The Struggle of Returning to The Other World

28. Sorry to interrupt your cleric residence.

Dressed more heartily than usual - I am unexpectedly the one with the clothes, as Senna and her neighbors gave me some back - I took a trip to the clergy residence area.

The residential area has a simple interior with white stone construction as the basis.

Large, arched windows were provided at equal intervals in the hallway laid in the form of a roundabout around the courtyard. And on the other side of the window, there's a private room for the priests.

I miss it.I lived in the deepest of this residential area, but I liked the atmosphere like this European monastery, something I used to take walks around the residential area. Nothing has changed since then.

One janitor and one guard soldier refrained at the entrance to the residential area.

Upon informing her that she planned to meet Mr. Sotini in the visiting room, the caretaker prompted her to write her name and address on the paper. Naturally, when I lived here, that kind of administrative procedure was unnecessary, so it's kind of fresh.

But I don't like ink pens very much. When I was a witch, I could even write only the letters "Halutia" because of dozens of occasions to sign them, but nearly two years have passed since then. When I managed to finish filling in the trembling letters, the administrator turned to me to see the pathetic. The letters in this world are kind of like symbols and hard to write, so I can't help it.

The visiting rooms were very large, with chairs and desks in many spaces separated by collisions. Going to the back of the room seems a little extravagant. Still, it's not a private room, so it's not the kind of room that a cleric with an identity would use for an interview. Mr. Sotini is supposed to be a high-ranking cleric accompanied by Master Ardina, but he must have decided to use this place because he meant to meet me as a common man.

The guide will guide you to the back of the room.

At the booth on the way there was a look at the priest and his visitors. Mostly, it seems to be an interview with family.

Clerics say they can't get out of the city freely during apprenticeships, so the time spent here seems to be in contact with the few outside worlds. Although some other occupations are inhabited by the royal palace and others pass by, all royal clerics are determined to live in the royal palace.

Mr. Sotini was not yet present in the booth he was put through.

Lie down in the seat in front of you and place the cage you were holding in your hand on your desk. It's not the usual big cage, it's an adorable basket to the point of even going for a picnic.

"Oh, you made it."

Speaking from behind, I looked back as I took my seat.

This is Mr. Sotini dressed the same way I saw him the other day. It seems useless to expect such a refreshing greeting, such as a welcome or a wait.

"Hello, Mr. Sotini. I brought you lunch."

Oh, shit, I forgot to "Dear".

But Mr. Sotini didn't seem distracted, so he just got to his seat.

"Thank you. Please hang up."

I'll take a seat, too, as they say. Even in the meantime, Mr. Sotini's gaze was straight towards the cage.

"This is an example lunch box."

"Yes, I hope it fits your mouth"

"Can I open it?"

"Sure, go ahead."

Mr. Sotini seems to be calm today.

Like last time, I lost a little shoulder strength because I thought it was coming up with a fight waist.

Mr. Sotini, who opened the lid of the lunchbox, opened his eyes so that colorful freaks lined up. Same as the first time anyone sees our lunch box reacts. I secretly liked the moment when I could see this mixed look of surprise and joy.

"This is the lunch we're talking about among soldiers and magicians in the Royal Palace."

Mr. Sotini looks at the lunch box from various angles, in the form of intrigue.

All right, the grab looks pretty good.

"I'll take it."

Mr. Sotini quickly carried the fork to his mouth.

My heart is pulsing as hard as an early bell.

Honestly, even though I've been prepared, it's pretty hard to be given this lunch. I don't care what they say about me, but this is an affectionate lunch made by your husbands.

"... it's delicious"

Mr. Sotini shrugged pompously.

Yay! Mr. Sotini said our lunch box was delicious!

Or didn't you intend to start from the beginning? If so, I have to reflect more on what I've decided to do as a harassment purpose.

"How much for this?

"I've got 400 buildings."

"Well, at such a low price?

Sounds like a good place lady. Apparently it was a shock cheap for Mr. Sotini. Without stopping his eating hand, Hehe and Hmm, he are shouting admiration.

"Master Ordis liked this lunch too."

No, that's why Mr. Ordis didn't eat it.

I kept my mouth shut because this lunch box seemed to fit everything round while I stuck with it so inside.

"This is the taste of the common people. It tastes like something I don't know."

