Lesson 13: Crisis

After lunch by the lake, Ray and Ashley were back on the lake again.

Walking along the shores of Lake Turbide in search of a giant frog (Giant Toad), the two realize that the frog is squeaking louder than just now.

We stopped once and walked further along the lake as the two of us met each other in the face, but there was nothing particularly unusual.

Suddenly, the reed-like grass on the water begins to shake heavily.

As the two of them looked around to see what was going on, Cylon and his party suddenly appeared from the waterfront.

to them with weapons, Theron looks surprised, but

"What, were you hunting here? We've done enough, so I'm going home. Enjoy yourself (...). Ha-ha-ha!

Theron follows the scene in a good mood. But the word was that they were leaning on their necks to leave fairly quickly on their backs.

"What was that? He seemed in a strange mood, though?

"Right. Well, what doesn't make sense is the usual. Never mind. More than that, there's something wrong with the frogs. Don't be too vigilant."

The two walk along the lake shore, wary of the surroundings that have become even noisier.

The frogs have grown louder, and the sound of them bouncing off the water has grown louder.

"I have a bad feeling. Once we get out of the lake!

The moment Ashley with a hard expression said so, several frogs jumped towards them at once.

The two are at their best to avoid the flying frogs and cannot afford to attack.

To escape the frogs, they looked around and searched for a route, but besides the frogs that came towards them, dozens of giant frogs were jumping into tears. The two surrounded will be unable to move.

The frogs ignore them and jump around ringing “gekogeko," some of them bumping into each other by trees and fellows.

Obviously, it's a behavior out of the ordinary track, but it doesn't look like it's going to hit them, and it also looks frightened and panicked by something.

"We're surrounded! Ashley, what should I do?"

"Calm down! You don't seem to be coming at us. Looks like he's running away from something... Oh, that one!

When she raised her voice of surprise and Ray glanced ahead of her gaze, there was a monster there called the giant snake, the multi-headed snake dragon - the hydra - lifting its sickle.

Its hydra, to a height of nearly three m, lifts up five sickles, eyes with their red and longitudinal pupils, staring at them.

"It's Hydra... Ray, we're getting away! He's a third grade monster. You two can't take it down. Pull!"

"I can't! The frogs are everywhere. If you want to escape, they'll get you involved and you'll be poisoned."

Around the two of them, the giant frogs were still panicking, running away confused.

Ray is right, you have to break through it to escape, but the panic-state frogs are constantly flying paralytic poison, so if they move poorly, they can get hit by poison.

Worse still, Hydra seems to have switched targets from frogs to two, staring at them with five pairs of red eyes, approaching them rapidly.

Despite its giant, Hydra has crawled to slip as it speeds out the ground about as fast as a man's full walk of disease.

"Keep him down! Ray! Magic for backup!

Ashley shouted so in a hurrying voice, placing the sword of love on the upper stage and popping out in front of him.

"Buy me a minute, just a minute!

He felt hesitant to put one Ashley on the front line, but thought he would have to use it as the biggest offensive magic he could use to survive: Thunder "Ichizuchi".

He twists and retreats as he gathers the Spirit of Light into his left hand.

Meanwhile, Ashley also thought Ray's magic was the only way to crack this situation open.

She approached Hydra with five necks and was trying to flirt with Hydra, moving lightly to the left and right.

Each of Hydra's five necks strikes toward her one after the other as the timing shifts.

The middle neck attacks to cover it from the top, and even if it dodges it, the right neck strikes with its mouth wide open trying to drink her.

The neck at the left end tries to eat on his feet as he crawls on the ground, and the far right neck strikes at him in the same way.

To be attacked by brilliant collaboration, Ashley doesn't have time to wave her sword, she just has to focus on avoiding it.

After more than a dozen attacks, she was already breathing up and was beginning to lack glory for the move.

"Not yet! That's the limit!

"Almost there! All right, jump right!

Thunderlight passes right next to Ashley, who jumped to his right on Ray's signal, making the noise of bursting.

Its thunder, Kazuchi, struck brilliantly at the base of the neck in the middle of Hydra, and its thick - about fifty cm - had its neck almost chopped a thousand times.

“Yay!" Ray rejoiced as well. In the meantime, Hydra's neck plays as she sees it.

The video was completely restored to its original state in just a few dozen seconds so that it could be rewound.

"Oh no... Ashley! What's Hydra's weakness! There's no weakness anywhere!

to that cry of his,

"I don't know! Anyway, it shouldn't be able to play indefinitely. We just have to look at the gaps and run away without loosening our hands!

