9 Level Spell [subspace movement (move outer plane)].

It's a spell that moves up to seven bodies, including yourself, to subspace. I can block all influences from the material world while in subspace. You can't perceive or attack from the material realm, so it's a complete wall in defense. Furthermore, travel in subspace can barely pass all the obstacles in the material realm. You can come and go between the subspace and the material realm as many times as you want during the six-hour duration, in which case you must always be within three metres of the operator.

And, I mean, it's too much of a spell for covert behavior.

"That's just omnipotent..."

"Lord Wizard... are you God?

Gillion and Gunnar said as they blued their complexions.

"Isn't it the use of Ashguinea, the patron saint of winter?

Don't kneel there, Mr. Riolia.

"... eh. Or not God."

I'm just in a hurry to treat God. Certainly not at the level where in 'D&B' you can challenge your quest to be a god. I can't say that, and from the look on their faces, it seems very unconvincing in a word.

"Anyway... I don't know God and I'm not interested. If my magic looks like the power of God... it must be because your faith is too strong"

I don't even know what I'm talking about anymore. Behind the three knights who are somehow impressed, it was more of a salvation for Sedam and Crawla to turn a tight gaze.

In fact, it's far from God. The power of the spell is certainly powerful, but there are heaps of weaknesses in the 'D&B' wizard. One of them is that there is a limit to how many spells can be 'prepared'. For example, in what I've been preparing for today, what's going on with the nine-level spell?

[Spell Name] Availability/Preparation Count

[Meteorite (Meteo)] 2/2

[Complete Treatment (Complete Recovery)] 1/1

[Time stop (timestop)] 1/1

[All Species Monster Creation (Creative All Monsters)] 1/1

[Words that Spread Death (Word of Death)] 1/1

[Barrier to Chaos (Chaotic Wall)] 1/1

[Subspace Move (Move Outer Plane)] 0/1

[Invincible] 0/1

This is what happens.

The maximum number of Preparations increases according to the Wizard's level, which in my case is nine times per level. And the spell, which has been used 0 times, can no longer be used today ([Invincible (Invisible)] also used it before leaving the fort). Of course, I also have a good selection of spells below eight levels to prepare for each nine times.

Speaking of luxury, I wanted to have [Complete Recovery] about one more time, and I wanted to have [Transformation (Shape Change)] with a wide range of applications. … around here is the limit of the 'D&B' wizard.

"Bye, gentlemen. Shall we move on?"

Spell effect time is not infinite.

Walk the valley bottom ahead of Sedam.

The valley was surprisingly complex and deep, with several branches. Every time we hit the divide, Sedham examines our surroundings and finds traces of an army of demons marching on us. Even if it is somewhat difficult to walk with rocks and debris, it does not constitute an obstacle while in subspace. Thanks to this, I was able to safely discover the dark stronghold after walking for about two hours.

"There's a rock ghost..."

"What's that more than that?

It was the deepest part of the valley. Surrounded by cliffs, in a square as large as the baseball grounds, about an elephant...... four or five meters was a giant rock ghost all in one piece, with dozens of little ghosts around it. Thanks, it looks like they're feeding the rock ghosts. The little ghosts were carrying a few creatures like pigs. Of course, we don't realize we're in subspace. More than that, I was also concerned about the huge gates installed on the cliff, just like Crawla. Would it be 10 meters tall? That size would allow rock ghosts to pass slowly.

"What a gate."

"So why is there a gate?"

"That must have been made by the demons."

Gunner explains to his sibling comics talent. Sedam agrees, too, so I guess so. Sure, the structure itself is simple but creepy with tattoos and decorations like avant-garde art.

"But wasn't it very recently that the Dark Nest 'occurred'? I don't think I have time to build something like that...... but?

"I don't care what you think, it wasn't made in a couple of days.... 10 years ago... before that"

Indeed, it was ten years ago that the last dark nest was discovered in this area (Leus). Before that, you mean the war with the Dark One 150 years ago?

"Well, anything. - No. And it can't be, all you have to do is smash that rock ghost into the back of the gate, right?

"Exactly, but I'll take care of that"

"... I know."

Oh, I thought I'd storm on my own, but did Gillion grow a little too?

"Let's check the back of that gate before the assault"

I said as I retrieved one scroll. Crawla peeks in with her interest dew.

"Oh, there's a scroll in magic, too?... and that it's not blank?

"It's blank now, though.... Well, watch me."

When you spread the blank scroll to the ground.

"Oh, something floats up"

"... is this a map?

Yes, this is a magic item called Mapping Scroll. It's usually blank, but once it's spread out, it automatically draws a map of the dungeons nearby.

From the title "Dungeons & Braves," it is an item that ruins the game's creep called Dungeon Exploration. However, dungeons above 30 levels are mostly covered with leaded walls that are in different dimensions or do not pass magic, and mapping scrolls do not work. Conversely, it is an item for high-level characters called 'I don't need to spend much time exploring ordinary caves and abandoned castles'.

