Trinitas Mundus

Episode III: World Settings

Thanksgiving (Ray) was wondering what the situation was now, questioning that he could easily ride a horse. Irrespective of that thought, the horse walks down the mountain path, keeping him on board. About an hour went by, suddenly the sight that was blocked by the trees opened, finally through the deep and dark woods.

And beneath his eyes was a beautiful landscape he had never seen before.

There are different lakes, large and small, between the woods and hills, whose surface is brilliant in emerald in the light of the sun, reflecting the greenery of the forest.

He accidentally stopped walking on the horse and was temporarily distracted by the landscape.

"How beautiful... I've never seen such a beautiful landscape..."

He was voicing himself unexpectedly.

The baron hears the voice because he was stopping the carriage just through the woods.

"It will be. From here, my country, my territory, is truly beautiful. Has Lord Ray understood? superimposition superimposition"

The Baron feels better about his country being praised, and comes to him with a full smile.

"Yeah, I've never seen such a beautiful landscape. It's really beautiful..."

He fell in love with this landscape and was squeaking almost like he was talking to himself.

(In the setting it was Lax, the land of lakes and springs. I was only describing it as a beautiful country because what I was writing was supposed to be around the adventurer city of Periclitle. But I didn't know it was so beautiful... but my portrayal doesn't describe this landscape)

Ashley, who was listening to the two conversations,

(It's still dangerous... you guys are not nervous. Do I have to be on my own guard? Doesn't fit the bill...)

"Not yet, it's dangerous, so I'll hurry ahead. Lord Ray, don't lose sight of the landscape."

She exhales and urges the two of them to move on.

Slowly down the mountain, you enter the hills in about two hours.

The sun is quite inclined, but it was time to have about two more hours by night.

"If we get this far, we'll be fine now. My lord, I'll put in a break once. Lord Edward, could you stop the carriage in that square?"

When Ashley gives instructions to Edward, the deacon who is your man, he himself takes the horses into the meadow beside the road.

(Finally a break... I'm not more tired of my body than I thought, but I'm mentally tired. By the way, what happens to me after this?

With Ray finally putting him in the safe zone, he realizes he hadn't thought about how to shake himself.

No gold, no food, no identification items - bracelets with personal information, etc. - have been found.

(Normally, you're too suspicious. I saved the baron, so maybe you can do something about it, but if the direct danger leaves, I guess the next thing you know, I'll be the risk factor. An unidentified man who easily wipes out twenty bandits and uses suspicious magic. I wonder if a normal lord would hesitate to let even the benefactor of his life into the city...)

When he got off the horse and sat on the grass, he was alone in his thoughts.

Then Ashley sat beside him. And hand him the water bottle,

"You didn't even drink water. Sorry, I didn't realize."

"I don't have a choice. Mr. Ashley was on her own. I wish I could have been a little more helpful..."

When he said that in a self-derisive manner, she grabbed his shoulder and turned to the front,

"That's not true! Lord Ray is a benefactor of life. Without you, I would have died. After being mauled, too."

I realize for the first time that Ashley, who he thought he could afford, was also quite forced to be nervous.

(You look like a veteran mercenary, but if you look closely, you're pretty young. You're not five years old, are you?

"Lord Ray, oh, that's a hassle. Can I call you Ray? I can call you Ashley, too, and I don't need respect. So, what are you going to do now?

"Oh, I'll let you do the same. I'm worried about what I'm going to do. I don't remember, and I don't have any money or anything to identify me, so I don't know what to do..."

"Money can handle it. The bandit's bounty, plus a lot of compensation from the mercenary guild. He attacked the Baron because he was a mercenary registered to the Alliance."

He tried to remember the world setting.

(Surely, the Demonic Crystal Stone was set to be the soul itself. This also shows the proof of the crusade of the Adventurer Alliance and the loyalty of the mercenaries. Whatever you say for yourself, how convenient setup... and Demon Crystal Stone sells high. Because it will be an ingredient for the magic props. If it is a human Demonic Stone, it will cost at least ten kronas and 10,000 yen. Even if you divide it, it's only 100,000 yen, so don't fund it for the time being)

In his contemplated world setting, the currency is C "Krona" with a single krona of about a thousand yen for a small silver coin and a Japanese yen. By the way, the currency is from large to white gold coins = one thousand kronas, gold coins = one hundred kronas, silver coins = ten kronas, small silver coins = one krona, copper coins = zero and one krona = ten ales, small copper coins = one ale. There are also large gold coins for five gold coins and semi-silver coins for half the value of silver coins.

Talking to Ashley about that, Edward, the butler, came to get him.

