The next morning Jared, woken by Trane, was surprised as she panicked.
When asked what had happened, the two secretaries came to visit with the requirements of the fire.
I had a bad feeling because it was early enough, not early in the morning. Get dressed early and meet with the girls who were put through to the reception room.
"Good morning, Allie, Ernesta. Was there a problem?
"Good morning. Sorry about earlier in the morning. But the Royal Palace and the Society of Mages have asked for Jared."
"A request, how could you suddenly? And it's from the royal palace?
The greeting is also there. Jared rounds his eyes to the words spoken out of Ernesta's mouth.
Allie takes over like a tatami of something that exposes surprises.
