Tou no Madoushi
Lesson 88: The Labyrinth in the Labyrinth
"Damn, no"
Theo fisted the wall.
Before them lay Luciola's emergent labyrinth, blocking the path he had ever passed.
The only path open to them is the entrance to the labyrinth, where the long lasting walls have been slightly interrupted, with their mouths creepingly open.
Theo briefly measured the length of the maze Luciola had made appear.
The thickness of the walls, the width of the aisles, and the distance you've ever walked.
The result was that no matter how short the maze, the offense would take a day.
"In a maze of this magnitude, it would take two days to get back to where I was even if I ran constantly on the right path"
But then we won't be able to treat Alma in time.
Said Zaini.
Alma is lying with a scarf on his face.
The burns and lacerations caused the face surface to gut as a result of the earlier explosion.
Breathing is irregular and it seems painful.
Zaini has been treating Alma for some time now, but he kept groaning.
"I can't treat you any more. We need to get him to the infirmary right away."
"It's more Lynn than that. He's alone in the maze. We need to help him quickly."
"Can't you tear down the wall and go straight?
"I can't. This thickness and material. Our mass and acceleration will take us a long time to destroy."
"If it's fire magic? You just have to start a fire and burn it."
Yuven said.
"I can't do that either. Fairies can't be used because of the demonic fog, and besides, this material is not burnable. Except if you can blow it up. We haven't learned the burst magic yet."
"Then..."
"The exit was completely denied"
Theo stares remorsefully at the wall of the maze.
"You didn't find out what kind of trap awaits you if you put it in Luciola's labyrinth. Definitely takes time, and if you do poorly, you can lose your life. In order to make it to Alma, … we just have to follow another route"
"... What about Lynn?
"Alma is a priority now. About Lynn...... I just have to believe it"
Oh, my God.
Lynn shrugged alone as she wandered through the labyrinth.
Unlike the labyrinth that Luciola had built earlier, it was a narrow road that approached the point where the walls on both sides could be touched as soon as they reached out.
That meant that there was no place to escape or hide in a straight path.
The labyrinth was intertwined, dark and creepy.
In an inexperienced labyrinth, Lynn couldn't help but feel like she was lurking in the shadows every time she plugged into a bend.
I didn't want to go on freaking out that Luciola might suddenly show up from across the aisle, or from behind.
Lynn shivered in the cold.
Until earlier it was somewhat hot, but strangely cold inside this labyrinth that Luciola had made appear.
"I'm totally out of touch with Theo and the others. We can't destroy the walls, and we have to get to the exit of the maze on our own."
Lynn gets to the divide.
The road was divided to the right and left.
Lynn chooses the right path.
"I wonder if Theo and the others are okay. Though it did not appear to have been swallowed by the labyrinth. Alma's injuries..."
When Lynn was talking to herself, she heard the roar of the beast from behind.
Lynn looks back unexpectedly.
Lurk your breath for a while, kill the signs, and stay still.
(Is that the sound of a warcraft?
It could have been enough for the Warcraft to wait in the labyrinth where the Warlock had appeared.
The sound of the beast, once sounded, is not heard for a while.
Maybe I just misheard the wind.
Lynn gripped her hand with the wand even harder.
Reminds me of Kimyra and Cerberus.
That warcraft could be defeated thanks to the cover of Illywia and Yuven, but could it be fulfilled and defeated by itself?
An unpleasant sweat transmitted my forehead.
Lynn starts walking in the labyrinth again after a while of vigilance, making sure nothing happens.
Then now Rayne, who is on Lynn's chest, rings "Kick" and circles.
Apparently, he felt dangerous from up ahead.
"Does that mean there's danger ahead?
Lynn concentrates her nerves at the end of the road.
I felt faint signs of magic.
The ring is not glowing.
It didn't seem like obvious hostility was being directed.
(I wonder if there is a warcraft. Or maybe there's some kind of trap set up. Should I have gone left on the road earlier)
Lynn decided to go back the way she came.