"Excuse me while I talk to you. The pavilion is calling for Master Ray."

Ray follows him, wondering what it is.

Baron Atley and his lady Oriana are waiting outside the carriage,

"My daughter wants to thank Lord Ray. He does. I'm sorry, can't you just listen to me?"

Ray didn't have a very good impression because of the baron's poor taste in clothing and his small fat appearance. But I was changing my impression from thinking of my daughter.

(I thought you looked like a nobleman who was hit for feeling like some kind of evil deputy, but maybe you're a surprisingly good person. It doesn't feel great about me either...)

He replies, "Okay," and turns to the girl standing beside the baron.

The girl hasn't recovered from the shock yet, with a top-down,

"Oh, Oriana Atlee and, my name is, too. Thank you for your help. If Lady Ray isn't here... ugh."

She's just said that, remembering a scene pulled out of a carriage, tears in her eyes, and stuck in words. The baron holds his shoulder, but she was sobbing.

I think he has to say something, but the words don't come out.

Silence flows between them.

(I wish I could say something thoughtful, but I can't do it if I don't like people... if I have Ryuji...)

He remembered Ryuji, Narumi Ryuji, the only friend he could say.

Ryuji is a good looking guy from his sociable, sports all-purpose guy, the exact opposite of Ray, but for some reason he was a rare guy who was making friends with him who was a pull-in idea.

I wondered if the friend would be able to respond to these occasions without talent, and I wondered how he would respond.

"Master Oriana was safe and above all. I think you should forget something like that..."

At the end of the day, he succeeds in following up, albeit with butt blushes.

Oriana nodded in tears and walked into the carriage with the baron holding her shoulder.

(Was this a good idea? Even if they say no, I can't do any more.)

I had a brief meal during a break of about thirty minutes.

He was hungry spitting out everything in his stomach, but the still splattering scene turned his head and his appetite had not recovered. Still, I will be forced to swallow my meal to prevent my strength from dropping.

Taking the streets again, the farmland gradually began to expand and farmers' houses were being seen in the idyllic countryside.

The house is European-style, on a bright white wall made of white stone and lacquer, rustic on a roof made of black slate, but beautifully contrasted with the green forest.

The peasants' outfits also seem to be made of yellow or red-dyed wool textiles, which feel quite colorful.

(Overall, I guess it's rich land. There's plenty of water, and the soil's going to be fat. There were cows and pigs in the sheep. I don't really remember the setting around here, but you seem to be able to handle the meal)

Having come to a safe land and hearing Ashley's opinion that he was likely to manage financially, he was beginning to have room for it too.

He lines up next to Ashley and gets information about this world.

This is Baron Atlee territory in the western part of the continent of Tria, in the Kingdom of Lax in the United Kingdom of Lax Sartous.

Besides the United Kingdom of Lax Sartous, the great powers are the Caerm Empire in the south and the Kaum Kingdom in the east, three of which are ancient in history and are called the Three Ancient Countries. In this other country, where the Holy Kingdoms of Lukes and Gilsall, independent of the Caerm Empire, are relatively large, there is also a country called the Union of Urban States, which has under its umbrella the country of adventurers, Periclitle and the country of mercenaries, and commercial and academic cities.

Today is Tria Calendar 3025, Spring Day on April 1st.

The year is 360 days, 30 days a month, 24 hours a day, 1 hour 60 minutes, 1 minute 60 seconds.

In weighing and weighing relations, the length is one m (melt) = one meter, one cm (semel) = one centimeter, one km (kimel) = one kilometer.

It weighs one g (grain) = one gram, one kg (kilogram) = one kilogram, and one T (tonne) is the same as the original world in terms of calling and weight.

As for race, but the Kingdom of Lax has a lot of people, so-called people, and about 70% of them are people. Others have 20% elves and 10% beasts. The Kingdom of Kaum and others have a lot of Dwarves, and the Kingdom of Sartooth has a lot of Elves. Further east of the Kaum kingdom is the ruling area of the demonic clan called Kwaedam Tenebre (eternal darkness).

(The story I've heard so far is exactly what I wrote about Trinitas Mundus. I think it was about the same period as the novel in time. But I can't really remember the detailed story. Looks like some kind of memory is blocked......)

He went down the street talking to Ashley, and in the evening, about an hour after his break, he saw a big city ahead.

Its city - the largest in Baron Atlee territory, Morton - stands on a small high hill with a large mansion with triangular spires at the top of the hill. Ray had put around that it would be the baron's mansion.

A wall about five metres high is built around the city, and the street leads to a large gate.

We arrived at the gate about thirty minutes after we began to see the city.
