Tou no Madoushi
Episode 76: Lados' Four
Lynn had taken to Yuven and Terrim to attend the Nobles' Tea Party.
Blessed are the aristocratic freshmen who have completed their entrance ceremony.
They take the stage at the venue to receive a silver clasp for each and every one of them.
This is how they connect with one another with a strong sense of fellowship, with a sense of consciousness as nobility and understanding that they are special.
Lynn breathed into the beauty of the venue.
All the tables are served with elegant white crosses, lined with gastronomy and wine from all over the world, and a large number of servants are standing.
The stage is constantly lit up with petals scattered by magic.
Music and crackers, the sound of applause ringing to bless them.
It wasn't enough compared to the Royal Tea Party in Wingard, but it was still a glamorous enough world.
"I miss it. I was blessed like them when I went to school."
Terrim told me to remember a long time ago.
"Yeah, I really miss you. You were one of the freshmen. I knew it right away. That you are the son of a miserable family."
Yuven flattered Terrim.
Lynn, on the other hand, walked a step back from the two of them, holding her luggage like a Yuven squire.
Lynn's relationship with Yuven was still like this.
It was an odd relationship between Yuven becoming Lin's squire when going to the Royal Tea Party in Illywia and other times Lin becoming Yuven's squire.
Lynn had nowhere to think about this odd relationship either. But when it comes to fairness to each other, we were fair, and we thought that was fine.
"You're full of people. Where do you want to sit?"
Terrim said in a relaxed manner.
"Let's go over there. I can see the venue."
Yuven pointed to his seat upstairs.
I see. It was certainly a seat that looked across every corner of the venue.
The three of them sat back for now and talked about it without a takedown.
Yuven enjoyed the conversation with Terrim for a while, but as soon as I found the person I was looking for, I got up.
"Oh. That's not Mr. Shuarier. He's a promising senior nobleman's magician. I have to say hello. Terrim, stay and chat with Lynn. 'Cause I'm gonna go over there a little bit."
Yuven says so with a smile, he just goes to Surlier.
(Is this why you took a seat overlooking the venue?)
Lynn dropped Yuven off feeling like she was half frightened and half impressed.
She seems to have arranged this seat so that she can rush over as soon as she sees the Magic Instructor she is looking for from the beginning.
Lynn is left alone with Terrim and begins to wonder what to talk about.
I didn't feel particularly comfortable talking to him.
Lynn felt somewhat subtle in this venue full of nobles.
(I guess I should have stayed in the company, as Theo said)
"Good for you."
Terrim accidentally said.
"What? What?
Unexpectedly Lynn listens back.
"It's you and Yuven. That was kind of nasty at one time. But this is how we made up for going out to the tea party together. Good for you. You two get along. And now my class will be at peace."
Lynn stared at Terrim's expression trying to read his thoughts.
He had a probable smile that looked like an upper class.
Terrim was a pacifist.
Lynn decided to ask him thoughtfully what she had always wanted to ask him.
"Hey, Terrim."
"Mm-hmm."
"Terrim likes Yuven?
"Yeah. I like it. She's cute."
Terrim replied softly.
"But okay? I'm talking to another guy. Don't you hate it?
"Hmm. Well, it's best not to fight."
"Oh well."
"What about Lynn? Though it seems like the two of us often act together. Aren't you the one who likes Yuven?
"I'm not a nobleman."
"Oh well. Well, you're right."
Terrim looked out the window a little off when he said so.
"Well, I think you should get along with Yuven. She's got a big face."
Terrim said that in a way that felt like he could afford it.
He didn't even seem to think Lynn was going to be a rival.
A junior nobleman of Lados, the foursome Chino, Nata, Rourke and Leda sat at the same table looking farther at Lynn and Terrim.
They often acted together from an early age in kinship.
That hasn't changed since I came to this tower of magicians.
"Look at that. It's Lynn."
"Are you with... Terrim"
"Lynn and Theo. When I joined the college, I said I was a very discreet plain being. Featured stock among now intermediate-class demon mentors. Expectations have been made from many quarters."
I said it in a way that the chinos don't expose their emotions.
"You're doing great. You don't have a single senior nobleman in the Trialian-speaking country."
Said Nata as she nibbled.
"I thought I was doing something out of class. I didn't know you were doing that by taking the tower structure backwards."
"They let you out, didn't they? I can't believe I'm late for business with those guys. It's a trade country, Lados. Really."
"I'm not kidding."
Roark said in a groaning voice.
The voice appeared to suppress anger at last.
The three Chinos, Nata, and Leda look at Roark in unison.
Roark's face was distorted by emotional instability.
