Trinitas Mundus - The Story of Saint Knight Ray

Episode XI: The Black Master?

Around 10 a.m. on April 11.

The interrogation of the Rays was concluded by Alberic. Though Stella was tortured and wounded, Ray hung a healing magic and the wound has already disappeared. However, due to bleeding and prolonged interrogation, his health had not returned.

After finishing Stella's treatment and getting her gear back, she headed to the inn in the fort's expansion on the west side of the fort. This is the room that Alberic made us prepare by threatening the commander of the fort, Viscount Benjamin Plummer, the most luxurious room in Toa.

When he entered the room, Alberic said, "You're going to get Ryan," and left. He and Ryan are staying at the same expansion and will be back soon.

Ryan opens his mouth best, "Luna, what happened to Luna!" and stuck to Ray with excitement.

"Luna's fine," Ray replies in a sober tone, although he laughs bitterly at it.

Ryan said, "Ooh! I raised the roar," Where are you! I guess I didn't leave you!, "but Alberic tells me" when I settle down, "and I realize for the first time that I'm excited.

When Ray saluted Alberic, he began to explain the situation.

"I'm going to tell you everything. I know it can be incredible, but just listen to me till the end. First of all, as I said earlier, Luna is safe. Mr. Uno and the three of you are protecting me and heading to Tall Eljig ahead. Now let's talk about what we saw…"

Ray follows Luna into Sochius, the demonic country, where he crosses the desperate wilderness (Desperationis) from the village of Leriche and talks about his way to Luberna, the fact that he was about to be ruled by the Nothingness God (Vanitas) of what took her back from the Moon Demons, and what happened in Zaleshe, the capital of the haunted people.

"... she received revelations from the gods to protect the world from the evil god Vanitas. Specifically, it means going to the" temple of beginnings ”in the southern island country of Gilsall, but she doesn't even know what she'll have if she does. It's just that they absolutely have to go to protect the world. And the other important thing is that we have to go back from Jilsol to Sochius. Without her, the demons could run wild. So she has to go back..."

Ray blurred about Luna and herself coming from Japan, yet told almost all the facts.

Alberic and Ryan are too magnificent a scale story to keep their heads on. Even Alberic, who always turns around, has a serious look on his face and thinks about it.

"Does Luna mean Queen of Demons... fighting to protect the world from God... is that true? Can you believe that story..."

Ryan was whining in confusion, but when he looked up, he stared at Ray,

"I don't think you're lying. But I have no idea. Anyway, I'm pretty sure Luna's safe and she's close now."

"That's right. I'm not hurt, and I'm not someone else. Just for a second, I can use magic now, but it stays the same."

Ryan starts leaking whimpers after breathing relief into the words.

"Good for you," Alberic said, pounding his shoulder,

"So, what do you want me to do? I know you're going to join Luna and head to Jilsor, but I guess you're going back to Fonce once?

Ray shakes his head "wearing" to the question.

"I'm going to continue southwards through the Kingdom of Kaum into the Empire and board a boat that crosses from somewhere on the Wale Peninsula to Jilsall. 'Cause she doesn't have to rush to say it, but she doesn't say she can afford it enough to waste months."

"Well... I don't know what to do. It sounds more interesting to go with you, but Hamish and Valeria will scold you if you keep going... I guess I should get back to Fonce..."

Alberic was whining to himself.

Regardless of that, Ryan took Ray's hand,

"I'll follow. No, take me with you. It won't be a foothold. So..."

Ray says, "I agree, but after checking with Luna," he starts talking about his plans for the rest of this.

"It depends on Stella's health, but we'd like to rest for the day and leave here first thing tomorrow morning. What will Mr. Alberic do if Ryan goes with us?

"I'm leaving with you, too. You guys are back, so there's no reason to be here. Whatever's ahead, it's the same way to the barbecue. In the meantime, we'll decide if we want to break up or go together by then."

Barbezi is an accommodation town that hits the branches of Toa and Ars streets.

Ray says, "Okay," he nods, talking to Ryan, who cries with joy.

"I know Luna is happy to be safe, but I want you to do what you always do when you get out of this room. Especially when you leave tomorrow, it feels like you drop your shoulder disappointed."

Ryan looks up slowly but doesn't know why.

"We failed to rescue Luna and fled back. I mean, her survival is hopeless. Yet it would be unnatural if you left the fort with a happy face that kept waiting for Luna. You leave the fort so drawn to Mr. Alberic with the expression that the world is doomed. If you can't do that, have them leave about ten days after we leave. Because if you don't, you'll be in danger to Luna."

"You can't act on me. What am I supposed to do..." he looks desperate.

So Alberic interrupts the story.

"I have a good idea, I'll take care of it. First thing tomorrow morning, I'll be disappointed, or I'll take Ryan, who's not well as a sneak."

When I say that with pleasure, Ashley mutters, "I'm trying to do something hell when Brother Al looks like that..."

Ray became anxious to hear the whine.

"It's okay, isn't it?"

Alberic strained his chest,

"Of course I'm fine. 'Cause you guys are gonna fail your mission and make Ryan seem so depressed that he can't even speak."

Ray and Ashley felt a little anxiety, but I reckon it's better than expecting Ryan to act.

"Yeah, well, I took care of your horse. I think I'll see you when I get to the stables."

Ray is surprised to hear about his beloved horse traveler.

"I thought I was back in Fonce with the Mercenaries (Red Arms)... thank you"

That's what I say and I bow my head big.

