At Gu Su’s command, the Skeletons immediately sprang into action, their movements swift and efficient, with no wasted motion.

They scrambled up the gas station walls, reaching the top in a flash.

A few Skeletons got on the roof to handle the dismantling, while the rest waited below to catch the debris.

In no time at all, they had torn the massive rooftop nest to shreds. Thick branches and soft clumps of thatch were passed down in an orderly fashion.

Just as the Skeletons moved the last of the nest’s remains to the ground, the Corroding Mycelium on the ground had finished spreading, completely covering the entire gas station and the small supermarket behind it.

Gu Su stood nearby, watching the bizarre scene unfold.

The once-intact gas station and small supermarket, now enveloped by the Corroding Mycelium, began to melt and disintegrate at a visible rate, like snow under a blazing sun.

The black walls, shattered windows, and the cold wreck of the cash register all dissolved, bit by bit, until they were completely devoured by the mycelium.

In a matter of moments, only a flat, empty lot remained where the gas station had once stood.

’If it weren’t for the items they had moved out and stacked neatly on the ground, I would almost think there was never a gas station here—just a barren patch of wilderness.’

Gazing at the empty scene, Gu Su was stunned for only a moment before turning his attention to the nest debris the Skeletons had brought down.

Besides the thick branches used to build the nest, there was also a large amount of soft thatch and feathers of various colors mixed in—plumes from the Harpies and down from some unknown birds.

’They’re not exactly treasures, but they’re usable materials.’

Gu Su mused to himself before ordering the busy Skeletons, "Sort through all of this and pack it up. We’re taking it all back to the Graveyard Demon."

After giving the order, he strode over to the corpse of the Harpies Leader, bent down, reached out, and gently plucked the red feather attached to its body, which was emitting a faint white glow.

The feather was warm and felt delicate in his hand, completely unlike a normal feather. The instant it came free from the Harpies Leader’s corpse, a crisp DING echoed in Gu Su’s ear.

[Fireball Technique (Scroll) discovered. Upon use, allows a player, hero, or Magic Series creature to learn Fireball Technique (Level 1).]

[Fireball Technique (Level 1): Consumes 1 Mana to launch a Fireball that deals 15 damage.]

Gu Su looked down at the red feather in his hand, a flash of understanding in his eyes.

’This isn’t a special feather at all. It’s a Fireball Technique Scroll disguised as one.’

Without the slightest hesitation, he held out the feather to the Magic Skeleton that was always by his side. His tone was flat but held an undeniable command: "This is for you. Learn it."

The Magic Skeleton hurriedly extended its Bone Claw and carefully accepted the red feather.

The moment the feather touched its Bone Claw, it transformed into a red stream of light that shot into the center of the Magic Skeleton’s forehead. The pale blue, star-shaped mark there suddenly flared to life, slowly shifting to a fiery, burning red.

A faint aura of fire began to emanate from its body, and faint sparks even danced on its Bone Claws. It had clearly succeeded in learning the Fireball Technique.

Gu Su’s gaze swept over the Magic Skeleton’s Attribute Panel, and he nodded to himself in satisfaction.

[Skeleton (Level 0, Summoned Creature): Experience (34/100), Attack 1, Defense 1, Life 10, Mana 5, Skills: Fireball Technique].

’Its Attributes still aren’t impressive, but adding the Fireball Technique is a qualitative leap.’

’What does 15 damage represent? It means the Magic Skeleton can now one-shot an Elite Skeleton.’

’With its current Mana, it can take down at least five Elite Skeletons.’

’This is an absolute game-changer.’

This situation brought a slight smile to Gu Su’s face.

However, he didn’t waste any more time. He turned to the Skeletons still sorting the materials and urged them on.

"Hurry up and finish packing. It’s time to head back."

During a lull in the earlier battle, Gu Su had noticed the time. The sun had long since set, and only a faint afterglow remained on the horizon. The sky was darkening at a visible rate. It was already dusk.

’This bizarre Game World is dangerous enough during the day, let alone after nightfall. God only knows what terrifying monsters are lurking in the dark.’

Gu Su was on high alert. He had no desire to linger in the wilderness; he just wanted to get back to the Graveyard Demon as quickly as possible. It was his only safe haven.

At Gu Su’s urging, the Skeletons moved even faster.

In a few moments, all the supplies were packed and ready.

The glittering Gold Coins, the few items from the Treasure Chest, and various other miscellaneous items were carefully placed into an emptied shopping cart, which was pushed steadily by an Ordinary Skeleton.

The branches, thatch, and feathers from the nest, along with the Angle Iron and wooden planks dismantled from the shelves, were tied into several large bundles. Multiple Skeletons worked in pairs, struggling to carry them.

An Elite Skeleton carried the corpse of the Harpies Leader on its back.

The last two Skeletons carried the charred, incomplete remains of the Oil Centipede and waited quietly by Gu Su’s side.

Seeing that everything was ready, Gu Su no longer hesitated. He raised his hand and waved. "Let’s move out. We’re heading back!"

With that, he took the lead, striding quickly in the direction of the Graveyard Demon.

The Skeletons followed close behind with the various supplies, their orderly footsteps echoing with stark clarity across the empty wilderness.

Along the way, Gu Su remained vigilant, constantly scanning his surroundings, not daring to let his guard down for a second.

The Skeletons also performed their duties, keeping an eye on their surroundings for any movement as they traveled, always on guard against potential dangers.

After marching at a brisk pace for seven or eight minutes, the last trace of twilight vanished from the horizon, and the sky turned completely dark. Just as Gu Su was growing more anxious, the familiar, dilapidated silhouette of the Graveyard Demon’s perimeter wall finally appeared ahead.

They quickly walked to the Graveyard Demon’s main gate. Almost at the same moment, the tightly shut gate began to slowly open on its own.

Immediately after, a large amount of snow-white Paper Money drifted out from within the Graveyard Demon, like a sky full of falling snow. It slowly settled on Gu Su and the Skeletons, as if giving them a warm welcome home.

Gu Su knew this was the Deceitful Tree sensing their return.

He quickly moved forward, leading the Skeletons to carry all the supplies inside.

As soon as he entered the Graveyard Demon, Gu Su noticed that things inside the graveyard had changed yet again.