"Do you guys understand? We junior aristocrats don't make sense if we can't get into a 'council'. Competition for magicians in towers is increasing year after year. Even senior aristocrats miss this time of year in council. The number of seats allocated to our lower nobility is decreasing year after year. Instead of us, let's see if they can get Lynn and Theo into the council... What a report to your father!
He said as he slammed the table in an indignant manner.
Roark was a passionate and responsible for revealing emotions among the four.
Such a place is loved by my companions, but on the other hand it was also a weakness.
"He said the slave child took his seat, instead of being able to get into the council, despite having him put in a lot of money. You want me to report it to your father? Do you ever hear such a stupid story?"
Hit the table with Don again.
Now the glass of drinks on the table spilled because of the beating harder than earlier.
"No way. You think too much, Roark. Lynn and Theo earn 10 million legicas a year at best, even if they go hand in hand. The company's annual merchants are also about 100 or 200 million. A hundred tiers at best, or 200 tiers at the end."
Leda told me to forgive Roark.
"Certainly not enough to fear at this stage. But..."
Put one breath before the chinos say it all out.
He had a habit of saying it this carefully.
"Growth is too fast. In the first year, he enrolled in college without a master. In the second year, he reached the intermediate class and then started a business. Even if it's only 10 million legicas a year now, if this growth rate were to continue every year..."
"It's a pain in the ass. Shimmer while you're at it? Or can you handle it?
Nata put it a long way out of line with the radicality of the statement.
There was something about him that I didn't know how serious he was like this.
That was making an imprudent impression on him.
"What if I'm saying such a long thing? Those two leaps forward are a disgrace to all the nobles! We have to expel those two from the tower as soon as possible. You plot a righteous conspiracy!
I said it in the way Roark was upset about Nata's attitude.
"Calm down, Roark. Hey, Maul. Give him a busty stab. I'll take care of the rest."
Leda told the civilian class Mawr of the child beside the four.
"What, eh? Am I?
Mawr said like he was in trouble.
Although Leda prides herself on being a member of the mob, there was something about the simplicity of the idea that led her to end up with radical means.
"The problem is that they have Illyweer behind them. Illyweer is in love with Lynn."
I said in a calm manner that Chino pulled one step apart from the other three.
He was the most adult of these four.
"It's a mystery how deeply they are involved in the royal palace of the kingdom of Wingard. But I'm pretty sure Illyweer is supporting and sheltering them in their actions."
"Right there. If you get your hands on it poorly, it becomes a political issue. Even our lower nobles are not immune to punishment."
Nata told Chino to tune in.
"Hey Maul. Order cancelled now. I knew you wouldn't get your hands on them."
Leda hastily withdraws her foreword.
"I know Theo leaps. He hasn't had half the atmosphere since he was in elementary class. I knew in a flash that it wasn't just something. But Lynn. What the hell is he?
I said it in a way that Nata didn't blame.
"It's Tidro's fault. Because he wants Lynn, some kind of slave, to join Magrilheim. Dove rats have fallen into the cat's royal palace. What the hell are you thinking, Tidro and Ilywia?"
Roark revealed his anger and said.
He didn't like this point the least.
His discontent continues to spit out without knowing where it subsides.
"If rats wear cat fur, they eventually assume they are cats, too. It's contagious around too, and the cats gradually assume the rats are cats. Eventually, no one will wonder if a rat becomes the cat's best balls. As a result, rats would grow, kick out cats and plot to make the cat's royal palace the kingdom of rats. I'm not kidding. How many dobrats do you think there are in this tower? If they flip the flag against us all at once... the world will be a mess."
"Hey, don't say anything rare. It's not what I know who's listening to."
Chinos forgive Roark.
"What's the matter ~? This problem."
There was no way Nata was bothered at all. I said it with the same nigga color.
"Hey. You guys keep it around there."
"Mr. Shuarier."
Shuarier showed up to break into four conversations.
He was a senior aristocrat of Lados and also a foursome summariser.
"No, but. Is that okay? Leave those guys alone like that."
"It's only now that we're on track. You guys know that, too. This is the Tower of the Wizard. The pile that leaves is struck, and those who flourish today are fallen tomorrow. Lynn and Theo. I'm gaining momentum now, but I can't make a big deal out of it."
Shuarier had developed an attitude that was not suited to that age and objectified.
"And it's not even until we get our hands on it. Spyrna's people won't shut up. It's fleet season. Spyrna's Incorporated Students Are Coming"
Shuarier looks at Lynn sideways.
Lynn was having a fun chat with Terrim.
(Lynn, you don't understand. How robust is the identity system of this tower? and how thick the wall of talent is)
