Trinitas Mundus

Episode 42: The Return of Luna

Evening of December 18th.

Luna and the others were guarded by a party of veteran adventurers and Luke's Beast Troops, who were secretly guarding them, and returned safely to Periclitle.

They headed to Alliance headquarters to report their return.

When Hazel began reporting, Billy's suspicion of the decree was also reported, and the officer who had received the report realized the seriousness of the matter and immediately informed the Intelligence Division of it.

Lloyd of the Intelligence Division rushed to hear the details from Hazel and others.

"... I mean, this Billy passed on a strange order. Billy, you got something to say?

Billy, who is roped, desperately complains of his innocence. But when asked about the misinterpretation of Randall's orders, the tone grew as soon as possible, and Lloyd intensified his suspicions.

Lloyd bowed his head lightly to Hazel and another set of party leaders, Howard,

"I'm sorry where I'm tired, but I'm going to talk to Mr. Randall and Ray, the staff. Just a little longer, will you wait?"

That's all he said, he immediately headed to Randall's room.

Hazels, who did not know about the demonic puppets, had no idea why they were so vigilant.

"I do know how Mr. Randall ordered the transmission, but nevertheless, it's a little surprising that the Intelligence Division is so desperate. I wonder what it is."

Howard next door flaunted his shoulder and said, "I don't know. Sure, Mr. Lloyd's face was more serious than usual," he said, tilting his neck.

Talking about that, Randall and Ray, along with Lloyd, and Stella were following as escorts.

Ray, who saw Luna's face, had such a relief look on his face that he could tell from the side. Hazel, realizing that, looks unexpected.

(I did worry about Luna, but this time it's supposed to be a less dangerous assignment. And yet, miraculously helpful, you gave me a horrible look. How could it be what?

While Hazel was thinking about it, Randall was beginning to interrogate Billy.

"My orders are to have the whole party pulled away." I thought you said why. He wants to focus his forces as soon as possible. And yet why did you say two pairs at a time what a hassle?

Billy's eyes begin to swim at his inquiry. And it's like saying Boso Boso,

"Eh, I... told the enemy to pull it off one by one... so two pairs at a time..."

Billy started a bunch of explanations randomly. But soon, Tsujitsu doesn't fit, and he becomes silent. Randall turned his gaze to Ray about how he was going to interrogate him.

When he looked back, before he knew it, Raspade seemed to have entered the room, looking intriguingly at Billy.

And when you notice Randall's gaze,

"Earlier you finished your magic props. I didn't have a subject and I was in trouble."

"Did you do it?

Raspade nodded at Randall's inquiry,

"Can I try it on this guy? What? There's no danger in this experiment. If you fail, you just don't know anything. If you succeed, you'll know if it's a puppet. With you, Arklight, we can verify it."

Randall was slightly troubled but allowed to use the magic props.

From his nostalgia, Raspade removed the magic props of the cylindrical lights.

Hazel, who has no idea what's going to happen, says, "What are you doing?," he asks Randall, "If you look at it, you'll see. I'll explain why later," he replied in a small voice, closing his mouth immediately.

Billy let his gaze swim left and right like he was frightened by Raspade's appearance, "Hey, what are you doing!" and storm desperately trying to escape.

But tied up with a rope, he falls unnecessarily as he rises out of his chair.

Raspade pointed a demon prop at Billy's back in that gap.

Raspade looks back and says, "Mr. Lloyd, turn off the lights, please," causing the lights in the room to go off.

In the dark, Raspade's demonic props glow and illuminate Billy's back.

Billy runs rampant with butterflies and legs, but is immediately held back by the officials.

As Billy's protest sounded pressed in, the light struck his back was sucked into a funnel like the magic used by Ray.

"This man is definitely in the puppet Kutsuku. Mr. Arklight, I'd like you to confirm."

Ray nodded at Raspade's words, where the light of the magic prop had gone out, making the same confirmation. Immediately the same result as Raspade's demonic props.

"Commander Ogburn, this man seems to be a demonic puppet for sure. Well, Arklight, you have enough magic today, and you mind if I interrogate you about the Devil's Secret?

Raspade confirms that with a delightful look, like a child given a new toy.

Randall didn't answer that and saw Ray's face.

Ray remembers Kirsty, who interrogated him yesterday, with a bitter look on his face.

Kirsty woke up yesterday, but was becoming frightened by the sound of little things, either because of the heavy damage she had done to her spirit.