"Beyond the gate is still the underground passage."

Sedam analyzes the finished map with a shovel and view.

"If the nest is also producing rock ghosts, you can reach it by going down the underground corridor, which is so vast... here it is."

What he pointed to was the largest hall located at the far end of the map, or deep underground. Certainly the thickest passage leads to the gate.

"You seem to have a lot of branches and small rooms, too. The way out..."

"All the rock ghosts can pass the giant ghosts. There's only one narrow road that doesn't seem like it."

You're lucky you figured this out. If there seems to be many wide ways out, I had to block you first.

"Well, let's just say we're going in from here"

It doesn't matter what the gate is because you're in subspace... it's not that you go long in a rock with no vision, you'll fall off and lose your sense of direction. It doesn't make sense if you can't get to your purpose.

"We need to return to the material world once and for all to use the spell. In the meantime, ask for an escort"

"Oh? Whoa! Leave it to me, my wizard!

I'll protect you.

The brothers and sisters rejoiced as soon as possible, and the Sedams formed a circle around me as well.

"I have a defensive magic called Windwall. You'll be able to prevent a rock ghost attack in a little while."

A crawler with a long cane stands beside him and whispers. I was talking about magic for offense... I guess that means' for combat 'in a broad sense.

"Now move to the material world"

Not in the middle of the square, of course. We returned our bodies to the material world in the shadow of the rock near the entrance. As soon as possible, the rotten odor emanating from the previously shut out demons snorted.

I'm worried about the rotten smell, but it's better than when I was shot in the shoulder with an ice arrow. I immediately bring myself down to six levels of the 'inner world'.

"This spell causes death to an organism nine meters square, up to a total of 32 levels. [Death Gaze]"

……

Even after the spell, there was no dramatic change in the sight of a rock ghost grabbing a pig with both hands and eating off his abdomen. It conveys the atmosphere in which the knights spit solidly.

Leave it for about a second.

"Gua......"

The entire body of the rock ghost weakens and removes the pig at once. I knelt straight down and fell to the ground like a slow motion. If you take a good look, the kids around you will fall out of shape too.

!?

"Gaa!"

"Gilluuuuuu! Giuuuu!

Rock ghosts don't even tickle to stay down. The stare of death totals 32 levels or less. Organisms are spells that kill without question. In the 'D&B' gaming system, I was a little worried because if the target succeeded in determining resistance to magic, it wouldn't work at all, but it worked.

"Oh, did you die with that...?

"A glance at the rock ghost..."

I didn't stare and kill him, but I still don't have time to explain. The little ones who were panicking about the sudden appearance noticed this way.

"Gaaaa! Gaaaa!

"Gaoooooo!"

Kids waving their swords and spears and thrusting at them. The eyes of killing and hatred that freeze my spine still subside.

Behind me I went into the chant of the next spell, I heard a bow chirp called 'Bishi'. Sedam unleashed an arrow.

"Gugga!?"

An arrow stands on the chest of the leading little ghost, and that guy flips.

"Firefeather!"

A few dozen more feathers made of flames are fired from Crawler's wand, one after the other piercing the little ghost.

"Okay, hey, hey!

"Don't let the Wizard touch one finger!

The Calvinella brothers and sisters and Deputy Gunnar will be my shields, too. but the spell was completed before the little ones came into contact with them.

"This spell manipulates the dead to a total of 36 levels as zombies as intended. [Carcass Manipulation (Control Dead)]"

Because a falling rock ghost (and a few little ghosts) was blown into a false life by my spell and rose to be a zombie.

"gruuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu..."

[Death Gaze] is not a traumatizing spell, so there's nothing seemingly strange about the dead rock ghosts rising up with it.

But every time his huge hands and feet swung, it was the little guy who was trying to attack us that blew up economically.

"Gah! Gah!

"Gwow!"

The hellish sight of a rock ghost turned into a zombie, a little ghost versus dozens of little ghosts left, played out in front of him.

Killing humans is a priority over their suddenly deranged companions, and the little ones rush this way. The rock ghost kicks it down, and the sedam releases an arrow on what dives through the guard.

In a few minutes, sanity (?) of the demons had been wiped out. The zombie-turned little ghost was also a co-faller, but the rock ghost zombie is alive and well.

"This spell will crush the whole subject until it becomes dust. [Destruction]"

The spell we continued to use causes the immense stone gates, which boasted of beauty, to crush and dust with the roar. I don't have any problems getting through from different spaces, but I want to make the most of the rock ghost zombies I made.

"Go. Kill all the demons inside."

"Gruh......"

At my command, the Rock Ghost Zombie broke into the back of the cave, behind a gate destroyed in dull footsteps.

The knights leave their mouths open with no more words.

... Ah.

I don't have to destroy the gate, shouldn't I have let the Rock Ghost Zombie open it?

"Hmm."

Cough up something sedam and crawler said to mislead their gaze.

"Okay, let's go in"

Praying to look as confident as possible, I said.
