The Struggle of Returning to The Other World

60. I Can't Return To My Original World

"Then it's time for Harka to take it."

With an invincible grin, even as a matter of course, Mr. Ars said so.

I no longer know why.

It's just that even though I'm in a flat state in my head, Mr. Ars has joined me here and my thought circuit can't possibly work properly.

"I told you, I have to give this to you"

Noel, on the other hand, seemed to understand the situation a lot better than I did, and said so with perseverance.

Confused but humbled, Noel hides me on its back to shelter.

"But you, weren't you in the direction of being flirted?

Mr. Ars said it without a shred of hesitation.

Please don't. Please don't do this.

I just want to complain that it wasn't such a mild situation, but that's why I'm going to pinch my mouth between the two of you to argue. Oh, my God, I don't think I can do that very well.

"Then what? I never thought I'd come back. As long as there's this guy in this world... there's time for whatever it takes."

"Oh, say it."

Impossible. Noel I know doesn't say this.

No longer totally shaken off the limit values in me. I knew Mr. Ars would be fine at this time, so I want Noel's mouth blocked.

The story keeps going, even while I'm turning blue or red on my own.

"Noel, calm down. Even I'm not trying to get Haruka back to her original world, like I'm ungrateful here. I would have talked to you this morning. Leaving it on the witch's side like this won't do it for Hulka. If you want to protect Harka, you need a proper back shield. Wouldn't that be the strongest if that were the Chancellor? - Hey, don't you agree with Halka?

Unexpectedly, Mr. Ars' consciousness turned this way, so I conceived.

"These pilgrims mistake the word 'for a witch' for a pardon mark or something. I think it would be better if it was used as a good idea to wear out all of Haruka."

……

I can't immediately deny what he said.

Maybe because somewhere in my heart, I think the same thing.

But what a ride to Mr. Ars' provocation as it is.

"... you followed Mr. Ars, isn't that the same thing? I don't like being made a tool of Master Fuharamti and used in a good way. I want to talk to him on a reciprocal basis."

It's pitiful from Noel's back, but all I have to say is what I want to say.

"I'm a little lost, but I'm going back to the royal palace. So, I'm going to see Lady Frahamti. I'm going to hear what he has to say, and I want you to hear what I have to say. In order to do that, I have to go and see Lady Frahamti directly from the front. So I'm not following Mr. Ars"

"Looks like you've been flabbergasted, Ars."

After laughing with his nose all the time, Noel pulled out his hips sword slurrily.

"If you're gonna force me to take this guy, I'll stop you."

Seeing Noel like that, Mr. Ars just shrugs his shoulder.

"Be a little hesitant, pull your sword toward your comrades."

"I didn't want you to tell me I was standing behind a man with a sword out of him."

Shit, these two, they're gonna fight this time.

At this late hour, in the backyard of a traveling destination, a general inn. There's a witch resting right on the side.

"Hey, hey, hey, hey..."

My voice, shaken pitifully, was lightly wiped out by the sound of the two swords hitting each other.

The two sword judgments were very similar.

They're close, so maybe they've been waving their swords together in the royal palace for a long time.

When either sword is swung down, the sound of the other preventing it sounds sharp. The sound was constant, connected at very short intervals, and no longer so painful in the ear.

How dare you move so far in this darkness.

If you make a mistake, the blade will definitely cut off the other person's meat. Is this the authenticity of the two, or is this a sword trident that has enough room not to cause fatal injury to the other person - I don't know.

Speaking of which, when did I lose my back?

Don't let yourself get caught up on the spot.

Besides, if I were to raise my voice poorly, I was even horrified to breathe straight away when I thought that might drive the rhythms of the two of us crazy and upset this equilibrium.

Mr. Ars waves his sword down. Noel prevents it.

I don't know how many more attacks I've had. But things were different at that moment.

Mr. Ars' sword suddenly caught a strange light. I wonder what power there is in it, Noel, who seemed to have received the sword sparingly enough, suddenly nearly lost.

But Noel doesn't end up like that either. If you think he chanted something in his mouth, the next moment, an invisible shock struck Mr. Ars, blowing him with every sword.

We're both using magic.

When Ms. Ars offset the impact with her own surgery, she flipped herself in the air and landed dangerously. Then he kicks the ground again without having time to breathe and jumps into Noel's nostalgia.

All this time, I found out that Mr. Ars wasn't going to pull it off either.

Both Mr. Ars and Noel - this is the first time I've ever seen the two of them sifting their swords so seriously. Even when I was a witch, it didn't end up like Noel the escort pulling his sword out in front of me.

And yet, how come now that you're no longer a witch or anything, you're doing this.

To such an ironic sight, I was still blind.

Noel shook his sword to the side.

Mr. Ars avoids using magic. The timing and distance are so critical that amateurs like me and others say they are no longer at war with whether they have been cut, but Mr. Ars at the time takes the next blow without any fear.

Stop it already.

I don't like either one of them getting hurt.

Did such cowardly prayer go through?

Suddenly, dazzling light emanated from inside the building. It's a clear light, as if the fluorescent light was switched on.

All this time, Mr. Ars and Noel seemed distracted by you. But the next difference in movement was going to determine everything.

Mr. Ars slightly shifted his alert elsewhere, and Noel's sword targeted him at hand.

A sharp noise echoes in the garden at night.

- Mr. Ars' sword fell zero from his hand.

"Mr. Hulka!?

Master Ardina's pressing voice jumps into the backyard.