I cared about the roar of the beast I heard earlier, but as I got back on the road, Rain regained his composure.
Lynn hops and speeds up her legs.
"Damn. Not here either."
Theo looked at the wall of the labyrinth blocking the road and pounded his tongue.
Theo and the others had bypassed Luciola's labyrinth and were looking for a way back to Alfredo.
But how far along the roundabout there was very necessarily a labyrinth of Luciola waiting ahead, which was holding them back from exiting, no matter how far they went.
Besides, I have an injured Alma, so I really have to slow that down.
Their frustration and impatience were on the side of recruiting.
Theo takes turns with Zaini while holding Alma.
Yuven was leading the way and holding back the Magic Instructor watching this one.
Tighten your chest so that the silver clasp, a testament to the aristocracy, can be seen by them as easily as possible.
She didn't have to worry about being attacked because of the aristocracy.
But our gaze at ourselves gradually becomes more numerous.
"Hey, don't you feel like you're being seen more than just now?"
Theo said.
"Oh, it kind of feels like we're getting together. And it's getting closer."
Said Zaini.
The three of them are getting creepy.
For now, they seemed to have no hostility, but they didn't know what they would do if they were large.
"I don't think you're going to lay a hand on nobility."
"It can't be. I wouldn't take it to life, but I've heard that if there was a battle between demon leaders, they sometimes kidnapped nobles for ransom."
"Hey. Stop joking."
Yuven said as he blued.
The three rings inadvertently begin to glow faintly.
It's proof that someone has begun to be hostile to themselves.
Tension runs on the three of us.
In the dark in the back there was a sound of some kind of cracking of branches.
It must have been someone's footsteps.
"Who!
Theo shouts sharply at the light of the ring.
"Who are you people? What is the College Magic Instructor doing here"
It was the girl with glasses on her gray hair who came out.
A sharp glance peeks from behind the glasses.
He was about the same age as Theo and Yuven.
Crystal clasps glow on the chest, a testament to the advanced nobility.
"You... were definitely in Renlil's factory, boy"
When they saw Seleka, those who were after Theo and the others went back into hostility.
Lynn was going through the maze avoiding dangerous paths relying on the light of the ring and Rayne's reaction.
Every time Rayne informs him of the danger, he turns back again and again, he chooses a different path.
It was that repetition.
My breath was running out as I repeatedly avoided the danger in this way.
Lynn was completely exhausted with tension and long walks.
It drains its magic, it runs out of breath, and its consciousness gradually becomes blurred.
Lynn felt the wind suddenly blow through her as she detoured over and over and down the road.
(The wind is getting stronger. No way. Is the exit close?
Lynn feels like getting the map out and checking it out.
But the current location on the map is more and more off the road where it was earlier.
Lynn is getting anxious.
Where am I headed?
It may be that the intention has been to avoid danger as much as possible, but instead it has been directed to the wrong place.
Lin's anxiety. The wind has blown harder and harder, and the path has become brighter with no heart.
Turning around the corner, there was a place behind the road where the light was shining strong.
(Exit?
Lynn heads to the place to be led.
It was a labyrinth with walls in front of it until now, but the walls are broken and open in front of me.
At the end of the labyrinth was the sky.
Lynn popped out to the light.
"Is this... outside the tower?
Lynn was in a protruding position facing the outer wall of the tower.
Underneath are the streets of Güngardo and the boulevards leading to the harbour.
Lynn was exposed to crosswinds.
"Oh? What are you doing in such a place?
Lynn suddenly gets a little shocked by the voice she calls.
The voice flew from the outside of the tower, where it could not have flown.
Turning to his voice, there was a girl riding on a large crystal wearing a white robe.
"Atrea!?
Lynn screams unexpectedly.
"It's not Lynn. What are you doing in there?"
Atrea looked at this one as she floated in the sky with a Kyotong face.