With that said, Mr. Sotini has silenced himself in the wind of conceiving something. It was an atmosphere where I could speak from here, so I would also pull my mouth together and watch Mr. Sotini. When I offered her the herbal tea I brought her just in case, she thanked her small and Mr. Sotini drank it up.

"You said Hulka."

"Yes, sir"

I made it right to stay.

"This lunch box is delicious. Bring it again."

"Eh."

"Of course, I'll pay properly for this one as well. I'm not saying every day. If you want to ask me, I'll drop by with Rick in the cafeteria."

"Um, but for once, I need permission from the royal palace..."

If it's true, it must be out this time. I can't believe I delivered my lunch to a priest of my own accord.

"If it's about lunch, you can assume that my decision is that of the royal palace. If anyone tells you anything, give me my name."

Mr. Sotini, the powerful without saying whether or not. There is even an aura drifting like some empress rather than a believer serving God.

I ended up not turning it down, and then I was supposed to deliver my lunch to Mr. Sotini.

Then a few times, I delivered my lunch to Mr. Sotini.

It is decided every time and I give it to you in the visiting room of the clergy residence, but after the first time, a different woman appeared to receive it from Mr. Sotini. For this reason, the interaction is administrative in nature, and Mr. Ordis's stories remain obnoxious.

As far as I'm concerned, there's nothing I can do about that story being pulled out now, so I have no objection whatsoever to this flow. Mr. Sotini may have been more concerned, as he has not even met with Mr. Ordis in the last few days.

But.

What is the matter with finding out who summoned me?

If I can't see Mr. Ordis, I'm left with no idea what he's talking about around there. Every day I just go back and forth with the royal palace and the fixer for lunch delivery, with nothing going on. Personally, it's a very fulfilling day, but based on my ultimate goal of going back to the original world, I feel terrible.

It's time to meet Mr. Ordis.

That said, if they don't take me to the magic lab, there's nothing I can do. Of course, you can't possibly go see Mr. O'Turand or the Chancellor, Lady Frahamti, from me.

That's the way it was one day I was having a rough time.

That day, a long time later, Mr. Sotini showed up to pick up his lunch.

Oh, and while I wonder, I bow my head.

"Long time no see, Mr. Sotini"

"Yeah, it's been a while. Good luck with your lunch delivery."

Oh, while we haven't seen each other for a while, a decent greeting is about to be exchanged. Has lunch even made my impression better? As Ms. Sotini herself said, grabbing the other person's stomach seems to be extremely effective in interpersonal relationships.

"May I have a moment after this?

Suddenly, Mr. Sotini mentioned that.

I wonder what. Somehow, it doesn't seem like a lot of talk.

"... what can I do for you?

"There's someone I want you to meet."

"Who do you want me to meet?

When asked weakly with a bad hunch, Mr. Sotini slipped his gaze around him.

This is the usual meeting room, so naturally there are people beyond the conflict. Apparently she cared about that, Mr. Sotini shook his head sideways, pretending.

"I'm going to show you. You will need to speak to me for more information."

"Ya, uh, wait! I actually need to get back soon."

Something is waiting for you that is definitely not good. Turning my hunch into certainty, I tried to express my willingness to reject. It was a bad reminder that I wouldn't have the right to veto anyway, but it was an indication. Mr. Sotini shook me up with a sharp eye.

"It's not like a town girl like you is easy to meet. If it's a great honor, follow it firmly into its head."

If you're such a loser, I don't have to see you...

I was walking towards the back of the settlement while Mr. Sotini forced me to take him.

Being an outsider, I'm not supposed to be allowed in, but nobody blames me. I guess that's all that means Mr. Sotini is giving you a wide margin here. A witch's entourage seems immensely powerful. It occurred to me now that although I did have a few female clerics with faces that I looked at a lot when I was there, they were equally identifiable people.

I've come a long way.

And I know exactly how far I've come.

Even though there's a blank for nearly two years, until then, it's a hallway I've been walking like every day. It's not that easy to forget. - Yes, to the witch's room, on this journey.

"So, Mr. Sotini, who's going to see you?"

Asking Mr Sotini, who goes forward with his early feet, she stopped quietly and turned around.

And he opened his mouth in a very hectic manner.

"My Lord, O Ardina the Witch."

Oh, I knew it.

I felt like it would happen.
