Episode 9: How to Choose a Clever Wand

After the factory, Lynn and Theo went for a wand shop inside the mall.

The shopping district is crowded with people even though it is the daytime of the week.

Lynn and Theo had to make sure to pull the crowd apart until they reached the wand behind the mall or something.

The shopping district is colored by signs of various kinds. There were grocery store signs, grocery store signs, pharmacist signs, or some unintelligible signposts that were inexplicable.

Lynn follows Theo as he jolts uncommonly. Eventually we reached the wand shop on the corner of the mall.

As soon as I enter the store, the seller rushes over.

"Welcome. What are you looking for"

"Wand of Mass"

Theo answers the bluff.

"I'll be here"

The seller showed me to the sales office, not to be offended.

There are dozens of different kinds of canes on the shelves in the cane corner of mass.

But only two of them could withstand a load of 100 km.

One is Terriul's wand. The other is Dale's wand.

Looking at the price tag, Terriul's wand was 1,000 Legica and Dale's wand was 20,000 Legica.

Lynn thought about which wand to buy.

When I buy Dale's wand, I just have to cut down on the cost of living this month for a little while. Terriul wouldn't have to cut that far.

(Let's make it Terriul's wand)

With that in mind, Theo starts to pinpoint the wand. Theo didn't even look at Terriul's wand. He held one of Dale's wands in his hand and checked his comfort and touch for a while before offering it to Lynn.

"Make it this. Well made and obviously of good quality"

"But Terriul's wand is cheaper."

"Stop cheap stuff. In the long run, Dale's wand will definitely gain more."

"But it would be better to buy a cheaper cane."

Lynn was anxious.

Would it be okay to spend so much money here?

Wouldn't it be better if I left as much money as I could for when I got into something?

Theo smiled coldly.

"Ha ha. It's what if. That's the idea that makes you a slave. All right, listen up. We don't buy products. Buy time."

The next day, Lynn quickly gets to work at the factory.

When assigned a job by the person responsible, he moves heavy baggage with the cane he just bought yesterday.

Lynn waves her wand and transfers the load from the elevator to the elevator.

The load flies smoothly through the air depicting the orbit as Phosphorus imagined, and lands quietly.

(I see. Will using good tools make the job go well?)

In the hands of Lynn, who works in the factory, was held the staff of the higher one, namely Dale's.

I knew immediately what Theo meant by what he said.

We don't buy products. Buy time. ——

Higher canes were clearly more efficient to work with than cheaper canes.

Despite being her first task, Lynn was able to quickly carry her luggage as she wished.

Terriul's wand, on the other hand, is not so for those who use the cheaper wand.

The kid working right next to Lynn was using Terriul's wand.

But how dangerous that maneuver was.

While the luggage is floating in the air, the rattling and rocking landings are also unstable.

Since the shipment was packed in a special box with magic applied to it, the contents were not damaged, but occasionally the boxes missed control were in danger of flying in the direction of the day after tomorrow.

Of course I won't make it to work.

Whoever was using Terriul's wand was also severely depleted.

He seemed to need a high concentration and was constantly staring at the load, and the muscles of his arms were pimply and cramped and the physical strain seemed to be on him, albeit slightly.

With Dale's wand and Terriul's wand, the time taken to carry each piece of luggage varied by about seconds to dozens of seconds, but the difference grew wider and wider as they stacked numbers and drained their magic.

Lynn achieves the norm early on in the ass with the neighbor's hand in hand.

It was only after lunch that Lynn finished her work.

"Oh, are we done yet?" The person in charge looks at Lynn.

"Yes, we've finished 200"

"Fine. I'll transfer your salary for today. You can go home now," the person in charge will check Lynn's work and put it on the paperwork at hand.

"Lynn, hurry. We're going to the library."

Theo, who's already done the work, speaks up. Theo has even finished his return assignment.

(Did you wait for me)

Lynn hurried home too.

Leaving the factory, Lynn and Theo ran into the library.

Despite the afternoon of the week, the study room was full of people. Fortunately, the desk and chair for two were empty.

Secure your desk. No. Theo starts reading and writing books and excess paper side by side on his desk.

