Chapter 1199 - 481: A Stranger’s Great Power_3
"Due to certain reasons, there are some things I can’t say openly. You just need to know that so-called trades aren’t necessarily equal.
As long as it seems equal to me, there’s no problem, or rather, I’m quite willing to help you."
After saying this, the man added, "I’m sure you won’t fully believe me. But you should trust Stone Mother, right?
Why not ask her?"
Upon hearing this, Alka frowned, and Chadite and the others turned their gaze to Alka.
Then Alka relaxed his brows and took a few steps back.
"You’re right."
Given the current situation, only by consulting the Holy Mother can some of the necessary information be obtained.
This is not something he can solve.
After stepping back a few steps, Alka crossed his hands and began chanting the Holy Mother’s prayer.
He hoped She would pull him into Her Divine Kingdom, enabling him to meet Her.
With his eyes tightly closed, he felt the brightness outside.
A gentle breeze brushed by his side, and Alka could smell the scent of wheat in the air.
When he opened his eyes, indeed, he had arrived again at the Holy Mother’s Divine Kingdom.
An endless field of wheat.
This was not the first time he’d been here; walking through the golden wheat fields, Alka saw a farm ahead.
In the spacious yard of the farm, the Holy Mother stood there quietly.
She wore a finely woven straw hat on Her head.
Children ran back and forth in front of Her, playing joyfully.
The little girl who had previously pulled on Alka seemed to sense his arrival and hugged his leg.
After giggling twice, she ran off again.
The Holy Mother waved Her hand, signaling the children to play further away.
Then She turned around to look at Alka.
Alka quietly approached Her, slightly bowing his head.
"Stone Mother."
"The previous revelation was indeed delivered by him." The Holy Mother looked at him and said.
Clearly, She understood the situation Alka was facing.
Before Alka could ask more, the Holy Mother began speaking slowly.
"I don’t know why he is seeking you, but he is a newly risen great power in the Star Realm.
To put it simply, his rank in the Star Realm is no different from mine. I do have certain connections with him, but we’ve never met before.
I don’t know him, but at the very least, I can assure you that his intentions aren’t dangerous.
So I’m also curious as to why he’d seek you out and need your help."
The Holy Mother gazed at Alka with Her kindly, gentle eyes: "But you can rest assured, he can indeed afford the compensation he mentioned. His world is quite renowned in the whole Star Realm.
If there’s a place that knows how to fix worlds, who else but him would? He is fully capable of meeting the conditions he stated."
After listening to the Holy Mother’s words, Alka nodded.
"Alright, child, this great power is waiting for you. Prolonged waiting is impolite, come see me again after this."
As She said this, the Holy Mother placed Her hand on Alka’s head.
When Alka opened his eyes again, he had returned to the underground space.
"So, I didn’t lie to you, did I?" the man in the space said with a smile.
Alka nodded: "I’m still puzzled. What could I possibly do to help you?"
He couldn’t understand what he possessed that could prompt such a mighty figure to offer help.
"You do have something. Once you know, you’ll understand why I’m helping you."
As he spoke, the man before him mouthed a silent phrase.
Upon seeing the mouthing, Alka’s eyes were filled with shock.
"You..."
"Shh. Some things can’t be said aloud. It’s enough that you understand, my friend."
The man before him used a very equal term.
Friend.
The difference in strength between him and Alka was like that between the Divine and an ant.
Yet he still chose to call Alka a friend.
Though Alka was shocked, upon reflection, it wasn’t impossible, and he nodded with a deep breath.
There had been enough surprises today.
"The help I need is to turn back time, back to your very beginning. What I need is the information to return home."
The black-haired man before him said so.
Upon hearing this, Alka was shocked, but alongside that shock, he couldn’t help but furrow his brows: "Why do you need something like that? Shouldn’t you be able to achieve it yourself? Is there something different between us?"
"Because I’ve been here too long, long enough that there’s no trace left. Besides, our methods are different."
Hearing this, Alka could only nod.
He didn’t know if the person before him was lying or telling the truth.
But he knew he had no room for resistance, and the person with immense power standing before him.
Was willing to make a calm and equal trade with him, and was asking for his help, which meant he had shown enough, even overflowing good will.
In such circumstances, Alka indeed did not have many choices.
When Alka agreed.
He waved at Alka.
"Come inside here; using my power outside would not be according to the rules, it’s not right, and quite impolite."
Hearing this, Alka nodded, then gave everyone a reassuring look, and stepped into the inner space.