Mr. Ars flew big without picking up the sword that rolled at his feet, and for enough distance to Noel, he smiled bitterly.

"Ah shit, that's it?... Damn, I've never failed a mission before."

Then he leans toward me.

"I have no choice. See you at the royal palace, Harka."

To put it that way, Mr. Ars no longer left no fine dust untrained on this occasion, and disappeared so fast that he might even be planting a spring on his leg.

Not long ago, it happened.

Halka, are you okay?

Noel walks over to my side without going after him.

I just snort and can't move.

"What's up?

"... here, I lost my back..."

Answering with a mosquito-like voice, Noel held me up without saying anything.

"Whoa, whoa, put it down!

"You put it down, you can't stand up."

That's true, though.

As he silenced himself without a grunt sound, Mr. Sotini and Elliott, including Mr. Ardina, as well as Mr. Sizzle and Mr. Quinn, showed up in the backyard one after another.

"Mr. Hulka, I'm glad you're okay"

Master Ardina cared for me as I was relieved from the bottom of my heart and as Noel held me. This schematic, it's too embarrassing and too pitiful, and I want to go in if there's a hole.

"But what the hell happened?

"Ars's guy tried to take Hulka away. It must have moved because Haruka didn't go back to King's Landing like this."

To Noel's words, Lady Ardina clouded her face.

"Did you?"

If you look closely, Master Ardina is a thin piece of wimp for bedtime. Natalier, who later appeared, was stalking such a lady Ardina.

"Noel, you know, maybe I'm okay now, so I figured I'd put it down"

I can't even calm down and talk to Noel as he holds me. I try to insist with that in mind and modesty, but Noel ignores the whole thing and keeps talking, as though he can't hear my appeal or anything.

"By the way, how did Ardina get here?

"Because I sensed a magic collision, I couldn't stay or not. I thought something might have happened to Mr. Hulka again."

This is pretty much how you care what I've been getting into scattered eyes on this pilgrimage. I can't believe you're jumping out worried about me on your own, dressed up.

I even secretly learned to be impressed, but it was Mr Sotini who didn't listen to it.

"Master Ardina suddenly popped out of the room, so I was surprised what was going on! I know how you feel, but now what if something happens to Master Ardina! We need you to refrain from unscrupulous behavior!

"Oh, I'm sorry, Sotini"

"... so?

Mr. Sotini's sharp eyes turned this way this time.

"Halka, you tried to go back to the world like this, right?

Ugh!

I thought you'd get through, and that's not how it works.

"... does that mean we're out of love already?

"It's not! I was just wondering if it would bother everyone if I were here any more. But on the contrary, I understand that you shouldn't go home now."

Mr. Sotini had more of a wounded, shaky eye than angry. Notice that, I elucidate in many ways.

And behind Mr. Sotini like that, Mr. Natalier was leaning at ease. I don't really want to continue this topic because I don't want to make Mr. Natalier a bad guy.

Did you notice my thoughts like that, or my arm holding me was getting tired, and Noel finally got to cut the story off.

"Return to the original world or not, for the first time, after returning to the King's Capital. That convinces Hulka, too. Ars gave up his assignment and left here alone. Let's get some rest tonight and get back to King's Landing."

There seems to be no objection from Mr Sotini, nor from the rest of us.

Then we'll talk to the innkeeper.

Mr. Sizzle and Mr. Elliot turned their heels back into the inn.

This is all the fuss I've made, so surely the innkeepers won't mind either.

"Master Ardina, I will walk you to your room. Dear Sotini and Natalie, let's come."

Mr. Quinn seems to be a knight, and that's what he offered me.

As she urges me to leave, Master Ardina looks back at this one.

"Mr. Hulka."

"Yes, sir"

"I..."

Master Ardina stared at me like a snub.

"... no. Good night."

In the end, however, the words ahead did not continue.

I ended up back in the bedroom where I popped up halfway ready that I might never come back.

As soon as Noel put me down on the bed with a polite hand, I feel more tired.

At the same time, I was nervous about this situation where Noel and I were alone again.

What should I do?

Although the conversation disappeared there because Mr. Ars had been intruding earlier.

I, for nothing, remain unanswered.

"Noel. Um..."

"Fine, go to sleep already today. I'll follow you on the side until Quinn gets back."

Then I can't sleep too much.

With that in mind, Noel prompted me to snuggle in my bed.

Noel sits by the bed and looks down at me quietly.

No, so, he said he couldn't sleep.

"... I wonder what would have happened by now if I'd forced you out to my disposal that night"

Like talking to himself, Noel shrugged.

"That night?

After asking that, I think it was about the night Noel came into the private room of the fixer.

It's come a long way from the day I rejected Noel's hand that was offered.

"... I'm sure I won't go back with Noel right now that night"

"I guess."

"Because I wanted to try my best on my own. You can't just be protected by Noel like before, 'cause that's all I've been thinking about. It didn't all work out, but I'm so, so glad that what I thought and moved myself would lead to the next thing."

"Oh."

"I, even when I was in the original world, just lived to be flushed, didn't I? Because I was an orphan, I never dreamed I'd get off the rails I was put on so I wouldn't be bothered around."

I thought I couldn't sleep, but as I talked, more and more sleepers attacked me.

As I dream, I only move my mouth.

"On the first summons, I couldn't. But now, I can. You can walk on your own feet, go far, and still do this, and now you're spending time with Noel. That's what's so strange..."

To full drowsiness, I could not resist.

On the verge of falling into a deep deep sleep, I felt Noel's hand touch my forehead.