To that word, despair spreads through the rays.

(Once we eat the attack, we can't move... and yet I can't believe the enemy plays light... even if we run away, they will always chase us at that speed... but I don't like giving up without doing anything. Whatever we can move......)

Unable to think of a hand to open it, the two continue to attack towards Hydra.

While attacking Hydra, Ray was thinking about how to crack this situation in the corner of his head.

("Tree Curse” stops me... no, that giant pulls off a thousand roots in an instant... what was Hydra's weakness... it's a demon of the water system, so I feel like it was a flame... but not this one either. I can't use enough magic to burn and kill him all at once with the magic of fire... I might be able to figure it out if I slash all my necks off before it plays, but I can't do this either... to make it impossible to play...)

He comes up with something, skillfully avoiding Hydra's attacks.

(If regeneration has to do with the magic of water, if it scratches with flames, the regeneration speed will be slower. When I helped Ashley and the others, he said he was letting the spears wrap light around him, so can't I wrap the flames around him in the same way... I just have to do it)

He holds the spear with his right hand and gathers the Spirits of Fire in his left hand, avoiding Hydra's attack.

The flame began to form in my left hand in a few seconds, so when I held the spear with both hands, the tip of my ear began to glow red as I pictured the image to be transferred straight to the spear.

"Okay, it's a success! Ashley! I'll take the attack. You need to focus on restraint!

She didn't know what it was about, but she saw his spear and instantly understood.

(When did you hang magic on the spear... did red add fire attributes... this might work out...)

She makes an attack, moving wide back and forth, as she tows Hydra as she is. However, the slaughter seemed to be intended to cause more trouble so that the attack would be directed toward him rather than damage him.

Hydra is caught in Ashley's movements, with five necks moving toward her simultaneously.

Ray didn't miss that gap, and as he quietly turned to the right side of Hydra, he swung through to slap the spear on the far right neck.

The tip of the spear, hung with the magic of the flame, slashes and tears the hard scales of Hydra, whose neck is severed to half and falls to the ground powerless to fall.

Hydra turns to Ray, angry at the attack, glowing her four pairs of eyes red.

But his decapitated neck remained lying on the ground, and no rapid regeneration had begun as earlier.

"We can go! Ray, you're going to have magic! If you can't use your neck for another two or so, you'll have a chance to escape!

Ashley was pleased that Hydra's neck was not regenerating, shouting out loud, but the attack of restraint continued.

Hydra is shaking her neck from left to right worrying about turning the attack on either Ashley moving into small pieces or Ray doing damage.

"I'm going again! Ashley, cover me!

"Okay! But don't push it!

Ashley again slaps the sword of love with a stranglehold on his left neck.

Anticipating a Hydra attack shortly afterwards, I try to jump to the left and throw my body out. Excellent in body surgery, she had set up a sword and released a poke at her neck she had been chasing, without losing her posture.

Ray stares at the center and right neck facing toward him, knocking his full thrust into the right head shortly after Ashley's attack is over.

Hydra shakes her head and tries to avoid it, but her face is slashed and torn apart by a cross-shaped blade sticking out to her left and right.

Its neck was chilling out its long tongue as if peeking at a chance of attack when it lifted its head high after making a threatening voice of pain or "sher" and staring at him.

When his right neck was slashed and torn, his body stretched out and his central neck struck him.

If he is pulling back the spear but not in time, try to turn the spear and intercept its neck in the stone section.

The central neck had a disastrous momentum of its own, with a spear stabbed deep in its mouth.

spears were about to be snatched around his central neck, but he managed to distance himself in the backstep.

The central neck was stuffy with pain, but it played right back, lifting the sickle just like the right neck and in position to hang an attack on him.

(Even if you attack where there is no magic, you recover immediately. If we don't disable it one by one, we'll run out of stamina over here...)

Meanwhile, Ashley looked at his movements and

(There is a cut in the movement. Not as good as when I first met him, but "reading” seems to be better than in the morning... he might be able to handle it alone. Without myself......)

And whereas my attacks are powerless,

(I didn't know that even an earlier blow all over my body would hardly work...... scaly hardness and resilience...... can you defeat Ray before he runs out of magic...... if you don't think about running away and just focus on cutting it off, even my blow......)

For her, I was in a rare hurry.

That's because I should have come to hunt for Giant Toad, a relatively safe giant frog, in such a dangerous situation that I felt responsible for it.

(Collecting information beforehand is fundamental in the basics. Yet...... it's my fault for failing to do so...... I enjoyed being with Ray and maybe he was up and running...... I have to let Ray (him) alone escape at any rate......)

