Trinitas Mundus

Episode Four: Item Box

Upon arrival at the main entrance of the city of Morton, soldiers guarding the gates see a carriage bearing the Baron's family crest and jump out in a hurry.

One of the knights would have done the foreshadowing, but this time the foreshadowing could not be done because there were only two escorts, Ashley and Ray, and neither of them were baroness ministers.

A knight who seems to be in charge kneels in front of the carriage, behind which his men are similarly on one knee.

He sees only two escorts and a deserted horse and intuites that he's been in some kind of trouble. He was quietly drooling his head to wait for an explanation from the Baron.

The baron got out of the carriage,

"I was betrayed by the mercenaries I hired along the way. Fortunately, Non and Oriana were safe, but the accompanying knights were wiped out. Carry the body carefully to the mansion..."

The Baron then gives detailed instructions one after the other.

Ashley looks at the figure flat, but Ray doesn't know what to do and decides to stand next to Ashley.

(What am I supposed to do at a time like this? Let's just shut up and follow Ashley until she says something)

When the Baron finishes all the instructions, he boards the carriage again and proceeds with the carriage towards the Mansion.

Ashley wraps her bracelet around the guard of the gate before riding her horse.

I don't know what to do. Ray,

"Ashley! Wait for me. What am I supposed to do?

She looked like she was gone, and then...

"I'm sorry. Wait a minute," he says, chasing the baron's carriage.

As soon as I caught up with the carriage and talked to the baron,

"He is the benefactor of Non's life. I don't mind, just let it go," I heard the baron.

Ray rode his horse and crept through the gate as the guards watched him.

(That bracelet is the orb of the guild, right? It should have been set up as a magic prop to replace certificates. It wasn't in my arm when I saw it earlier. I guess I couldn't have stayed until I got it soon)

An orb is a tool that allows you to verify your identity by transcribing information about a magic crystal stone with a special magic prop that is sensitive to a magic crystal stone.

They are usually pendant-shaped and hung around the neck, or worn on the arm in a bracelet or something like that.

In addition to guilds such as Adventurer Guilds and Mercenary Guilds, all those who are over the age of ten usually have one in common that is also handled in town and village offices.

It is also used to ID and is required at check-in at the inn, with permission to do business, and in and out of town.

If you lose it, you can reissue it, but your actions are restricted until reissued, so you often don't let your skin go when you go to sleep.

When I catch up with the baron's carriage, I follow him straight behind the carriage on horseback.

The city of Morton is uphill from the gates because it is built on the slopes of the hills, and the ninety-ninth fold of the "Continuous" path continues towards the top.

On the hill you can see several spires and walls and a few large windmills slowly turning around.

On both sides of the road towards the top of the hill, houses characterized by bright orange roofs on white walls line the narrow streets, all paved with cobblestone.

Going up the hill looking at the beautiful township against the backdrop of the sky that is staining with cedar, the inhabitants who saw the Baron's crest go out on the road and bow down.

Ray thought the residents had a natural smile on their faces and the baron seemed admired for his feudal lords.

Hanging about twenty minutes to climb the hill, there was more to it than a mansion, a building surrounded by a splendid stone wall with spires in all corners - a building that could already be described as a small castle.

The walls are made of stones that look sturdy in gray, about ten meters high. Above the walls lined with irregular arrow narrows, reminiscent of a battle castle.

Keeping behind the carriage, creep through the main entrance.

There was an orange roof on a white wall similar to the town building, with a mansion about three floors large.

(It's like a movie or an animated mansion... what do I do? Are you glad you came to this place? Even so, there was nowhere to go...)

Ray, still unprepared, was careful not to miss Ashley's move.

When she gets off the horse, he goes down to match too, passing the horse to a stables that he refrains from nearby.

She was going under the baron down from the carriage, bowing her head, and then asking what she was going to do with him.

"How did Lord Ray do after this?

"Um, Edward, I'm sorry, but can you get the room ready for me?"

The baron ordered the butler to prepare the room, turning to Ray,

"I'd like to welcome Lord Ray to my mansion tonight, would you?

Ray toured slightly, but Ashley also seemed to be invited to dinner today, and when he heard he was staying at the mansion, he bowed his head, "Thank you," he said.

(I have nowhere to go, and it would be safer for the moment to be under the Baron's asylum. At least I'm not talking about not getting an orb...)

The baron goes to the back of the mansion with his daughter Oriana, and the remaining Ashley and Ray are led to the room by the butler, Edward.

The room passed is about fifteen tatami rooms, next to Ashley's room.

