Baby Ronan had continued his mischievous ways, constantly bringing headaches for everyone equally in the little tribe.

One morning, Sunnie’s husbands stepped out to work on the farmland. It was almost time to harvest—days and weeks had gone by—so they were making preparations for it.

That morning, Sunnie decided to make some meat pie for everyone. She figured it would be best for celebrating the blooming farmland, at least.

She and the other females worked on it. Little Black assisted them, and the little ones sat at a distance, watching them work.

Ronan’s eyes kept running over the meal being made. It was obvious that he clearly wanted a taste for himself as well.

"Keep an eye on your little brother," Sunnie told Maren while she worked, because she knew what the little one was capable of.

"Yes! I will!" Maren immediately agreed, nodding aggressively while holding onto Ronan’s hand. Ronan simply stared innocently at Sunnie without saying anything.

Sunnie continued cooking and soon made a decent amount of meat pie. She kept them at her side while they turned to work on other things.

When she turned around, half of the meat pie was gone.

Sunnie gasped in shock as she looked up at Ronan, who was sitting there. Her eyes were wide in shock as she saw the little one trying to push the last piece into his mouth. He was already dirty from the meat pie all around his mouth.

Sunnie scoffed, speechless. "What..." She didn’t know what to say. Everyone turned and stared at Ronan, also shocked and speechless. It wasn’t the first time, so they didn’t have much to say but only stared.

"He sure really eats..." Elza said as everyone slowly nodded.

Maren had been distracted for a second, playing with Mii, when she turned and saw what had happened. Surprised, she paused and stared up at her brother. "Ronan... what did you do? Why did you eat that...?"

Ronan paused and stared up at Maren and then at Sunnie. He stopped eating and simply blinked while he stared at them, innocently as if he hadn’t done anything.

"Mama is mad now... say sorry," Maren urged her brother. "Say sorry to Mama."

Ronan pouted while staring at Sunnie. He slowly held the piece in his hands as he stretched out his arms to share it with her. "Sorry..." he managed to say.

The women around simply smiled while shaking their heads.

"He’s so adorable that he can technically get away with anything at this point," Elza said.

"Cubs," another shook her head with a smile as they continued their work.

Sunnie couldn’t do anything. She could only smile at the adorable little cub while she gave another warning, slightly holding his ears.

"Don’t do it again, okay? Don’t go around stealing the meal. It’s wrong, understood?" She warned for the hundredth time.

Ronan nodded intensely again as he stretched out the piece of meat pie. "Mama, taste, food. Delicious," he smiled.

Sunnie smiled as she rubbed her hand over his furry hair and soft little bear ears. "Eat it."

And so he continued eating. Maren stared at Sunnie. "I want one too."

Sunnie smiled as she handed her and Mii a piece each. Maren smiled happily as she continued eating hers with Mii.

Sunnie shook her head as she proceeded to cook.

After the kids were done eating the meat pie Sunnie had given them, they all rushed off to go play, with Maren leading the way.

"Hey! Be careful. Don’t get hurt playing!" Sunnie warned as the three of them rushed off without even looking back.

Elza smiled as she shook her head. "Cubs."

By the time they returned from playing, everyone was already back and seated for the meal. But they were shocked to see Ronan coming back with something astonishing.

The cub had returned with a huge fish in his grip—a dead fish bigger than him by all means. Everyone was speechless while they stared at the cub pulling on the fish as he made his way toward them, persistent.

"What’s that...?" Eris asked, speechless.

"How the hell did he carry that...?" Sunnie couldn’t process the thought.

Maren and Mii rushed to Sunnie to report what had happened while Ronan happily and persistently pulled on what he had caught. He didn’t even bother looking at everyone around who had their eyes on him. He fell on his bottom at times, but he immediately got up and continued pulling the huge fish.

"Mama, Mama," Maren called out, pulling Sunnie’s arm. "I don’t know where little brother got that big, big, big fish! Me and Mii went to get something, and when we came back, he had already pulled out a big fish from some waterside! Mama, tell him to throw it away now! He won’t listen to me! He wants to eat it too!"

Sunnie smiled as she stared at Ronan, who was still pulling it closer. Sunnie and Luka got up and approached the scene; Azure soon joined them. The three stood there, staring down at the persistent little one.

"Ronan, where did you get this?" Sunnie asked as Ronan continued pulling without even looking up at them.

Luka smiled as he rubbed his hand over Ronan’s fluffy hair. "Hey, little one, Mama is talking to you."

Immediately, Ronan stopped and turned to stare up at everyone who had their curious eyes on him. He blinked as he said, "Mama, food, delicious." He smiled again.

Sunnie smiled as she ran her hands through his ears. "Did you find this big fish?"

"Big fish," Ronan repeated. "Big fish, big fish. Food, big fish..." He turned and continued pulling it while he muttered, "Food, big fish." Sunnie could tell that the little one had already learned that word.

"Come on, let Papa help you take it," Luka tried to take the fish from Ronan, but Ronan grabbed it defensively and stared at Luka.

"My big fish!" he said as everyone burst into heartwarming smiles.
