To Be a Power in the Shadows!

It's as mysterious as a wooden knife in a tourist destination.

It was two days later at noon that we arrived at the Holy Land of Lindblum.

A magnificent ecclesiastical church is built on the terrain as if it had cut through the mountains, under which the white-toned streets spread. The main street through the centre of the city continued intact onto the long staircase to the Episcopal Church, and its commutes were overflowing with numerous tourists.

We have lunch at a fancy restaurant as usual and walk down Main Street hissing the dewmill.

I found a little decorative souvenir with a dragon wrapped around my sword, which was also common in Japanese tourist destinations, and I thought that this kind of thing wouldn't change in any world. It's just that here, for some reason, the disastrous left arm, not the dragon, is wrapped around the sword, and I took it with interest.

"Did you like it?

"Mm, just wondering. I wonder why they're all left arms."

Rose peeks into my hand. [M] It's hot even when my shoulders are so tight that they touch each other. Because it's a highland, but it's summer.

"You're the left arm of the hero Olivier's sword and the demon Diabolos. It is once told that in this land the hero Olivier cut off and sealed Diabolos' left arm. There it is."

Those to whom Rose refers were the long staircase and the Episcopal Church nestled above it, even further ahead.

"That chopped mountain skin has a ruin called the sanctuary, where it is assumed that Diabolos' left arm was sealed. It's a gay story."

Rose smiles and continues.

"It's a popular souvenir for men."

"I guess. Excuse me. One of these, please."

I bought one souvenir for Hyoro. Three thousand zennies, I'll be there, but I'll pay for this myself just fine.

Jaga's souvenirs get a list. I haven't seen it yet because it's so hard.

We walk relaxed with souvenirs in our pockets. I miss passing tourists and the vibrancy of the dewstores somewhere.

And I was drawn to Rose. [M]

"You're doing Dr. Nutmeg's autograph. I'm a big fan!

There was a crowd ahead of us. Looks like it's in front of the bookstore, but I can't even see the shop sign.

"Um, can I come in line? It's going to take a little while..."

Rose says to the boss.

"I'll be waiting for you. Come on."

"Yes! Sid, how about you, too?

"I'm fine."

Rose bought a flat-stacked book on the shelf and lined up for a line of autographs.

I somehow took the book and scrolled the page without doing anything in particular.

"My brother is a dragon. No name yet."

Isn't it round puck?

No, maybe miraculously a literary troupe with the same sensibilities was just born in another world. I regain my mind and take a different book.

"Romeo and Giulietta"

It is a round puck. Something else.

"Cinderella"

"Redskins."

And even a bunch of Hollywood and other movies and books documenting comics and cartoons. I finally figured it out when I got here.

Apparently, there are reincarnators besides me.

I bought a book and put it in line with Dr. Nutmeg's signature.

Remember your face first. We'll decide what to do then.

While I was thinking about that, the line proceeded and I could see that. It's a little hard to see with a hood on, but that's what women look like.

Cut off your beautiful silver hair about shoulder length and cry in your eyes like a blue cat. A deep chest valley peeks through the open blouse of the chest.

"What are you doing, this guy?"

You can't possibly see it wrong, it was someone I knew well. I held my head down and shook my head and tried to leave the line gently.

"Where are you going, people there"

I couldn't leave. It seemed only slightly quicker for them to notice.

I am passed straight in front of Dr. Nutmeg, facing a beautiful elf with silver hair. Yes, she's my familiar elf.

It is a beta.

"Bring the book here"

I give Beta a a smile and pretend to be someone else. [M]

I couldn't help but ask when I saw the beta I was used to signing with Sarah.

"Are you making money?

Squeeze with just a small voice.

"Not good. We're spreading our names well."

I see, this guy too.

This guy was also using my knowledge to make money.

I used to teach Beta stories from my past life. Beta seems to like literature, so think about some cool stories based on stories from her previous life. I taught her with about a knoll, but I didn't know she was going to make rough money.

Beta, I'm disappointed in you.

I looked down at the beta with my cold eyes and received my autograph book.

"I am invited as a guest. Inside information can flow to some extent. I wrote more about the plan in my book."

Just before I walked away, Beta told me with just a small mouth movement. We broke up without looking at each other as we were, and I thought it would be nice to look like a spy movie.

I've reviewed it, Beta.

As I left the store, for some reason Rose seemed happy to be waiting.

"You still liked Sid, too, didn't you, Dr. Nutmeg"

"No, I..."

"I know, it's hard to say because you have so many fans of women, isn't it? But there are only so many women coming to these events, and there are actually so many fans of men."

"Ha, it is"

"Again, Dr. Nutmeg's charm is its magnificent creativity, isn't it? Charming characters with brand new stories, novel worldviews, and fresh values"

That would be new, novel and fresh.

"Familiar with love, mystery, action, fairy tales, and pure literature, all genres, we build stories as if they were written by someone else altogether. That diversity is what captures the hearts and minds of so many people."

That's because someone else is the original.

"Look, my signature. I asked Dr. Nutmeg to put his name in it."

That's what I said and spread out. Rose's book includes Rose's name and Dr. Nutme-Maru Pak's signature.

Speaking of which, you said you wrote the details of the plan and what you did in my book. When I open the book, there it is.

"Ancient letters......?

Says Rose, who peeked in.

Sounds like it.

I can't read at all.

"Can you read?"

"No, ancient letters are very difficult to master and I can only tell a little. This is pretty disintegrating even in ancient letters, and reading it as it is won't make sense."

"Heh."

But it's kind of cryptic and cool. I desist from mastering ancient letters, I admire them. [M]

"But why ancient letters?"

'Cause it's cool.'

"Is that cool?

"Yeah."

"That's what men like."

We checked into the finest hotel as it was, and we broke up with Rose that there was a greeting for the great guy or something.

I'm still an alumni, so I can't introduce you, or something like that, but I haven't. Do you plan to become a believer or something in time?

Unfortunately, I've decided not to go into religion.
