"FUCK! WHY?!"

At this moment, the only thing that could be heard in the sky of Allianz Arena was Lewandowski cursing, as the man was so frustrated beyond death right now. Right in front of the goal, where his chance to score should be 99 percent, somehow, that 1 percent remaining managed to overturn the table, as if giving him the biggest middle finger in the world.

In that chance, using his weaker foot, somehow, Lewandowski couldn’t find the best spot of his boot to hit the football, resulting in it floating high into the sky. Honestly, the Polish striker had already imagined that he would become the biggest meme of the year after this.

’You mean the best striker in the world failed to put the ball in the back of the net in such an open situation? Damn, he is a fucking flop!’ He mocked himself inwardly.

Higo himself just let out a sigh of relief when he saw this. Honestly, he didn’t know how many times he had done that in this game, and yet, the boy would always do this little action whenever he escaped from a close call.

’Yeah, take that, Bastard! God seems to still be with me today!’ He grinned widely, showing his series of white teeth as a little provocation to the Polish striker.

Still, the boy knew that he was way too fortunate in today’s game. In fact, the total number of saves he made wasn’t as high as he expected to be, not when Bayern used the tactic to send shots after shots recklessly without caring about the quality today.

He had been scratched by so many bullets today, and yet, only one had truly hurt him. If it was against a random Asian team, the opponent would definitely start thinking that Higo used some sort of dark magic to prevent the ball from falling into his goal today.

After that chance failed, though, Bayern Munich finally made their first change of the game. Serge Gnabry was being subbed off, as even though the man was the one who took the most shots on target today, his movement was way inefficient, and the second half hadn’t been good for him.

However, to everyone’s surprise, the one who came in as the replacement was a teenager who didn’t look like he belonged here. He was a little bit tall, but his thin body was way too small compared to the muscular Bayern players around, making it a little bit awkward to look at him.

The one who had just come was a teenager with the age of 17 years old, probably one of the youngest players that had ever played for Bayern Munich in their history, with the name of Jamal Musiala, and somehow, Higo couldn’t take his eyes off that boy the moment that thin body coming to the wing to replace Serge Gnabry.

’He doesn’t look dangerous, but he has something in him that makes him look like a hidden predator amidst that innocent smile. I have to be careful.’ The goalkeeper’s gaze turned solemn.

"Benjamin-san, tell Rudy-san to be careful of that boy," Higo whispered to Stambouli at one occasion when the game stopped for a goal kick. "If he wants to test that boy, make sure it is still on the flank area, and that boy hadn’t created an angle yet. It will be troublesome if that boy falls and gives a free kick to Bayern."

The French defender looked at Higo strangely, not knowing why the goalkeeper was so wary of that teen. They didn’t know anything about that boy, Jamal Musiala, at that point, so no one really took him seriously.

At most, Stambouli just thought that this was Bayern Munich’s coach wanting to give an experience to a young player after finding himself comfortable with the lead, thinking that Schalke wouldn’t try to do anything to tie the score.

Still, looking at Higo’s serious gaze, he gave a little nod before coming to the left side, giving Sebastian Rudy a warning. At least, if somehow, Jamal Musiala turned out to be a hidden beast, he wouldn’t be blamed for not warning the fullback there.

Unfortunately, that was the reality on the pitch, and Higo couldn’t help but curse when he saw Sebastian Rudy didn’t take his warning seriously.

’Fuck it! What the hell is he thinking?!’ He growled angrily.

On the pitch, Jamal Musiala got the ball from Alphonso Davies, and with the calmness of someone beyond his age, he cut into the penalty box with a slow yet graceful dribble movement, leaving Sebastian Rudy and even Omar Mascarell behind.

Yeah, a single dribble move from a 17-year-old boy managed to leave two Schalke players in the dust, and when the others wanted to put pressure with their physicality, they had to hold back immediately since the boy was already inside the penalty box.

"Just close the space to shoot! Close the space!" Higo shouted while also shifting his position a little bit, getting ready to dive for a curl shot to the far post. At least, that was what Leroy Sane and Serge Gnabry liked to do.

To his surprise, though, the boy didn’t execute the ball by himself.

No, after making sure that all the Schalke players had their attention on him, he shifted the ball to a small space in the penalty box, and there, Robert Lewandowski suddenly popped out of nowhere, ready to whack the ball to the goal.

’SHIT!’

BAM!

Once again, God of Football was on Higo’s side!

Even though he reacted a little bit late, the boy still managed to position himself straight in front of Lewandowski, and with such a close distance, the Polish striker didn’t even have any room to send the ball to.

He just whacked the ball as strongly as possible, praying for the best. Unfortunately, the Polish striker didn’t get it, as the ball still found Higo’s body before it bounced upward, only giving Bayern Munich another corner kick.

However, this was the point where everyone finally took a good notice at Jamal Musiala, finding the boy to be way more dangerous than he looked like.
