Tower of Karma
True/Giant vs. Nova: Heroes, Wake Up
The nameless man had many dreams.
My first dream is to continue living with my beloved sister, Alrett. Grow up living a day filled with poverty, and sooner or later my sister will follow one man. I feel my father for a gentle look and a little unreliable, but gentle man, and live as a family. I was dreaming about that.
Next, I will learn as an adopted son of a bookstore and make it the best bookstore in Arcadia. Surrounded by old couples, they live a warm life laughing with friends. I was dreaming about that.
I get a daughter of a baron's house, give her a lot of martial arts, show a lot of business talent, and live a lot of days. I always have a dear wife if I go back to the mansion, and I'm interested in reading next door in the silence of tranquillity. The feeling of being connected without having to touch each other, the abundance of quiet was there.
Dreams of being married to the Count's daughter in revenge and having a noisy day. It never breaks no matter how much you poke at it, your wife coming toward you unbroken and your away sister of the year imitating it. Whatever you do, stay with me and spend the spring, summer, autumn, and winter shaking with the families of the children and sister-in-law I've picked up. You're not supposed to fit your personality, but you can't say anything when you see a big, blooming circle of smiles next door.
All this is just a happy dream. Is that why...
(... nightmare, huh)
I strongly thought I had to wake up. If you can die, even if you think death is salvation, this dream is too happy. If you recall your own business, you should not enjoy the nightmares of the past. Happiness is poison. Too sweet.
"Mi, zu"
My own ears catch a blurred voice. Sounds faint and almost gone as if it were someone else's voice. My mouth barely moves in the first place. Heavy as lead all over my body, only the pain came up vividly. It was incredibly debilitating.
(Not good. Then you can call people.)
William was awake, but he couldn't make a statement of intent, and his vision blurred to look around and he couldn't see anything. I just see some blurry things moving.
"Drink without panic. I just melted the sugar. It's delicious."
Only the ear had made quite a comeback as a function, and I could tell by voice who the person was. William laughs at the person. The person, Shrevia, is annoyed by the way it is, but lets William water it down.
"You're not laughing. Drink up."
William drinks sugar water while being assisted. Slowly, without panic, let it penetrate into your mouth. Little by little, surely, I felt it go over to my body.
"Do you want something to eat?
William thinks while drinking sugar water. It just came out...
"Shh, shh."
"... that's a surprisingly biased diet. Okay. I'll bring it right away. Wait a minute."
William thinks it's out-of-heart. I've eaten a lot of things myself, but in theory the stew was perfect, so I've just used it a lot. I still like the cooking method of boiling. You can eat everything without having to. Poverty makes futility attractive.
In William's vague and vague head, Shrevia returned in just about a few minutes. Such a return time is unlikely if you thought calmly, but William couldn't afford to think about that then and was a little surprised at the speed with which Sülvia returned.
"I'm going to be pretty cold, but if you're hot, show me something."
I wanted to go in because I couldn't express my intention, but I couldn't go in, so I chose to stay in exchange. I was also a little wary because the flavor was expected to be quite intense due to Sülvia's taste.
But it ends in concern.
"... ugh!?
William opened his eyes to the taste. The surprise seemed to have been conveyed, and I could see the look on my nibble even while my vision was blurred.
"It tastes like what you used to behave like in Bernbach. I imitated it even more. From Mr. Victoria. There would have been a few things about that guy behaving like dinner in the cavalry, wouldn't there? That's when they told me. Surprised?
I'm not surprised, etc. This flavour was imitated for William, and was originally created by Alretto's ingenuity of poor and scarce ingredients. To a weak body, no more in a weak mind, it tasted like that.
"Oh, it was awkward. While I'm at it, it's good, really."
If I had had enough moisture, I might have shed even one of my tears. Today is the first time a lack of moisture has helped.
"There's also a change. Eat slowly and without rush. There's water, too. And some sugar water."
"I won't. Get the fuck out of here."
I get the illusion that while they feed me the stew, I'm also seeing it as a continuation of an earlier nightmare. I can't wait to forgive my weakness. I'm always weak. That shit doesn't even have the courage to run, so it ends badly.
"Damn. I don't scratch. I'm not smart enough to wake up and scratch."
"Oh, okay. It's a little too heavy."
"I know what Garias is doing. Other than that, forever unexpected. Him."
Satisfied with Schulvia's surprise, William fell asleep again. Not so deep this time. Sleep to death is over. From now on it is sleep to recover. Therefore, this time I never had a nightmare.
○
The second day after he woke up, William was eating tons of stews. Once asleep, as soon as I wake up, I eat a lot of sugar water and stew and sleep again. Since I woke up for the third time, I had never slept and I kept eating. All I'm saying is eat as much as you can and try to pack as much as you can. Until a little while ago, I was delighted towards comfort. The faces are also half frightened.
"Well, let's leave it at that."
He was hopelessly blood-colored for a time, but now his complexion seems to be mostly better and quite bright. Power is also returning to the eyes, and anxiety is disappearing in the slippery tongue.