Ashley turns all nerves to its neck in an attempt to make a blow all over her body towards the leftmost neck coming toward her.

Hydra's neck stretches with tremendous momentum from above, but she doesn't show any movement at all to wait for something while holding the sword of love in place.

As soon as its neck tried to hold her, she stepped lightly to her left, wielding her sword down with all her strength.

The sword slashed and tore just behind Hydra's head, his neck keeping his mouth open and falling to the ground with Gotri.

"All right!"

The moment she gives a joyous look, another neck puts her right thigh in.

Then he lifted her big body and gently slammed it to the ground, as if the child were going to slap the doll.

Ray said that Ashley's "Ahhh!" Hear the scream and turn your gaze slightly towards you.

There was a figure of her with her right foot tucked in and slapped to the ground.

"Ashley!"

He tries to get to help right away, but two necks block his way.

"Out of the way!"

He tried to pierce his central neck with a spear as he raised an angry scream.

But losing his cool, his blow never reaches Hydra's neck, and even his damaged right neck hangs from his side to his body.

Ray, who did not anticipate an attack on his right neck, eats his way around his body. He had been blown up about 3m and had clashed from his back into a birch tree.

His consciousness was about to fly due to pain and shock, but when he managed and stood up with his spear as a cane, he faced Hydra again.

"Let Ashley go!

That's how he shouts, attacking Ashley on his left neck.

Though reason is about to be lost in anger.

(No. Be cool. It's not like Ashley died yet. My spear attack works on him. If you take them down one at a time......)

When he puts more magic into the spear, the tip begins to shine even more red. And its length also stretched more than double, and Hydra's eyes seemed frightened for a moment.

Don't miss that moment, Ray approaches Hydra at once and starts waving the spear vertically and horizontally.

If anyone was watching the sight, they would have seen one knight attacking a giant snake while turning a spear with a red shining tip like a windmill.

The attack can chop and tear the outer skin with a hard scale that until earlier was hard to chop and tear, as if it were the soft belly of the giant frog Giant Toad, without any resistance.

He aimed at Ashley's left neck and rolled out a continuous poke, severing it from the roots. The severed hydra's neck fell to the ground with Dosun, holding Ashley in his arms.

He wanted to go help Ashley, even soon.

However, as there are still two necks left, the thought is forced to be enclosed and further attacked by Hydra.

The two remaining necks opened their mouths wide and attacked him at the same time.

As the center neck slaps him up, he attacks to swing his torso on the axis, and the right neck attacks him linearly, trying to plunge him in with a big mouth.

He can easily predict the attack of Hydra, who is forgetting me in anger, and by lowering himself the central neck attack, he hits the spear into his mouth at a time when the remaining right neck is attacking.

The spear penetrated from its wide open mouth towards the brain weather, and its neck, after several spasms, stopped moving as it was.

The last remaining central neck understands its own defeat and tries to escape, but the four necks that have lost power get in the way and can hardly change direction.

Ray slammed the last neck of the slow-moving hydra with a spear and stabbed a stop.

He is relieved for a moment that he "could win," but quickly rushes over to her to help Ashley, who is losing his mind. And I peeled off Hydra's mouth eating into her right leg.

The leather femoral armor, Cuis, had a small hole, and slightly seemed to have pierced her leg with a fang piercing the Cuis.

As far as Amateur Ray can tell, I don't see any major injuries such as fractures.

The shock when he was slammed to the ground made him look like he was just losing his mind, but his breath was rough and his face was unnaturally red.

(Maybe Hydra had poison?

He was about to panic, but he was remembering first aid when he was bitten by a viper he saw in something.

(Sucking out poison? Are you gonna stop the bleeding after that? And poisoning...... there must have been a poisoning potion in Ashley's luggage......)

He takes off her femoral armor, Cuis, and cleaves the cloth off her trousers he wears underneath, mouths on the little wound stabbed with hydra fangs, and sucks out the poison.

A few times, after sucking it out, tie the base of the thigh with a rope to stop the bleeding.

Take the poisoning potion out of her backpack and take it to her mouth, but unconscious, she can't drink the potion.

"Ashley! Are you okay? Drink this..."

When he includes the potion in his mouth, he opens her mouth and makes her drink with a mouth shift.

He can't tell if the poison has worked, and he's on his way to figure out what to do after this.

(Magic or... I guess poisoning is the magic of water attributes. How can I imagine...)

One, two minutes doesn't improve Ashley's situation.

He was determined to perform poisoning with water attribute magic.