Lynn was impressed to see how it went.

(I knew you were a smart kid)

Lynn also begins reading and writing by apprenticing Theo.

I brought a magic book with a Triarian translation attached to it to learn as far as I could understand.

Along the way, a kid who was working next to Lynn at the factory came to peek into the study room.

But by then, the study room was full and there was no room for him to sit.

He sneered and left the study room behind.

The same development continued both the following day and the following day.

Lynn finishes the job faster than her neighbor.

Theo is waiting for Lynn, who finished the job one foot faster than Lynn.

The two of us go to the library study room.

The kid using Terriul's wand comes to the study room quite late, but at that time the study room is full.

While Theo and Lynn are using comfortable library desks and chairs, those using cheap canes must study on a stiff bed in a dove rat's nest.

The nest of dove rats was not equipped with desks and chairs.

As the days went by, Lynn's working speed went up even further.

By the end of the day, Theo will have finished the work a little before Lynn to finish the return journey.

Apparently, Theo was up to Lynn's speed. He was sure to wait until Lynn got home.

When Lynn started working here for about two weeks, the incident happened.

The staff of the child who worked next to Lynn was broken in two during work.

The load falls on the way, making a shitty noise.

Those who were on the spot gather together to wonder what had happened.

"Ahhh, did you break your wand?"

"You overburdened me."

"Well, I had two months with Terriul's cane."

Terriul's wand was ill-held.

Less than a month after I used it, I was not feeling well or in some cases it broke in two.

Those who use Terriul's wand had to be replaced relatively frequently.

Dale's wand, on the other hand, has no sign of breaking forever. Lynn was once again convinced of the price of Dale's wand.

Sometimes it's just expensive.

"I have no choice. I'll go get a cane. Lynn, I'm sorry, but can you carry it to the end of the shipment I carried along the way?

The broken child of the wand asks for Lynn. His dropped luggage was still left unattended. It will get in the way as it is.

"Yeah, fine."

Lynn was honestly horny.

Because it was not pitiful of him to use Terriul's wand.

He always turned back wanting to use the library study room.

However, if you replace it with Dale's cane today and increase the efficiency of your work, you will be able to use the study room.

This week, it will be inevitable that work will be brought in through the weekend in L.A., where we went shopping, but we should be able to ensure proper study time starting next week.

Lynn was also pleased with other HRs when she thought that his seriousness would pay off.

But Lynn's predictions are betrayed. I came back to the factory after shopping because it was once again Terriul's wand that was in his hands.

The same development continued thereafter.

Lynn and Theo cut up their work early and run into the library.

The other apprentice magicians work late.

Those who bought Terriul's staff squandered their time.

The strange thing for Lynn was that despite all this inconvenience with Terriul's wand, everyone kept buying it.

(I wish we could all buy Dale's cane...)

It also takes time to buy a broken cane.

They also waved precious weekend time on the stick to buy a cane again.

I work late every day and go buy a cane for the holidays......, when will they study, is the exam preparation ok? Lynn was strange.

(I wonder why they don't buy Dale's wand)

At one point, a kid working next door accidentally drops a load of dozens of kilos right next to Lin in control. Lynn was about to be crushed and sweated cold.

"I'm sorry. Are you okay?

"Yeah. But I don't think that Terriul wand is dangerous. Buy Dale's cane. It's very easy to use."

The kid has looked at Lynn with surprise. Those eyes are like, "What is this guy talking about?" But I said so.

It was enough to count that he eventually changed from Terriul's wand to Dale's, and most continued to use Terriul's wand.

Lynn made the most of the time she made with Dale's wand, building up her knowledge steadily.

After work, I ran into the library's comfortable study room and learned to read, write and grammar magic letters all the way to closing time.

Even after returning to the nest of dove rats, I worked on learning to the extent that it would not interfere with my work tomorrow.

Do everything you can on the bed because you don't have a desk and a chair until Theo turns off the lamp.

Lynn's unnecessarily knowledgeable head absorbed magic letters and grammar as she looked around.

The month passes quickly.

Eventually the season will be winter and the time for exams will come.
