The Speedmaster of Marvel World

The Speedsters of the Comic World Chapter 205.

"Don't worry, I came here just to let you sense my emotions, lately my emotions are a little less controlled and I think something might be wrong." When Zhang Wen saw Mantis Girl's frightened appearance, he was busy being born to comfort her.

However, this did not give the mantis girl a great deal of comfort, some times this feeling was more like an animal seeing a predator, that kind of fear was not easy to overcome, nevertheless, the mantis girl nodded her head with a strong pressure of fear, and then timidly extended her hand towards Zhang Wen.

"Ah!" As soon as the mantis girl's fingers touched Zhang Wen's body, the tentacles on her head began to glow, more powerful than any of the bright lights emitted, and the mantis girl herself even withdrew her arm just after the contact, taking several steps backwards before sitting paralyzed on her buttocks.

"Well?" Zhang Wen was taken aback when he found Mantis Girl and was busy checking on her state, but didn't dare to touch her body because of what had just happened.

"I'm fine! It's just that some of the heart and soul consumption is too great." Seemingly seeing Zhang Wen's anxious appearance, the fear in Mantis Girl's heart suddenly dissipated quite a bit and said with a pale face.

"Are you sure it's alright?" Looking at Mantis Girl's appearance, Zhang Wen suddenly became a little worried. Originally, he thought that the other party would be able to forcefully control Igor should easily be able to detect his uncontrolled emotions, but he did not expect that this situation would actually occur.

Mantis Girl didn't say anything, proving her situation with actual actions. Struggling to stand up, her originally pale face also returned to its normal color within a few seconds, but the glimmer of shock in her eyes had yet to dissipate.

"It's just that I didn't adapt to that powerful shock for a while." After standing up, Mantis Girl explained to Zhang Wen.

"So, it looks like my situation should be very serious!" Zhang Wen said thoughtfully.

"Actually no! Your emotions were some of the most bruising, yet strongest I have ever seen. The emotions that came through in that moment were mixed with all sorts of emotions, from joy, to sadness, and a lot of anger. But more than that, it was helplessness." Mantis Girl said thoughtfully, her eyes filled with yearning, as if she still wanted to touch Zhang Wen, but was somewhat afraid to because of what had happened before.

"So ah! Find any more big problems?" Hearing the mantis girl's words, Zhang Wenming white-knuckled the current situation and asked, though he did not report any hope.

"Not really! You are the most powerful person I have ever met!" Mantis Girl shook her head, then said.

"Well, that's all right then. It's sort of payment! It should be able to protect your life in a crisis!" Zhang Wen nodded his head and left the place directly after dropping a protective talisman-like jade talisman.

After receiving what Zhang Wen threw over, Mantis Girl noticed that Zhang Wen had disappeared into the room before she could say anything else.

"Are you leaving?" As soon as Zhang Wen walked out of Mantis Girl's room, he found Yudou's leaning on the doorway and said to him.

"I didn't realize you had the habit of eavesdropping on people?" Zhang Wen was flabbergasted, not expecting Bravery to appear here, although Zhang Wen's eyes could see many things, but unfortunately, perspective wasn't one of them.

"I didn't eavesdrop on you guys, I just found someone sneaking into my men's room and came over to take a look." Yongdu directly denied, while labeling Zhang Wen a big hat.

"Really? I don't remember this Mantis guy joining you guys!" Zhang Wen said with an indifferent face.

"You saved my life, and I haven't even said thank you yet." Yongdu smiled slightly, not caring about Zhang Wen's words in the slightest.

"Don't worry, I'll go back to work for you if needed! The kind that doesn't pay!" Zhang Wen said softly, then his figure disappeared from in front of Yongdu's eyes. This time, he was directly leaving the ship and returning to Earth with Mia.

As he watched Zhang Wen disappear before his eyes, a trace of envy appeared in Yongdu's eyes. He didn't have Zhang Wen's ability to walk back by himself in the middle of the night, knowing that Yongdu's spaceship was huge.

"How are you feeling?" Mia said looking at Zhang Wen who seemed a bit unhappy.

"It's nothing, I just remembered something not too happy." Zhang Wen barely smiled, unwilling to say anything more.

Seeing this, Mia didn't ask any further questions, but instead acted as if she had never asked any questions before. As if nothing had happened, she went to prepare the food, but her thoughts were kept on Zhang Wen, staring at him intently.

Mia didn't ask any more questions, which made Zhang Wen breathe a sigh of relief as he couldn't figure out what was wrong with him, perhaps it was because of Mantis Girl's empathic ability, so it caused his emotions to fluctuate?

But that doesn't seem like a bad thing!

Walking to the lounge chair in the courtyard, Zhang Wen stared blankly at the sky, quietly feeling the ebb and flow of emotions, a long-lost peace suddenly coming to his heart, which gave Zhang Wen a comfortable feeling.

"All this time, it seems like I've been too forced!" Zhang Wen whispered to himself and then quietly fell into a half-sleep.

By the time Zhang Wen woke up again, the sky had already become very dark. Mia was busy on top of the grill on the side, grilling the food she was eating while throwing it to the little white dog rolling around on the ground.

"What a shame for Hell's three-headed dog!" Zhang Wen glared at the puppy selling its adorableness on the ground. When the hell three-headed dog saw Zhang Wen looking, it was so frightened that it ran towards the house, in this house, it was most afraid of Zhang Wen, as if it had seen a natural enemy.

