Lucielle had been defeated, and I had to admit that she was taking it far better than I had expected. She didn’t complain, she didn’t make excuses, and she didn’t even try to argue about the outcome of our fight.

Without saying anything else, she began taking off her clothes.

I had to admit that she was surprisingly bold about this.
