Tilea’s Worries

Episode 39: Even the Gargan Crusaders (Part One)

"Ugh, I'm sleepy."

I haven't slept much last night because I was immersed in making a new menu for the store. A new menu is a "curry rice" that is served with a loo filled with vegetables and meat seasoned with multiple spices in the rice.

Yesterday, I spent the day trying to make curry. You were right about wanting to eat asexually when you came to some other world. I really wanted to eat it and tried to make it, but it's hard. I remember the taste, but I don't know the spices. Even if made with similar ingredients, it tastes subtle.

No, the Indians were amazing. I thought about that exquisite flavor addition and subtraction with a combination of spices. Oh, seriously, I want curry powder.

In my last life, I couldn't make curry recipes because I didn't cook much. I only knew potatoes and carrots about curry utensils. That's why I have to rely on the taste I remember.

I already want to punch myself in the past life. Food from different worlds is now more familiar. I can see how lazy I've lived in my previous life.

That's how I slept two minutes ago.

And right now, I'm in town. Usually, either my father or my mother look at this kind of association, but I was promoted at my father's request.

This unscrupulous duddy......

There is no doubt that this previous matter has drawn its tail.

During the debt disturbance at the store, it was a bad idea for me to solve it by myself. Well, thanks more to Mr. Remilia than to me, to be exact. He was preached that if he made a mistake, he might have been in danger.

My father said, "You don't trust everyone in town!," he scolded. You were trying to stand united in the whole town, and you're angry because I took the stand play on my own.

Maybe it makes me feel like my father let me join this congregation for a little bit to know the townspeople, for more adulthood.

You can't say no if they think that far.

I've rubbed my sleepy eyes... but these meetings are no different in any world. I don't care what it is. It just sounds like we're talking about getting on the agenda.

Besides, our mayor's speech is too long. I heard the mayor liked to talk, but it was true. I've never even heard the headmaster of a school properly in my last life. It is the end of being attacked by a sleeper.

"Tyrea, you look asleep"

As I rowed the boat, Mr. George, who was doing his business in the guard's quarters, would casually ask me that.

"Shh, excuse me. Hey, I was cooking late at night..."

"Ha, you're enthusiastic anyway. But I don't have to do much about it."

"Yes. I know... follow, eh"

They point out the culinary silliness and I get stuck on my head.

That!? Speaking of which, Mr. George is here. Hasn't Bicef come?

I take the initiative in these kinds of congregations and say something great. Yet...

"Will Mr. Bicef not join the congregation?

"Oh, Mr. Bicef, I'm still pulling you home."

Seriously, are you still dragging that thing down? Wouldn't that leave you with a pull?

Mostly because of the heckle (Bicef), the family was in crisis. I haven't come to explain a word yet. I want you to apologize for the inconvenience I caused even if I couldn't help it at this time.

The mayor raised his voice one step as he was leaking bump discontent.

"I have an urgent case at the end!

Urgent matter?

I just have to ask you this. I slapped him in the face with both hands, cleared his sleepy head, and decided to listen to the mayor.

"Changes have taken place in the distribution of the town of Berga in the last few days"

"Mayor, what is change?

"Apparently the ecosystem around the town of Berga is broken."

"Oh, is that true?

The townspeople start making noise about the mayor's shock speech. Indeed, the oak meat had risen in price, and some of the ingredients that were often on the market had disappeared.

"The skilled adventurers who come to the market to wholesale the meat of the Warcraft say with their mouths shut, so there's no mistake."

"How could you be so sudden?

"Apparently, there's been a massive warcraft or a bunch of demon dogs."

"Big Warcraft!? I've never heard of that before"

"There's already been human damage. They say the village of Zargy has been destroyed."

"Is it a village in Zargy! It's not that far from here."

"Oh, that's why we have to be careful."

"So, but devastation is such an idiot..."

"Anything goes to the village of Zargy. The adventurer says there was no one there"

"Duh, didn't we all move somewhere?

"Do you want me to put my living gear down? Impossible. Besides, an adventurer found the body of a villager, and the body was devoured by a beast."

"Why, are they all?

"The body only seemed to be found for a few people. After that, it's in the belly of a warcraft."

The townspeople get upset. He didn't think we'd all hear such a noise in such a peaceful town. I'm one of them. 'Cause if I sucked, I thought the town of Berga was safer than Japan in my previous life.

Before this, Hethalle called in a bad guy named Dark Gold Liar Jima, but that was an irregular case and a basic peaceful town. And yet I can't believe there's a case like this...

"A large herd of warcraft or demon dogs...... you've got a lot of noise around here too, Mr. George"

"Oh, I've lived in this town for thirty years, but it's my first time."

"That's right."

A large herd of warcraft or demon dogs. It's a really noisy story. It's hard to even think of a large warcraft suddenly appearing around here. Realistically, I feel like a bunch of demon dogs are the right answer. Maybe we moved to this town because of something.

Further talk of the mayor continues.

"… so I'm thinking of two solutions. One is to build a vigilante with everyone in town."

"Are you a vigilante?"

"That's right. Recruit a few aspirations from each household and take turns guarding the perimeter of the town."

"So what's the other idea?

"Ask the Alliance for the other. I have the testimony of the adventurers, and I think they will organize a crusade for the Warcraft."

"Isn't that better? We're amateurs, and I'll leave you to the professionals."

"Hmm. But the asking fee is not enough for town taxes. In that case, we'll have each household give us the money we need."

We all think about the mayor's proposal. I don't have to worry about gold in a vigilante who recruited his will, but there's not much at stake in his life. Conversely, there is no danger to life if you ask the Alliance, but it involves quite painful expenses.

Money or people......

"What do you think of Mr. George?

"Right. If it were normal, it would be enough for the vigilante. As far as I can tell, the damage isn't immediate, so it might be out of the control of the vigilante."

"I see. But if it wasn't really a big case, wouldn't it be a waste of money to ask for the guild?

"Yeah, but I was wondering if everyone in town would be okay? Anyway, Bicef is right there."

"Oh, you did"

"Do you know who Tyrea might depend on?

"Uh-huh, if it's just a few, it's our employees and their associates."

"Oh, that's Mr. Nielzen we're talking about, isn't it? Where the hell did you find that Dada guy?

You even know Mr. George! That pervert (Nielsen) still seems to be spreading the name of the mature killer here.

"Well, it's certainly popular with your wives. The armpit is a bit more..."

"The so-called colored man, how dare you do gold and power?"

It's the end of the world for a man of color to suffer from such a disease. But when I think about it, I'm pretty sure we don't have a lot of people to build a vigilante. You should ask the Alliance for some money here.

"Then I shall vote for the majority because I seem to have given my opinion."

That's what the mayor said and took the tone of the majority vote. I voted for the Alliance, of course.

Results…….

The majority voted to request the Alliance.

Looks like they're all anxious about Bicef. A fast horse to the guild flies under the decision of the congregation. A crusade will be organized in a few weeks' time.

"Tilea, you're in big trouble. Be careful when you go out. Maybe I shouldn't be walking alone until I'm calm."

"Yes, I will. Be careful, Mr. George."

It's what really made it noisy. Especially if we have to never come close to the village of Zargy...... that?

Wasn't that where Tim and the others used to play? This should be noted by Tim as soon as possible.

I rushed to the store after the meeting.