"Then we'll go get ready for tomorrow. If you need anything, I'll have it for you, though?

"We have almost everything we need," Ashley replied, while Alberic nodded.

"Not now, Ray, but you should think about your armor. Make it another armor by the time you get into the barbecue, or change the color or you'll be in trouble."

"What do you mean? Does Ash know?" Ray hears, "Ashley shakes her neck to the side.

"Do you know that there are no officials of the Light Divinity in this country?," Alberic hears, Stella and Ashley nodding.

"I see. You mean that? What Brother Al is trying to say is that Phototheism has been expelled with the Kingdom of Kaum. No, it tastes worse up ahead."

"What do you mean?" Stella answers on her behalf when Ray asks.

"To the south of the Kaum kingdom is the Caerm Empire. The Caerm Empire and the Luke Empire are in a state of war, so wearing armor similar to that of the Holy Knight could lead to suspicion."

The Caerm Empire and Luke's Holy King are in a chronic state of war, and although they are now in a state of small well-being, it is not a land where light god officials can wave the major players and walk. Though the Kingdom of Kaum is not at war, it has been fought by the Light Divinity and the Blacksmith Guild, and the Light Divinity is completely eliminated in the Kingdom of Kaum, which has a deep relationship with the Blacksmith Guild.

In addition, the reputation of light theism is very poor even on the streets of Ars. Because I have previously accused a village lord of innocence.

Ray could not be blamed for being a member of the Mercenary Corps of Markat when he headed to Toa, and because the name "White Master” was known.

You are more likely to be mistaken for the Holy Knight because you have not acted with the Mercenary Corps of Markat this time.

"Then we have to procure easy moving armor. I'm used to this snow coat (Nixwestis)..."

"There's got to be some surplus armor here, so if you pick it by the end of the day, I don't think you have to make any adjustments"

That's all Alberic said, he took Ryan out of the room.

Ray said to Stella, "Get some rest," then he said, "I'll lay down a little too," and headed to the bedroom.

Ashley turns to his back and says, "Don't worry about preparation, rest slowly," and also speaks to Stella.

"Good luck with that. But rest now. For tomorrow's departure. The guard here is Lord Seyce and Lord Nuebe. I'm gonna be awake, too."

"Yes, I'll take care of it," Stella said to her bedroom as well.

Around noon, a sleepy face ray came out of the bedroom.

"You don't have to wake up yet," Ashley said, "I'm hungry. Because I haven't eaten anything since yesterday, and I had dietary restrictions before that."

The Rays were eating less to disguise themselves as having fled with their lives. Furthermore, the day before yesterday he continued to be mocked with monkeys and barely said anything even to the point of wetting his mouth. My hunger struck him in the morning because I was nervous about Stella and because I hadn't slept a single night, but I had a slight but sleepy sleep.

"They say a simple meal can also be taken in this room. Can I get you something?

"Whatever, please," said Ray, bowing his head. But soon I was like, "Is Stella okay? Is there a fever or something?" And I care about Stella.

"I've been to see it a few times, but it looks fine. Nothing in particular."

"That's good"

When Ashley asked for a meal, it arrived in about twenty minutes.

When he finished his meal, Ashley started talking as she remembered.

"The armor thing was a blind spot. I knew it, too."

"I don't have a choice. Ash has hardly ever been in the Kaum kingdom, has he? And I'm glad you noticed now. Because it sounds silly to be held captive and kill time for this."

"You sure do. So, let Lord Seyce handle this, and we'll go and get what we need."

When Ashley says so, Seyce shows up and pokes one knee.

"Then, Master Stella says I am. You two will be accompanied by Nuebe."

He disappeared as soon as he said so.

The two left the inn and headed to a protective equipment store near the branch of the mercenary guild. Halfway through the month of April, there is a cold breeze at Fort Toa, where the altitude is high, and Ray, coming out of the warm inn, trembles in the cold.

"Is it cold?" Ashley approaches and arms together. She was also not wearing protective gear because of the safe fort, and Ray felt soft on her arm.

It was a little embarrassing, but still they walk away without leaving. The part-time soldiers call out, "You're jealous," but the two walked away without any particular concern just laughing at Nicole.

When I arrive at the armor store, I speak to the store owner in an attempt to find leather armor that seems right for me.

"You're a Red Arms warrior, aren't you? Your armor will suffice."

"Because that's evil. It stands out. Because I don't like going into trouble on Als street..."

"I see," he convinces me, "wait a minute," and goes into the warehouse in the back. When I came back in about five minutes, I brought a set of torso armor, hipster, etc. in that hand.

"It's made from the outer shell of a soldier ant. This is the only thing that seemed to fit your body."

The armor in his hand was black with chitin lighting.

Wearing armor, unlike pure white before, gave rise to a disastrous atmosphere.

"Now you're a" black warrior. "Well, this fits, but it's the exact opposite of what I've ever imagined."

Though Ashley leaks that feeling, she immediately begins checking every part of the armor.

Whenever Ray waves his arms or raises his legs, he asks, "Is there a hook in the movement? How's the range of motion? I checked."

"It looks fine. The weight itself feels a little heavier, but it's not hard to move."

Ray hesitates to do five thousand kronas (about five million yen in Japanese yen), including a helmet.

"It's for safety. If I get out here reluctantly and cause trouble, I have no ex or child. Besides, it's a good price for a fort like this. It's not as strange as double the price."

"Right. I'll cut it off because I think it's a necessary expense."

That's what I said and laughed, leaving the armor store.