"You kept me waiting, Angelm, Gregor, Shrevia"
William was getting pretty close in terms of things thinking. The body is so damaged and debilitated that it is still unable to stand on its own, but the atmosphere feels closer to what it was before. It's more like an increase than before.
"I want to thank you guys first. My inertia annoyed me."
William bowed his head to the three of them.
"He looks very much like a winner. Smile."
The three of them never laughed. It can't be funny. No matter how damaged, no matter how worn out, it was the giant stars and battlefield champions who defeated them. triumphant and surviving, whatever appearance it may be, it is great.
"While I was asleep, the world probably moved a lot. Tell me in order. the movement of the world, what happened to Ostberg."
There is no danger in William's face. He has a calm look.
"Angelum, I want to hear it from your mouth. Explain, can you?
Angelm looked at William with a surprised face. Recently, the relationship had been shaky somewhere. The feeling of the gear becoming less engaged one by one. The more I ascended, the farther I looked at my back and turned away, and also turned my eyes in other directions.
"Don't be silly. I'm not trying to reprimand you for anything. You guys did your best, didn't you? Neither do I. It's the best and the best, the result of two things. Even if it was an unwillingness, it was just a lack of strength."
Gentle grin. It's like you're guessing something.
"Then I will explain it to you as you cross the border. After Master William discussed Strakles, we continued our offensive and reached the present time of the King's Capital. No one doubted that everyone would get the King's Capital, the ex-boyfriend and the tip of his nose. But earlier there was a group that suppressed the king's capital and formed before it. The total power of Gallias, the superpower led by Gaius the Innovation King."
"I see," William grinned.
"There was an overwhelming difference, both in numbers and in quality, between the king's brain, left and right, Galerius in Lancelo, and we were forced to retreat. We have a buffer zone and now Admiral Yang and the Gustav division chief are laying defensive lines there."
Angelm asks for William's reaction. Unwavering serene atmosphere. I guess it's within William's assumptions to this point.
"Have you spoken to King Gaius?
"Uh, oh, yes, well, not so much as to say we talked"
"That's the king in the king. You should see him once. You guys are twisted. It's not something I'd like to see, even if I want to. And soon..."
William had a distant eye. Just a little pity comes to mind.
"The invasion of Ostberg, I don't know why I was preempted. Master, Lord Gustav said that the other party's means of communicating information were crushed by General Yang. Yet there must have been an inviolability pact in the first place… I can't believe it."
Gregor breaks into conversation and comes in. And William smiled bitterly.
"Is that the Salomon fire I used before? The fact that we had that one available meant that we were able to predict some results in the first place. Fire would only be about a means of confirmation. Either way, there's no way that guy would hit a halfway hand. Thoroughly if you want to attack. Immovable if you can't attack. That's the kind of guy. Besides, the Inviolability Pact makes no sense. That is what the country and the country will do, and there is not much point in the covenant with the country that will perish. The fact is, if you perished, even the sins you committed would have disappeared, wouldn't they? The man won the bet. When he perished, he stepped forward. Destroyed earlier. There's a risk, naturally. But what I know and don't move is disqualification of the king. I almost let the missouri profit escape."
William saw everything. If so, what was the meaning of this battle? Arcadia did get nearly half of Ostberg. But Garias also got the other half, and above all, he got next to each other. with the superpowers.
"What did you fight for, us?"
It is Schulvia's strength to ask frankly about such a place.
William slowly gazed at Shrevia,
"I fight Strakles, I win. That was everything. You asked me what it was for, Shrevia.... it's all for me, the battle for me to drop the giant star is the battle ahead. Nothing more or less. It's for me."
I put out too selfish a reason. If William had not been the injured man, there was no doubt that Sülvia had pulled out Halbert. So much his words ridicule so many things. The many people who died in that battle are so pathetic.
"Is that why you hid your royal life?
Gregor's words are also cold. William smiled again at it as well.
"Don't be. I burned it because it didn't say much either. That's no reason for me to leave."
I burned my royal life. The three of them are stunned by too many shocks. The three of them already know what was written inside. It's not a big deal. It's not something that can be cut and thrown away. It is an important and urgent royal fate, and even if we consider Strakles and get half the national territory, the fact that we ignored it will not disappear, and even if we subtract it, it cannot be taken care of.
"We can talk about that later. I also understood the case of Garias. Anything else?
Whether the shock is pulling its tail, Angelm and Sülvia glimpse their gaze but never utter a word. Gregor, by contrast, glances at William with a pair of arms.
"I have good news for the greedy White Knight Hall. Black gold fell, that day, stunning information popped into our ears. Look, it's the same day. The results arrived away on the same day. I mean -"
"Did you get some results faster than I did? Let me hear more about it. It's the end of the story."
The topic Gregor had blown up in an attempt to disappoint him touched heavily on William's harp line. Nothing was my place alone in the movement of the times, in the battle that would determine the course of the times ahead.
"... to the extent of rumors..."
That's another story.
