Was the work of Necro Grant Black Magic Company underserved for seniors?

For many humans, eliminating a salary or another element would make the former more appreciated if it were an easy and tiring job.

At least there will be more jealous of people who seem to be doing easier and more lucrative work than the poor ones.

But nobody, it's definitely not happier to be easy.

There are people in the world who feel that's not enough.

For example, if it is a sport or other profession in which one's grades are recorded, it is sometimes more natural to keep up with growth, even if it is hard to repeat a workout.

And then there's the artisanal work that aims to make that path better, and the emphasis on the quality of the work that I've done over ease.

This kind of profession is more or less such that, when the quality improves, there is also more money to be received, so that there is no contradiction or the like in that regard.

And the senior genius black wizard also had such competitive and artisanal values that he wanted to test his own arm.

"Why don't we just tell the president that we want to do something bigger in the company today? I'm sure the president will make it easier for you."

Mary said the best thing.

But the senior immediately shook his head to the side.

"There are limits to what a small company can do. It's not the president's fault. There's nothing I can do about it."

What small and medium-sized enterprises can do differs from what large enterprises can do.

"Of course, I think President Kerkel has taken care of me. I appreciate it, too. The company today is fun too. But... he wants to know how far he can go... and there's nothing he can't do."

There was a sad color in the eyes of Senior Farfistagna.

I might say it's a desperate concern for some people.

But it's a really hard problem for seniors.

"What shall I do?

He was staring at me like a senior's eyes were squeezing.

Will I, the young man, answer what is right?

No, I know it's just after my second year.

Okay, well, the seniors have been talking to me.

And you know I'm satisfied with Necro Grant Black Magic. I also know that I'm likely to try to hold him back.

Still, what you've been asking me...

It means the seniors believe in my integrity.

Then why shouldn't I answer honestly and truthfully, too?

"Senior, I don't know if I should stay with this company or change jobs right now. I don't know about life experience or the other company."

"Right."

Seniors laugh quite a bit.

It was easy to cut the story off here. Seniors won't blame me for that either.

But I wanted to do something for more seniors.

So, I kept my word.

"So - give me a moment. I'll look into the company of my senior transferees myself!

I thought that was the best I could do right now.

Better stay.

You should change careers.

Either way, it lacks foundation. I find no confidence in that conclusion myself. It's not like I can face a very senior.

Then you mean make money off your feet, or explore your own senior transfer job.

"Find out, how do you do it...?

Naturally, you'll be asked. Besides, I can't possibly go to "First Magic" headquarters and say, "Seniors from the company I work for may transfer to your company, but tell me about your work".

If I tell you there's nothing to do with this, it doesn't make sense. Well, it's like an interview where you just say you have guts and you don't give me any specific information. It would be very untrustworthy.

"I have a plan. I don't know if it's gonna work."

"Don't tell President Kerkel..."

Senior Farfistagna doesn't want the president to look sad either.

The president will definitely feel lonely even when he says his seniors are going to change jobs, because I think he will be properly happy to congratulate them on the prosperity and hold farewell parties and all, but he will still have no companions who have been with him for a long time.

If I put myself in the president's shoes, I'd have to tell him to stay.

But seniors aren't living for the president.

Seniors only live for the happiness of seniors.

Misunderstood there, and if I answered from the president's point of view, or from my point of view, the seniors would lose the point they had revealed to me.

"I will keep secrets strictly. I would never tell the president."

"Yeah. I can't repay you for anything."

"Please don't say that. It's normal to talk to people from the same company."

I smile as much as I can.

"Besides, I'm glad you're counting on me."

For a newbie who's just in his second year, it's a good thing he gets consulted by a big senior.

We left the coffee shop and split with Senior Farfistagna.

It's getting pretty dark out there already.

"So, what are you going to do, Franz?

Mary asked me around getting out of the crowd.

"Perhaps, to do an accurate juggling, you have to know what the big companies are planning, but, you know, that's not what you can do. It's a tough one this time."

"I can't think of a better way..."

Celia also looks like she has trouble putting her hands together in front of her chest.

"If I could do it, I'd just have to set up a honey trap on a corporate executive and ask him to share confidential information from there..."

"No, I'm afraid you're going to be able to do that if it's Celia..."

I think Serlia can contact most of the men. Because Sacubus is a pro on that path. Sounds like some big companies even hire Sacubas for that......

"I just... I'd like to serve just your husband now if I could... You don't feel like overlapping with other men yet..."

Serria blushes her cheeks.

My chest hurts.

There's no way they can say this and use Celia.

Well, I have a sense of selfishness because that's how I relate to all kinds of women...

I don't use Cellulia anyway. It's not even in my plan.
