Three Divine Wishes: Yes, I'm OP!

Chapter 163: The Future Hub of Knowledge (2)

A brief hour had passed since Akasha’s declaration to the inhabitants of the world of Noxara.

Despite the blunt ultimatum—join the Dreamer’s Pantheon or leave entirely—the majority of those who remained chose to accept his offer.

The decision was not born from unquestioning loyalty or sudden faith.

They had seen the power of his legion with their own eyes, and more importantly, they understood what his intervention had saved them from.

Without the sudden collapse of the Dark Thorn occupation, their fate would have been slow erosion under continued imprisonment and draining.

That quiet, unspoken certainty made the choice almost inevitable.

Within the span of a single hour, the portals had carried away every last resident, sending them off to Kalpa.

The continents of Noxara stood empty, at least as far as any of them could currently tell.

Akasha, Luna, Yume, and Calista stood firmly on the cracked red earth of what had once been a central plateau.

Without ceremony, Akasha opened his hand and let the Dreamer’s World Editing Seed fall.

The moment it touched the ground, it sank inward and vanished, assimilating into the world’s core with a single soft pulse of dream-light.

Then a status window bloomed in front of him.

[How would you like to edit Noxara’s Landscape?]

Seeing this, Akasha closed his eyes for a brief moment and envisioned the shape he had already decided upon.

HUMMMMMMM!!!!!

The world responded all at once, a steady, unbroken rumble echoing through the planet’s crust as the transformation took hold.

In that moment, the boundary between Topside and Underside started to dissolve.

Vast stretches of cracked earth and stone slowly sank and softened, giving way to rising water that spread outward in every direction.

In the far distance, the first outline of a single great central island began to rise, while countless smaller landmasses started forming in scattered rings around it.

The change would take the full two years to complete, yet the direction was already irreversible.

Luna gazed at the shifting horizons, her tone carrying a note of contemplation as she spoke.

"For now... until you claim a third domain, it seems you’ll need to come up with something to protect this world on your own."

Yume’s cooler voice chimed in right after.

"Or, instead, why not create something that could safeguard the entire Star System?"

Her eyes lit up with sudden inspiration.

"Oh! Master, what about finding a way to link a formation to the Divine Barrier?" she suggested excitedly.

"That way, once everything is connected, the whole Star System will be protected."

Calista stayed quiet through it all, her stance clear—she wasn’t entirely on board with becoming Akasha’s disciple.

So, she chose to watch, though their words and the sight of the world already shifting felt far too surreal.

’A Formation... that covers the Star System?’ She wondered as she knew about pretty much... all sub-professions in some form or fashion.

’Is that even possible?’

Akasha turned his head toward Yume and gave a small, approving nod.

"That is actually not a bad idea."

He sent another silent message inward to his True Self. A pair of clean notifications appeared across his vision a moment later.

[You have created a new artifact.]

[Dreamer’s Codex of Absolute Formations (Divine) – A record that instantly grants the holder complete mastery of formation theory and creation up to the Divine Rank, along with full comprehension of every known array structure and principle.]

A slim purple book materialized in his open hands; its cover marked with shifting language of Gods.

With a single thought, the volume dissolved into streams of soft violet light that poured directly into his mind.

Akasha closed his eyes and stood motionless while the flood of knowledge settled into place—every principle, every diagram, every advanced technique of Divine-ranked formations and arrays unfolding behind his eyelids in perfect clarity.

When he opened his eyes again, Luna and Yume were already looking at him. The three of them spoke almost in the same breath.

"Divine Stones..."

In that brief moment, he realized that all formations were unique, each needing specific items to create.

However, every true formation of significant scale required Divine Stones as its core fuel and anchor.

The quantity required to raise a protective structure capable of covering an entire star system was so vast it bordered on the absurd.

"So, the requirement for Divine Stones is directly linked to the amount of Divinity needed for things of the same rank," Akasha mused, reviewing the details.

For Divine Ranked formations, at the very least, one million Divine Stones would be necessary.

Anything less, and the structure would collapse before it even started.

Luna nudged Yume with a playful smile.

"Well, it’s not like we’ll have a problem with Divine Stones," she said, knowing they’d just secured the resources from the Dark Thorn here on Noxara.

All of it had been retrieved by his Legion and stored neatly in his inventory as Divine Rings.

On top of that, he still possessed the Divine Rings of the Nova Dragons and countless others he deleted over the years.

Yume rolled her eyes, absently prodding a small pile of pebbles with her toe.

"Right, the main focus is the rest of the materials," she replied, aware that they had no clue what exactly was needed for Akasha’s latest undertaking.

While his knowledge covered the requirements for various established Formations, Akasha had set his sights on crafting an entirely new one from scratch.

That meant he would need a broad selection of materials, giving him the freedom to choose the very best components to construct a formation capable of linking seamlessly to his barrier.

Akasha nodded, calculations already unfolding behind his eyes.

"And... I think it’s a little absurd to believe Divine Ranked formations could actually extend into other universes."

From what he understood, God Ranked formations were restricted to covering Galaxies and Galaxy Clusters, while even the weakest Divine Ranked formations could span an entire universe.

The most powerful among them, however, were capable of reaching into nearby universes as well.

Yume tilted her head slightly, blue-streaked hair drifting in the thin high-altitude wind as the ground continued its low, steady trembling beneath their feet.

"The Divine Domain generates resources, does it not?" she asked, her tone measured.

She already knew the answer—Divine Ranked herbs grew freely across Dreamer’s Peak—but the scale of what they were discussing made the question worth confirming aloud.

Akasha’s smile stayed gentle as he closed his eyes for a moment, sending another quiet request to his True Self.

The reply came almost at once.

[You have created a new artifact.]

[Dreamer’s Compendium of Materials (Divine) – A record that contains the complete knowledge of every Divine Ranked material and below available around the inhabiting universe.

Along with precise locations.]

---

"Well, I think so..." he said, wasting no time in taking in the new knowledge.

A slender book wrapped in a glow of purple rested in his hands. As soon as his fingers closed around it, the volume dissolved into gentle streams of light that flowed straight into his mind.
