianna's eyes as she disputed.

"No one disturbs the air in the mansion at this time when we are just busy. Choose, Titianna. Shake a cheap sense of justice and get lost in the streets, or just as you have always done to the Mizweeri family"

Titianna blues as she is stuck with her choices. The earlier momentum had no shadow to see, and she moved her gaze slowly, keeping her lips at war.

She stared at herself in her tinted eyes, and Die smiled back at her. This is reality. I took it for granted that Titianna would choose the job, and I was going to tell her in a grin that I didn't resent her, but she just stood up on the spot by increasingly erasing the color from her face.

"You will also be convinced, Master Liveaux"

A sighing Laura looks back at Heath behind her.

"Die will be fired. We can't overlook sprinkling any more sparks."

"It is Master Mariage's intention that the die remain, Laura"

Heath's voice was also more chilling than ever. But let Laura snort at his remarks.

"That one doesn't know anything. This is the time when it matters. That's why we, who are nothing else, must give him something he doesn't need."

I assured you, Laura stunned the die. Her face as though she had seen something humble, but she throws up words and throws them away.

"That's why I didn't like letting people in, like from across the gate. I don't understand this side of the story."

"You won't hear that word."

Heath, who circled in front of the die to block Laura's gaze, confronted her.

"Is that sarcasm for me? I'm a man on the other side of the gate too."

Heath held the two arms of the die in his back. Pushed behind a man, Die looks up his back unexpectedly.

Regardless, the expression cannot be seen from this position. But his voice seemed unusual to him and he was pregnant with anger.

"Spread the spark, you're not impressed with the expression either. Who are you talking about? You mean Alvina? But she should have hired you, too. You were the first one to leak if there was a magician for adjustment in the first place. Die's just an introduction."

"I did convince myself once. Let's admit that. But I'll change my mind. Again, for whatever reason, I shouldn't have hired people in, such as from outside the gate. Your late husband said you needed a new breeze... but you alone are enough, such as the wind. Dear Livotto,"

"You are."

"Heath."

To the man who disputed it, Die called forgetting his usual name. He squeezes his hand and complains as he leans his gaze over here.

"Enough, Heath."

"Die."

"Hey, hands off me, please"

"But"

"This is my problem"

Declared clearly, Die stared alternately at Titianna and Heath. I'm glad you're angry for yourself, but I'm not convinced you're going to be put outside the mosquito net. Because I'm a party.

Heath looks confused, hands off the die's arm. Big hand. When we shook hands at each other the first time we met, it was something we thought was a cold hand as if we were rejecting others, but now strangely, we find relief in his palm.

Heath's hand is a hand to shelter something. So make the die feel safe. But it is for Mariage, and it shall be used for his own good, and there shall be no conflict with the rest of the House of Mizwieri. The same goes for Titianna. This would be the same for her here at home, but if it turned out to be like her getting kicked out because of herself, I don't feel right the other way around.

Send Alvina an eye view. While she could afford it, she has returned a bitter laugh to Die, either from the evil of the one that led to this situation.

Die lined up next to Heath. Look at the head of the samurai from the front. I don't even need her to tell me. This is the one who doesn't want to break the atmosphere inside this mansion any more.

Die opened his mouth to beg him to resign, just as he did before when he offered to Mariage.

"What's all this fuss, you guys?

I heard the lady husband in this house.