"So much for being cross with it?" Mia gave Zhang Wen a blank look, kind of complaining that he had chased away his toys.

Chapter 306 - Gossip

Seeing Mia's appearance, Zhang Wen suddenly had the intention to restore the prototype of the three-headed dog of hell, and there would definitely be no one who would like to look that disgusting then, but after taking a careful look at the surroundings, Zhang Wen gave up on this plan.

He didn't want to create something that ugly, and he didn't know if it was because humans liked to portray the creatures of hell as ugly, anyway, the creatures of hell that Zhang Wen had seen weren't that good looking, even the legendary Succubus wasn't that good looking.

"Tastes good? What meat?" Zhang Wen grabbed a piece of roast meat with his hand and asked Mia.

"Not sure, alien meat. Gundu gave it to me!" Mia shook her head, then said.

"Are you sure he's got the same recipe as us?" Zhang Wen looked at the kebab in his hand with some hesitation, although it was indeed delicious, a lot of delicious things weren't that pretty, and in some cases, it was even disgusting.

"It's okay, I've seen Star Lord and the others eat it!" Mia shook her head, then said. But she had attended the party held by the Marauders, and although she didn't like the Marauders' crude way of celebrating, Mia was more interested in the alien food.

As for Zhang Wen, neither were interested, they were watching the party while Zhang Wen was minding his own business.

"By the way, I just went to find the thing Igor buried on Earth, do you think we should throw it out or collect it?" As she said that, Mia suddenly remembered something and changed the subject. As for what Mia said about throwing it out, naturally, it wasn't throwing it out of the courtyard, but throwing it to another planet.

"Is it still there? It looks like there's a real possibility that that Igor guy isn't dead." Looking at the thing that Mia had casually tossed aside, Zhang Wen speculated.

"No, he should be dead!" Mia, however, suddenly spoke up.

"Well?" Zhang Wen was a little confused and looked at Mia. A bit confused as to why she suddenly said such a sentence, there should be no difference between the information in her mind and what she remembered.

"This thing is now just a dead object, like dirt and gravel, completely devoid of any specialness." Mia pointed at the thing on the ground and then spoke.

Zhang Wen took a slightly curious closer look at it, Mia was right, but this one was devoid of any other power, it was just a piece of ordinary time, no different from the debris that Igor was blown into.

Mia's body carried two stones, the Reality Gem and the Mind Gem, although there was no way to use the Infinity Gem without any cost like Zhang Wen, but it was still easy for Mia to do something with these two gems if she wanted to do something with them, because she herself was made up of these two powers, so she was naturally able to use the Infinity Gem.

By the way, half of the Infinity Gems in the universe were already in Zhang Wen's hands now, and the remaining three Zhang Wen also knew where they were, and could gather six Infinity Gems at any time, but this kind of thing wasn't that important to Zhang Wen.

The Infinity Gems were only able to control this universe, the other universes were not affected at all, and everything in this universe was not important to Zhang Wen at all, he was just here on vacation. If someone wanted to destroy this place, Zhang Wen would naturally stop them, but if it had nothing to do with Zhang Wen, he would rarely mind his own business.

Anyway, the Time Gem he had here, so what if the Exterminator got the other gems. Without the six Infinity Gems, Zhang Wen wouldn't have any scruples at all, and even if the six Infinity Gems could kill himself, it wasn't certain.

"This thing isn't worthy of entering my collection yet!" Zhang Wen said so, and then threw the thing that Igor had put on Earth right out.

Seeing this, Mia shook her head and didn't say anything more. It hadn't actually taken her long to find it, so naturally, she didn't really care.

"Speaking of which, it's been several days now, why hasn't Saul come to Earth yet? Is it because you don't care about the death of your old man?" Suddenly, Mia changed her tune, then said.

"Who knows! But Mia, you need to get one thing straight. Asgard's concept of time isn't quite the same as ours!" Chang didn't care in the slightest, although Odin said that he was dying, Chang felt that he could still hold on for a few years. This was enough time for Saul to grow up.

"Well?" Mia tilted her head to look at Zhang Wen, somewhat confused.

"Asgard's time flow is very different from ours, and their time is obviously slower than ours. Although it's less obvious, and Asgardians have a lifespan of five thousand years, although most Asgardians won't live to die in battle by that time, a five thousand year instant is naturally different from a hundred year lifespan of Earthlings." Looking at Mia's puzzled look, Zhang Wen opened his mouth to explain things to him.

"Although I don't have a way to use the term lifespan anymore, but I also only had a lifespan of only a hundred years before acquiring the Godspeed Force Space, so in terms of some concept of time we are all faster, and the Asgardians are different, their parties sometimes last for weeks."

"You're saying that because of the different concept of time, that's why Saul isn't here now?" Mia spoke up as if she understood something.

"Not really! Saul just hasn't gotten the message yet." Zhang Wen said casually. The science fiction he had told Mia before wasn't really useful at all.

""Mia was a bit speechless as she looked at Zhang Wen, she didn't really like this kind of prank.

"O Saul! That guy was probably working to improve his strength right now. It's unclear why Odin made Saul's Storm Axe now, but it's certain that he's decided to raise Saul's strength as much as possible. You know Odin is so strong, how could Saul be so weak?" Looking at Mia's very dissatisfied look, Zhang Wen had no choice but to explain in a serious manner.