"The sunset will be in an hour. I'll pick you up when it's time, so please rest here until then."

Edward didn't even make the bandits feel attacked or tired of traveling, and after explaining his upcoming plans, he left the room with a clean bow.

(When did you even adjust your meal time? Deacon, is everyone so awesome?

Ray was surprised by the real butler he saw for the first time and had weird feelings, but when he was alone, fatigue hit him more and more.

I was promptly driven by the urge to fall into the bedroom, but first I reckon I have to take off my armor.

(Well, I need to take this armor off...... uh, how do you take it off?

He managed to remove the caged hands (gauntlet), thigh armor (cuis), and shin (greaves), but not the armor covering his upper body.

(I wonder how to take it off? It's connected from arms to shoulders, so I can't take it off...)

He looks at his shoulder many times, but doesn't know the connecting part well.

It lasted about five minutes, but I give up and sit on the sleeping table.

(What to do...... yeah, let's ask Ashley)

With his armor halfway off, he headed to the next room.

Knocking, Ashley appeared undressed and dressed in a cotton or hemp shirt.

"What's going on?

She was surprised to see Ray standing outside the room halfway armored.

He, too, is surprised at the way she looks, unlike a warrior - her long eyelashes striking the slit length of her eyes and her thin shirt being pushed up by the big twin peaks - and stares at her unexpectedly.

(I knew you were a beautiful person. But I didn't think the style was so good... you can play the button on the shirt by the chest...)

He reminded me of an errand when I saw her casually being stared at.

"I don't know how to take my armor off. Can you tell me..."

She looked frightened for a moment but immediately remembered that she was losing her memory and invited her into her room.

"In the meantime, come in. If you're losing your memory, you'll have no choice."

She teaches him how to take off her armor and put it on.

"If you remove the clasp here, you can remove the shoulder (sparder). The rear brace of the upper arm can now be removed, so the chest armor (Cuiras)..."

He hung enough to take off his armor, but soon realized what he looked like and became embarrassed.

Taking off his armor, his figure was only under white armor, especially his lower body, dressed like a thick white tight.

(Looks like underwear if you look closely, this is. I'm not dressed in front of a woman...)

suddenly turns red, and sees him twitching,

"What's up? Was there any inconvenience?," he asked.

"No, I thought you were a little embarrassed by this look..."

"Right. You can't go to the dining room like that... Why don't you ask Lord Edward?

She had a long mercenary life and didn't care at all.

He desperately wondered if there was any way because no one wanted him to see himself in this figure in the women's room.

(I'll have to go back to my room... maybe... I can use the Storage Magic Item Box...)

As with the magic of “purity," he came up with the magic that he had in mind in the novel setting.

(If you manipulate the dimension in "Darkness” and manipulate the space in "Wind” … then, if you think of the container "Item Box" as "Open" … Ah! menu came out)

When he thought of storage magic, the back of his left hand shined and a list of what was in the item box appeared in front of him.

Tools such as water bottles and knives, coins such as gold, were followed by knightly clothes on the list.

He gathered his thoughts in knightly clothing and removed the clothes from the item box.

Ashley suddenly noticed Ray's appearance in silence and tried to speak up, but was suddenly surprised that the back of his left hand shined out and then had white clothes on his right hand.

"What's wrong?! Ray! What have you done now!

Ray is surprised by her voice and answers all the questions.

"No, I thought I could use the storage magic... it looks like I could use it and I took my clothes out... I knew this magic was unusual too?

"Unusual or nothing... there is magic like that in mythology... but who the hell are you..."

confused, she answers so, but in her heart,

(It's what I met with a really funny guy. If I get my memory back, what will happen...... for the time being, it sounds interesting to hang out with this guy too......)

She became more interested in him.

While he wandered into her obvious curiosity eyes,

"I'm getting dressed! Because the armor will be picked up soon..." he left her room to run away.

Ashley, who was left, was looking at the metal armor Ray had left behind.

(Silver armor... Mithrill? That seemed mild to me......)

She was surprised by the weight of it as she tried to take away the chest armor Cuiras she had placed.

(What, this weight! This cuiras alone has fifteen kg (kiglans)...... Ray had this mildly......)

She saw him handle it lightly and wondered if it was a liturgical armor. But if you review it again carefully, it looks thicker and more defensive than a regular steel object.

Looking further inside, the magic formation was painted with yellow paint.

(What is this magic formation? Is it a magic formation in armor... even the magic of improved defense and weight loss? Then this armor alone is worth a lot......)

