Chapter 1404 - 1419: Return to Handan Again
Right now the most miserable one was himself. Dean Zhang didn’t dare hope for anything else; he only hoped he wouldn’t end up disabled. Getting beaten up was already the lightest punishment.
"Fuck, why aren’t you hurrying up and apologizing to Brother Lin, do you have a death wish?" Brother Tai smacked Dean Zhang on the side and said.
Dean Zhang came back to his senses and quickly said, "Brother Lin, I’m sorry, you’re a magnanimous man, please forgive me this once. Just treat all that crap I said just now like I farted. I’ll never dare do it again."
Lin Mu smiled. "Now you know you were wrong?"
"I know, I know I was wrong." Dean Zhang quickly nodded as he spoke.
"Hehe, apologizing to me is useless, you gotta apologize to my wife. If my wife forgives you, then I’ll let this go. If my wife doesn’t forgive you, then nothing anyone says will help." Lin Mu looked at Dean Zhang and said.
Helpless, Dean Zhang could only shift his gaze to An Qi’Er, then pleaded, "Teacher An, it was my fault before. Just treat me like a fly. I guarantee I’ll never do this kind of thing again. For the sake of us being colleagues, please forgive me this once."
An Qi’Er glanced at Dean Zhang, then said to Lin Mu, "Brother Lin, just let him go. He’s already like this, he definitely won’t dare do bad things anymore. We’ve been colleagues after all!"
Lin Mu nodded and said to Dean Zhang, "Since my wife forgives you, I’ll let you off. Remember this, if there’s a next time, you won’t even have the chance to beg for mercy, got it?"

"Fuck, Brother Lin and Sis-in-law both forgave you already, why aren’t you hurrying up to thank Brother Lin and Sis-in-law?" Brother Tai said from behind.

"Alright, cut the fake crap." Lin Mu stood up, then put his arm around An Qi’Er’s shoulders. "We’re leaving first."
"Brother Lin, how about I open a luxury suite for you two, so you and Sis-in-law can play a bit more!" Brother Tai stepped up and said.
"No need, it’s fine. You stay here. We’re leaving." Lin Mu waved his hand, then walked out of the room.
Outside the bar, An Qi’Er let out a long breath. Just now she’d still been really worried, but now she felt much more at ease. After going through this, no one at school would dare harbor ideas about her anymore.
It had to be said, this matter had troubled An Qi’Er for a long time. Luckily this time there was Lin Mu, who helped her completely settle it once and for all. With that annoyance gone, An Qi’Er’s mood was especially bright.
The two of them left the bar. Actually there wasn’t anything urgent; Lin Mu just accompanied An Qi’Er wandering around for a while. He was leaving Wancheng for Handan City tomorrow, and Lin Mu wanted to spend a bit more time with An Qi’Er.
"Brother Lin, after you leave this time, when will you be able to come back?" An Qi’Er asked as they walked.
"About a week, but I can’t say for sure. If things go smoothly, a week. If not, it might be over half a month." Lin Mu said.
"Mm, then I’ll miss you." An Qi’Er nodded.
"Hey, you gotta miss your bro, otherwise when I come back I won’t let you off." Lin Mu grinned.
They chatted a bit more. Lin Mu drove An Qi’Er back to the entrance of her complex. Sitting in the car, An Qi’Er looked at Lin Mu, reluctant to part, then took the initiative to lower her head and give Lin Mu a kiss.
"Brother Lin, when you come back, can you come see me first?" An Qi’Er looked at Lin Mu and asked.
"Hey, of course. When I get back to Wancheng, you give me a call, okay?" Lin Mu smiled and said.
"Mm, definitely." An Qi’Er nodded.
"Gotta be!"
Lin Mu and An Qi’Er fooled around in the car for a bit longer, then An Qi’Er reluctantly got out of the car.
After getting out, An Qi’Er waved at Lin Mu, then went into the stairwell.
Once An Qi’Er entered the building, Lin Mu drove back to the mansion.
By this time the sky was already gradually darkening.
On the way back, Lin Mu specially bought some groceries. He was leaving tomorrow, so of course he had to have a few good drinks.
The few great beauties at home had also come back especially early today. For this group of beauties, their Brother Lin was obviously the most important!

Around noon, the plane arrived at Handan City Airport. After they walked out of the terminal, Lin Mu spotted Haihua at a glance. After several days apart, he found that Haihua had gotten even prettier.
You could say Haihua’s outfit now was a world apart from how she used to dress. Her current style was completely Lin Mu’s type!
When Haihua saw Lin Mu, she skipped over and threw herself into his arms, then gave him a big, fragrant kiss. Of course, Lin Mu returned her kiss. If they weren’t at the airport, Lin Mu really wanted to have a full-on tongue battle with Haihua. This little chick was just getting more and more lovable.
Standing off to the side, Earth Wolf was depressed, silently despising a certain someone. How come this boss had women wherever he went?
"Hey, let me introduce you. This is Earth Wolf." Lin Mu pointed at Earth Wolf and said.
"Hi, Brother Wolf!" Haihua greeted Earth Wolf cheerfully and cutely.
"Hello, hello." Earth Wolf grinned, scratching his head as he spoke.
After they got acquainted and exchanged a few words, the three of them left the airport together. Back in the car, Lin Mu asked, "Haihua, has anything big happened in Handan City these past few days?"
"No, everything’s been peaceful." Haihua said as she drove.
"Mm, good." Lin Mu nodded. He’d originally been worried that the Tang Sect would make a move on them. Not bad—so far they hadn’t.
"Brother Lin, where are we going first?" Haihua asked.
"Is King Kong still at your place?" Lin Mu asked.
"Mm, he’s at our place." Haihua replied.
"Alright, let’s go to your place first and find King Kong." Lin Mu said.
"Mm." Haihua nodded and drove toward the mansion.
As Haihua drove, she chatted with Lin Mu. She clearly was in a very good mood, of course because she’d seen Lin Mu. Lin Mu was also in high spirits; seeing Haihua made him especially happy.
