Tou no Madoushi
Episode 102: Night Assault
Nauze woke up in the infirmary.
Radia, who had come to visit, is astonished.
"Nauze!? Did you wake up? I didn't think you'd be conscious for a couple of days..."
(That's just resilient)
Radia always wrapped her tongue around Nauze's resilience.
I was already able to take my gips off and turn, even though my arm, which should have been completely broken, and the effect of the medicine.
"Radia. I... how long have I been asleep"
"It's been a couple of hours."
"Right. What about Lynn?"
"It would still be the infirmary in the arena. Looks like he took a lot of damage."
"Right."
Nauze ran her eyes around her as she got out of bed.
It's like looking for a weapon.
"Nauze? What..."
"Surprise. He should be caught off guard. We're gonna hit the way home."
"But now you already have magic..."
Radia told me. Nauze also noticed her hand was cramped.
It was a symptom that occurs when organs of magic are exhausted and paralyzed.
There was nothing I could do about all this for a couple of days and it was no use replenishing the magic.
"Chip."
Nauze keeps an eye on the dagger that is lowered to Radia's waist.
"Radia, lend me that sword"
Nauze tries to almost snap from Radia to take the sword and jump out of the infirmary.
You can't keep doing this.
Lynn was walking home after being treated in the infirmary because she was granted permission to go home.
The ring was removed on the way home due to the drain of magic.
In the city of Alfld, where the light of the solar stone has weakened and the book of the night has completely descended, he walks in yowling with a mindless foothold as he ponders.
(I don't know what to do in WWII...)
According to the doctors, it's subtle if the recovery will be in time by World War II.
It meant that we couldn't fight in full condition, at least.
But few things allowed me to abstain.
It was the implicit rule in the Magic Guide competition to fight until you lost more than you won.
(Well anyway, now I just have to focus on recovery)
Lynn goes off the boulevard into a sparsely populated alley to get home.
It happened that Lynn looked back.
Somehow there was a heartbeat, all I can say.
For this reason, I set up my sword, and saw someone running toward me in a great shape.
"Huh. Nauze!? Ugh, wow."
Lynn flaunts Nauze's thrust at one hair, but she gets it right around her body, crumbs loose and rolls around the ground for both of us.
I let go of my wand.
Nauze tries to stick her dagger in Lynn's face because she is upstairs.
Lynn grabbed the dagger's body with her right hand and Nauze's arm with her left hand, painstakingly preventing the blade from reaching her face.
Blood flows from your right hand grasping at you.
"What are you doing?"
"I can't keep you alive."
Lynn was frightened when she saw Nauze's face.
It was a cornered human face.
"Lynn! What the hell are you guys doing?"
I heard Theo.
He was also wearing out in the game again and was finally able to get up and just caught up with Lynn, who had returned earlier.
Theo tried to run over to the two of them, but Radia stood still.
Point your cane at Theo.
"Radia......"
Theo flinches.
He had already drained himself, but today, Radia, who had no match, still had some leeway.
Kruga heard Nauze lose and injure and ran into the hospital room after his game and recovery.
But by the time he got here, there was no one in the hospital room where Nauze was supposed to be, and it was already a stuffed shell.
He contacted the infirmary representative.
"That's crazy. Though I'm sure you haven't given me permission to discharge yet..."
(No way those guys...)
There was an atmosphere of one-touch immediacy between Theo and Radia.
Theo is trying to break in if there's a gap while Radia blocks him.
Radia on the other hand has a bitter look on her face.
But still, it comes from the seriousness of his face that the wand directed at Theo is not merely a coke threat.
"Are you guys insane? You think you can do this for free."
"You wouldn't understand. We are not allowed to lose to the senior noblemen of Spyrna. Not to mention the shame of losing to slaves until the last generation."
"So..."
"If it's enough to expose you to shame. It's better if we die."
"Huh..."
Theo looks at Lynn and Nauze.
Nauze's gripping dagger blade was likely to pierce Lynn's head even now.
When the blade finally tries to reach Lynn's face, a whirlwind of red flies towards Nauze.
The whirlwind hit Nauze as it was, bouncing it off.
"What!?
Radia looks at the whirlwind in surprise.
"If you thought you were gone to visit and you weren't there, did you? What are you doing, you guys?"
"Mr. Kruga"
Kruga comes out of the whirlwind.
He broke in between Nauze and Lynn.
Theo gazes into the disappearing red whirlwind.
(That's Kruga's "Flying Magic" now...?
Nauze sets up a dagger with a kick-ass look at Lynn.
"Step aside, Mr. Kruga. I'll take him..."
"No. I told you before. This is not Spyrna. It's the Tower College. There are rules here. Are you expelled?"
"Eh."
"If you do this any more, I'll be the one to deal with you."
Kruga points her wand at Nauze.
"Damn."
Nauze throws his sword to the ground.
When he sees it, Kruga looks back at Lynn and wakes up to help.
"Are you all right?
"... Yes. somehow."
"Sorry, Lynn. Let these guys put it on properly."
"Drop... before?
"In accordance with the rules of the college. Perhaps these guys go to solitary confinement temporarily."
"Cell..."
"Oh, why don't you put this place away?"
"... ok"
"Nauze, Radia. You guys are cautious for a while. Go home!
Kruga says so sharply, he walks away with the two of them.
"Lynn. Are you okay?
Theo rushes over and sounds worried.
"Yeah. I can handle it"
Lynn replied as she was relieved.
He still had no sense of reality about what had happened to him.
"I can't believe you're attacking me on my way home. I heard that cunning is recommended in Spyrna. Not as good as this."
"He... was trying to kill me"
"Oh. I'll have to watch my way home after I beat the Spyrna guys from now on. Those guys have too much blood. You've been resented by some nasty guy again."
(No kidding)
Lynn was targeted for murder for the first time in her life. I was scared.
I can't stop trembling.
Spyrna nobility's obsession with victory was far beyond his imagination.
He finally understood that no matter how much he walked away, he collided, there were also grooves that could not be filled, incompatible values.
After this, Lynn arrived home with a ring on and constant concern for the light.
The anxiety that there might still be people attacking me after all this, I couldn't help but turn around and check every turn.
"Mr. Kruga. Are you really going to miss the one in Lynn?
Radia heard about it when she arrived at the quarters for the Spyrnahs in a cut feather.
"You bet. Do you want to be expelled?"
"But Nauze stays like this... If you tell the National License that you've lost a slave, you won't even be able to go home to Nauze."
"Still be patient now. If you rush it, you can't finish it."
"But then what do I do..."
Kruga grinned with a nigga.
"The opportunity for revenge wasn't taken away forever. You know, if you go to the 100 tiers, it's everything."
The next day, and the day after that, the Magic Guide competition continued.
People enthusiastically supported the athletes and enjoyed floating in the contents of the competition.
But there was no sign of Lynn in the face of the upcoming 'Cane Drop' WWII.
Lynn was abstaining.
Some of the magic, physical drain was intense, but it was true that he wanted to beat poorly and avoid being resented by the nobility.
The aristocratic devotion to the mentes was more than he could have imagined.
It was a dustpan to be attacked at night already.
By resigning from the Magic Guide competition, Lynn is defamed by cowards by some people who don't know what's going on.
Lados' foursome actively hustled to plant the image.
Kruga won the magic tournament as usual.
A month-long magic tournament closes the curtain.
Behind the scenes of the glorious competition, the Association of Magic Instructors was about to give Nauze his disposition.
