Chapter 189: A Wash.
Sunnie was forced out of sleep. She heard the loud crying and had no choice but to come out. Soon, she was standing beside Luka, staring at him with a murderous glare, sleep still partially lingering in her eyes.
Luka forced a smile as he stared at the little cub that was still crying. "He’s still crying... He just started crying... I don’t know why..." He smiled nervously.
Soon, the beast husbands and the men returned from the farm. They stood at the side, watching while smiling.
The women were handling other things while also staring in their direction.
Sunnie took the cub from his hands and gently held Ronan. "What’s wrong, Ronan? Why are you crying...?" she asked in a gentle tone, running her fingers through his face.
The cub slowly stopped crying while playing on Sunnie’s finger now. He simply sobbed softly as Sunnie studied him more. She leaned closer and sniffed him, then looked up at Luka. "He messed himself."
"..."
"Eh?" Luka stared at her, blinking. "That..."
Sunnie tilted her head. "Did you feed him again?"
"...." Luka looked around, pretending as though he wasn’t the one being questioned, while the other husbands and women laughed at him getting in trouble.
Sunnie sighed. She took it as a yes. "What did you give him that made his stomach a mess?" she inquired.
Luka hesitated and then said, "Well, that... just a little bit of food."
"What little bit of food?"
He bit his lower lip and then answered.
"....." Sunnie blinked in shock. She was exhausted as she said in a groan, "I thought I told you not to feed him all the time... and especially not your type of meals..."
Luka bit his lower lip as he brought his head down. "Sorry..." He blinked.
Eris burst out with soft laughter and shook his head. "Interesting. The good boy is in trouble in the hands of wifey. Poor him." He folded his arms.
"Poor husband," Elza shook her head with a smile as she continued her work.
Sunnie held the baby firmly as the system popped up.

"Don’t worry, I’ll change him and wash him up immediately," Luka voluntarily accepted without hesitation. Sunnie stared up at Luka, surprised at his dedication.
She slowly nodded as she said, "Okay then. I’ll let you handle this. Make sure you handle it well, okay?"
He nodded with a smile. "Don’t worry, I’ve seen you do it a couple of times. So I’ll handle it perfectly well!" He flashed her a smile.
Sunnie slowly smiled as she shook her head. She guessed Luka had a knack for making her smile too. His bright smile was just infectious.
"Okay then. Just don’t mess up," she reminded as he nodded continuously.
"Don’t worry, I won’t." He smiled as he leaned closer. "Now kiss me so I can get all the encouragement I need to move on."
Sunnie stared at him with a smile.
"Come on, kiss me. Give me an energy boost and stop being mad," Luka insisted with his brightest smile for her.
Everyone stared in amusement. Karl and Zayn shook their heads. "Shameless indeed," Karl sighed.
"That’s my student," Eris nodded with a smile.
The women giggled over the cute scene. Sunnie had suddenly gone shy and wanted to look away, but Luka insisted.
"Kiss him, Mama!" Maren shamelessly screamed from a distance as Mii supported her, screaming as well. Elza immediately closed their mouths, wondering where these kids had learned that.
Sunnie smiled as she leaned closer and kissed Luka on the cheek. "Now go."
But Luka turned and brushed his lips against her mouth. It was a brief, quick, adorable kiss that had Sunnie blushing as she glared at him. "You..."
Luka smiled as he happily took the baby from her hands. "I’ll be off then!" He happily headed off to the washing stream.
"Are you sure you won’t need any help?" Azure inquired.
"Don’t worry, I’ll be more than fine!" He said, happily galloping off.
Azure slowly nodded. "Okay then. We’ll wait."

Luka arrived at the riverside with Ronan in his arms, sucking on his fingers. He stared at him with a smile. "Don’t worry, little one. We’ll get you washed up in no time."
He slowly kept Ronan on the rock there. Ronan sat there, staring at him as though curious to know what his father was up to now.
Luka slowly removed his clothes as the scent filled his nostrils. It was a powerful smell that almost sent Luka into unconsciousness. He closed his nose as he shook his head. "You really are a powerful one..."
He shook his head as he stared at the little cub, who had started smiling now. Ronan smiled as Luka slowly reached out to remove the messed-up piece of clothing around his waist.
Luka swallowed, stopped breathing, and partially closed his eyes as he reached out to remove it. "How does she even do this so effortlessly...?" He panicked, wondering why he had accepted this task. But he guessed he didn’t regret it as long as it made Sunnie happy.
"How is this even possible..." His hands finally arrived at the kid’s waist as the cub smiled brightly and giggled mischievously. "Stop smiling... it’s not funny. You were the one who asked for more food, and now I’m suffering."
But the cub smiled even more and giggled as Luka managed to remove the clothing around his waist. The smell oozed out even more, almost taking Luka’s breath away.
He stepped backwards as he held himself, staring at the mess around Ronan’s body. He closed his eyes and shook his head. "You... seriously..." He sighed, eyes shut, as he slowly approached with a piece of leaf he had picked up at the side.
"I guess it’s time to clean you up..." He said as he approached, but Ronan didn’t want any of that. Ronan had jumped down.