Different patterns of magic were also depicted on the shoulder (Spaulder) and upper arm "Rear Brace", and some magic was applied.

(You really don't get it, he is. A year since I was independent of the captain of the regiment. It was around the time I got a little tired of it, so maybe it was just good to see an interesting guy)

She was thinking about that, smiling alone.

Meanwhile, Ray took the clothes he had taken out and ran into his room.

When using storage magic, I noticed that a magic formation appeared on the back of my left hand, but now I don't think very deeply that wearing clothes is first.

That garment in my hand was a long white hemmed jacket and loose trousers. There was a stitch with plenty of silver thread, and the back of the jacket was painted with a sun crest with gold and silver thread.

(Wow! This is a cosplay costume too. I don't want to wear this...)

That being said, I only have this clothing to wear, and I give up and go through my sleeves.

It just seemed like it belonged to me, the size was perfect, and when I belted my sword belt, I also felt like it was somehow different.

He checked as far as he could see for anything strange and headed to Ashley's room.

When I leave the room, I meet Edward, the butler who was about to knock.

Behind him was a maid who dedicated her blue clothes.

He looked a little strange and said, "Oh? Did Master Ray have clothes," he asked.

"Yeah, it's what I was wearing inside... maybe you prepared it for me?

Deacon nodded gracefully,

"Yes, I didn't have my luggage bag, so I prepared it for you while I was away, but it seemed like it was my early day. I'll sit down."

I was honestly surprised at Edward's driving.

(You're just taking a good look at it. Had it not been for the Storage Magic "Item Box" I would have just been happy to...)

Edward said it would be dinner in about thirty minutes and took the maid back to the back of the mansion again.

Ray enters Ashley's room again to retrieve his armor.

There was an Ashley in the room with a serious view of his armor, who had abruptly asked him to "try this armor".

He lifts his own armor, wondering.

"What's this?

He wonders, asks her so, but does not answer it, puts her armor at his feet, and says, "Lift this up next time," without saying why.

He lifts her breast plate as he tilts his neck.

"Which one did you think was heavier?

"Well, Ashley's armor is heavier. Because it is a practical product. Mine's a decoration, isn't it?

"Again... Ray, your armor is twice as heavy. If possible, show me the back of your left hand."

(What do you mean? Ashley's armor was heavier? Left-handed armor? Do you want to see the magic formations just now? I didn't see it well either, but maybe Ashley would know something...)

When he offers his left hand, she stares seriously at the back of it.

On the back of his left hand was a intricately tattooed magic formation.

"Do you know what it is? ♪ And when he hears,

"Hmmm... because magic is out of specialty. From the color, it is a color that can accommodate all eight attributes..."

After a moment of thought, she

"From here on out, I imagine you're not chanting a spell when you use magic. Maybe this magic formation is talking to the spirits so they can use storage magic, etc... plus it's set with the armor magic formation. Wouldn't that be working the magic of weight loss? Of course, there's no certainty."

He heard the explanation and stared at his left hand in silence.

(Storage magic in purifying magic. Spears of Light when you are losing your mind... Adding Magic to Spears to Weight Loss of Armor... The Magic Formation Settings...)

The magic of this world, with the help of the Spirit of the eight attributes - fire, light, wind, tree, water, darkness, earth and gold - can cause the phenomena that were in each attribute.

In order to harness the power of the Spirit, it gives itself magic, and the amount and quality of that magic makes it different in the magical power that can be activated.

The type of magic is highly correlated with the general physical phenomenon, although it becomes indiscriminate in the image of the operator. For example, if it is a fire attribute, it is an attack system, if it is a dark attribute, it is a mental system, if it is metallic, it is a grant system, and so on.

Although no spells can be activated, magicians in this world often chant spells in order to clarify the image of specific phenomena.

On the other hand, magic formations are depicted in shapes that are easy for the Spirit to understand, and by flowing magic into that formations, they are well used when the Spirit is easy to assemble, activated without chanting, or performs a great deal of magic.

(Writing magic formations into your body should have been an idea stop... I can't remember the story, so I don't know who you were going to use it against...)

He remained silent and Ashley was equally silent.

(I've never heard of it before, such as writing magic formations on my body. If the Holy Knight of Light Theism should only be light attributes...... in the case of Ray, the colors of all attributes were used, including the dark attributes that Light Theism abhorred. I thought there was a connection to light theism from that gear and knightly clothes, but maybe it has nothing to do with it unexpectedly......)

When the two of them were thinking about it, the maid had told them that dinner was ready.

The two interrupted their thoughts and headed for dinner.
