The Strongest Wizard Who Makes Full Use of the Strategy Book

Episode XIII: A Dark Conversation (???? Perspective)

"I" manipulated the demon bat and sent it all the way to Master Cuzio's mansion.

It was late at night, and whether my Lord was already on holiday or still in office, it was half the time.

And to my utter loss of mind, Master Cuzio was still in the office. Diligence must be a word for this one.

I renew my loyalty and call out the window.

"Dear Cuzio, Sorry for the night. It's in Nevis. '

"Oh, it's you. It's been a long night."

Master Cuzio says so, opening the window from his hand and inviting my user demon inside.

Originally, this person, the chief (Don), was deliberately forced to open the window, and so on. However, it is not the body of the user demon (bat), and I am rudely allowed to sweeten it.

And Cuzio doesn't give a shit about that. I renewed my loyalty and laid the demon flat in the corner of the Lord's desk.

"Dear Cuzio, I have a reporter for you, and I am over it."

"Hmm...... How urgent is it that you come to visit at this hour?

'Yes, Captain Mangan and his group have been crusaded'

"Marine Police (Cariostro)... sooner than I thought. Did you, by any chance, put out the watchdog?

'That's... different. A man named Magnus almost crusaded by himself.'

"The five ships you gave the manganese? Just by yourself? Was your disciples decent, too?

'It's hard to believe, but it's true. Through the eyes of the devil, I saw and came. "

I report how a man named Magnus overwhelmed the Captain Manganese without divulging any details.

"Hmmm..." Was he such a great wizard? "

'Yes, Master Cuzio. I have also mastered only Fire III systems. But Magnus' "Fire" lineage far outweighed mine. We are not just talking about the dimension of status difference issues. I mean, what he used was Fire IV. I was told that Lester, the founder of the college, had mastered it, and only its existence has been confirmed. But in fact, I have no idea how many levels I can master... '

"Nevis, knowing you and one of the world's leading wizards, I recruited you from Nebula. You think a man named Magnus is overwhelmed?

'To be honest, adults and children... no, I thought it was as powerful as ants and elephants...'

"That's it..."

'Thanks more and more to you, I don't know. Why did so many men come all the way to Kaziu and suddenly start doing business etc...... Even if you don't imitate it, you'll be a raksta and an Arabana, and you'll be able to stand and flourish as you wish. "

I seriously didn't understand and twisted my neck.

Meanwhile, Master Cuzio had often thought about it.

"... maybe he's after the Pirate King's treasure"

Pompous, so monologue.

"No way!? Is he too!?

I can't forbid surprises and accidentally raise my voice.

In contrast, Master Cuzio is just a sober narrative.

"If you think about it, wouldn't Tsujitsu fit? No matter how mighty the wizard the man is, if he wants the treasure of the Pirate King, there is no other way to start business in this Kaziu"

'You're absolutely right...'

The more Cuzio pointed out and thought about it, the more I felt something to nod to, too.

“Pirate King of the South".

The legendary figure who united this Kaziu a hundred years ago gave each of his nine sons one island.

Which means, as one of my sons, I didn't recognize my prowess. I'm talking about nominating him as my own successor and never trying to give him everything he has.

Then, during his death, “The Pirate King of the South" entrusted his will to his nine sons.

Of all the treasures he possessed, he hid the three most precious in a certain place.

So what are the three treasures?

One is a legendary weapon that he himself loved and destroyed numerous pirates.

Tsunami Sword.

One is a book in which he himself writes and in which a variety of information and truths known only to legendary greats are woken up in letters.

The Diary of the Pirate King.

The last one is a medal with no philosophy whatsoever.

However, it is the owner of this medal that has a special significance that the "Southern Pirate King" has willed to acknowledge as his successor.

The Pirate King's Testimony.

After the death of the “Pirate King of the South," the nine sons said they searched around with blood eyes, especially in search of that medal.

And spent roughly a decade, finally discovering where the treasure was.

But nobody got it.

Because the mighty keeper was protecting the treasure.

Because it was impossible for a man, such as to shoot and take the keeper.

The keeper's name is - the (...) God (...) Spirit (...) Siren of the Sea (...) Hara (...).

That's right.

It is transcendental, alongside Tygon, the Spirit of Destiny, who chose "The Brave", and Renacity, the magical Spirit that our wizards revere.

It is a pillar of a servant who belongs directly to God.

Humanity is invincible when it stands upside down.

If we want to slaughter the divine spirit of the sea plains, it is assumed from this Arcelian world that we must extinguish the very existence of the sea. It wouldn't be possible, would it?

The spirits of the sea plains (sirens) are told to be the most beautiful maidens in the world.

In another beautiful voice, he told the sons of the Pirate King.

"Let us bestow treasure only upon the man who deserves the heir of the Pirate King and upon him whom I have admitted"

So what are its specific conditions?

One is naturally to be the direct male line of the Pirate King.

The other is to have huge enough money available for the country to buy and to devote it to the sirens.

Only gold earned in decent commerce, which also involves the waters of Kaziu, is eligible. It means that you can't make rough money from businesses completed in other countries, piracy, etc. You can never deceive a divine spirit.

Why did you issue such odd conditions?

That was something you could tell by thinking about it a little bit. In order to fulfil that condition, we will never be able to achieve it unless we maintain peace in Kaziu and continue to promote commerce.

“The Pirate King of the South" dreams of such a future, and it is the descendants who accomplished it who acknowledge them as his successors - that's what you wanted to say.

His actual images are theoretical, but he was an outgoing, dreamy (romantic) man.

Even now, a hundred years later, Kaziu's peace is certainly reasonably preserved. A boost in the economy would not compare to a hundred years ago.

But the leaders of the “League" party won't want to succeed the Pirate King as much anymore.

Again, the Pirate King's Testimony is a medal that has nothing to do with philosophy.

It's not like "Magic Items" that make others comply with orders.

Suppose someone from the “League” party leader finally gets the "Pirate King's Testimony".

Let's put it up and say, "I am the heir to the Pirate King."

The other Eight Party leaders should answer:

"So? What's that?

If he were to succeed the Pirate King, it would certainly be "authority".

But not "power" itself.

Imposing something on others, without execution or legal basis.

Foil on the Chamber of Commerce sign at best, something to that extent that might make business a little easier to do.

“Pirate King of the South" never thought his authority would be morphed a hundred years later.

Don't tell me you tend to dream about this (romantic), what do you say?

"Is a man named Magnus also a romantic? I suffer from understanding. Above all, he is not a direct boy of the Pirate King '

"There, he might be going to hold someone from the“ League ”party leader and tailor them to his successor. Is that why Felix's children are still babies? It's convenient to use."

'Sure...'

"Nevertheless, it's all just speculation. Let's see what the man Magnus really means."

"Ha. If so, I will set up a venue as soon as possible '

"Right. It's been a long time since we've had a League Leadership Conference. How about that? Around Azzurri, I'm sure you'll accompany him."

'I'm in awe. So be it.'

I borrowed the body of the demon and lowered my head to Master Cuzio.

But Cuzio-sama's interest had already shifted to a far away place, and she looked up at the night sky through the window as if it were thought-provoking.

And I made a pompous monologue again.

"The Pirate King's treasure will never be given to anyone"
