Because it was already late, Ding Yuejun walked a bit hastily. She didn’t notice what was behind her while crossing the street. When she heard the screech of brakes, she felt someone pull her wrist back.
Although she stumbled, she was fine. When she turned around, she saw Pei Wu’s somewhat tense face.
"Xiao Wu, thank you so much. If it weren’t for you today, I might have really gotten into an accident." Saying this, she felt a lingering fear and was deeply grateful to Guo Ming. At that moment, an old man got out of the car, glanced at the driver, and said, "Xiao Xiang, apologize immediately."

The driver Xiao Xiang panicked but reacted quickly, immediately taking a bottle of medicine from Old Ding’s pocket and giving it to the old man.
