Chapter 1215: Aurelia Shaw with Masculine Charm
Sophie Nye’s eyes flickered with a quick hint of killing intent, but she smiled, "What I said was just angry words. How could I bear to watch you get caught? Your delicate skin, how could I be willing? But I don’t have that much money right now. You know the money Mason Nightshade gives me each month is fixed. Give me some time to gather the money."
"Don’t play tricks, or I’ll make you accompany me on the road to the Yellow Springs! You know best your son’s methods. Don’t you often say he doesn’t even respect you as his mother? If he finds out what you’ve done, do you think he’ll spare you?" Nolan Lawson threatened through clenched teeth.
Sophie Nye already felt a strong killing intent towards Nolan Lawson, but she didn’t show it, and after comforting him with a couple of phrases, she finally managed to coax him to leave.
Rage surged in Sophie Nye’s eyes. A pawn had slipped! A mere servant dared threaten her!
...
Aurelia Shaw got off near the mall and walked to the agreed private room.
Hadrian Turner was holding the menu, staring at the variety of dishes with a headache. He didn’t know what Aurelia liked to eat.
Spicy? Sweet? Is it too early to order dessert now?
Just as he felt awkward, Aurelia pushed the door open. Seeing the comical scene, she couldn’t help but smile lightly, "What are you doing? Pfft, with that expression, people would think the waiter is forcing you to buy something."
The waiter’s face turned slightly red.
Aurelia quickly waved her hand, "I’m just joking with him. Give me the menu."
Aurelia took the menu, ordered a few dishes, and handed the menu back to the waiter, who, feeling relieved, rushed out with it.
Before leaving, the waiter couldn’t help but glance back at Aurelia.
Why does this person look a bit familiar? Shaking his head, he chased away the absurd thoughts in his mind.
Aurelia took off her sunglasses, revealing a delicate and beautiful face. She handed a bag containing two strands of hair to Hadrian Turner.
"I don’t want anyone else to know about this except us."
"I understand, don’t worry!" Hadrian Turner put away the bag. Just then, the door opened, and the waiter brought the dishes. While serving, the waiter kept glancing at Aurelia’s face, feeling like he’d seen it somewhere, yet not believing he had.
Aurelia was dressed extravagantly today, her eyes slightly tilted upwards, alluring and enchanting, a playful smile on her lips. She looked up and met the gaze of the waiter who was secretly watching her, making the waiter’s face redden in embarrassment.
Aurelia teased, "Do I look that good?"
"How about you take me home? I promise, I don’t eat much." She leaned forward slightly, her warm breath carrying a unique fragrance, smiling with a mix of charm and cheekiness, as if her eyes had hooks in them.
The waitress’s face turned bright red. She... she... she was being teased by a woman! But even more shamefully, she didn’t find it unpleasant at all, but rather quite charming!
The waitress clearly viewed Aurelia as a fierce predator; after placing the dishes down, she quickly left without lingering.
Aurelia laughed so hard she clutched her belly and doubled over, while Hadrian Turner’s face turned red, nervously adjusting his glasses, trying to cover the woman’s vivid, alluring side, as his heartbeat couldn’t calm down for quite a while.
"Au... Aurelia, were you just... flirting with that... waiter?"
Old-man Hadrian Turner surprisingly could tell she was flirting.