Ray pondered the need for interrogation and reluctantly admitted, "I'll pull it out right away if it looks dangerous," he said.

"Professor Raspade. I'll give you permission, but I'll have this man's life put first. If you can't make sure of that, let Ray unlock the magic."

That's what Randall says with a harsh look on his face, but Raspade kept his happy face, nodding.

The hazels have no idea what's going on.

Hazel, who decided to, said, "What's going on? Explain it," he appealed to Randall.

Randall explains to Hazel and the others, scratching his cheeks that he had completely forgotten.

"It's supposed to be top secret, but the professor's magic props were also made, and let me explain. This Billy is a puppet of the devil clan, the moon devil clan."

They tilt their necks at the word puppet.

"The point is that it has become a demonic puppet. From now on, interrogation will be held in conjunction with the release of its magic."

Hazel groans "puppet......" and shakes his head.

Randall said to them, "I'm sorry, but once you get out of the room," the hazels start walking out of the room.

"Le, I just want Luna to stay..."

I panicked and spoke to Luna as Ray tried to pass me by.

She stopped and said, "Me?" and ask back.

"I think there's going to be a story about you. I want you to listen directly if you can..."

When Ray answers as he shrugs, Luna confirms with her eyes to Randall. Randall nodded small, too, and she pointed the look at the hazels, who told her to do it.

"Sounds like I should ask...... I'll explain it to everyone later"

Hazels nodded at it and left the room.

Raspade said with a look like he couldn't wait, "Is that enough?" and hurry the Rays.

Ray nodded small when he said, "Sorry to keep you waiting," feeling like a boy.

The interrogation was to be conducted in the form of Raspade pulling out the puppet's magic props and Randall and Ray questioning.

"The information to be checked is the purpose of the demonic race, the composition of the race, the magical identity of the puppet, the magic that can be used in addition to the magic of the puppet, and the identity of the wing demon and the method of summoning him. Ask for as much information as you can."

To put it that way, Raspade cleaved Billy's clothes with a knife and prepared to pull them out.

When he was ready, he started concentrating his magic on his right hand by saying "start pulling out".

A distressed look appeared on Billy's face and Randall immediately began interrogating him.

"First, tell me the name of the one who puppeted you."

Billy shook his neck sideways with a bitter look, but when Raspade pulled out more magic props, he replied in a plundering voice, "Dear Varma... Niska... of the Moon Demon..."

"What is the type and number of demons around Periclitle?"

"There is one Moon Demon... two hundred Big Ghosts... eight hundred Medium Ghosts, five hundred Kids..."

When Randall said, "You're not there any more, are you?," Billy nodded small.

I went on to say, "How many demons?," he said.

"Four winged demons, five hundred orgasms, three thousand orcs and goblins... a few other enslaved demons..."

Randall looks at the power, but moves on to the next question.

"Where are they now?"

"... I don't know. Ghosts are constantly moving... probably near the foot of Aquila..."

Randall keeps asking more questions.

"What is the purpose of this invasion? Why are you after Periclitle?

"... the primary purpose is the recapture of the Son of the Moon. The Ghosts are thinking of invading the West... it is the sorrow of our demons..."

"Demonic grief? Sort of. They say Luna's the son of the moon, but why aim? What the hell is a moon boy in the first place?

"The Son of the Moon is the one the Demon Nation needs...... with your Son...... contraindicated. What to reveal besides the Moon Demons...... Ugh! My head...... Wow!

Suddenly, Billy starts to suffer. Ray immediately begins to cast a healing magic spell, but Raspade did not pull out the magic prop and began interrogating himself.

"How do we call the Wingman? What did the Wingman say he was in the first place?

Billy just groans and can't answer that.

"Professor! Pull out the demon props immediately! Billy's life is in danger any more!

To Randall's cry, Raspade reluctantly pulled out the magic prop.

Billy was suffering from bleeding from his mouth and nose, but regaining consciousness immediately with Ray's healing magic.

When Ray saw Kirsty's symptoms, he wondered if he would suffer brain damage in interrogation. From the moment Billy begins to suffer, he hangs healing magic around his brain, thanks to which Billy regains consciousness immediately.

(For once, I did what I was thinking, but I don't want to hang out with this dangerous interrogation)

Ray hangs the healing magic on Billy again, and then he hangs up.

"Are you all right? Don't you think I feel bad or see something weird?

Billy couldn't react immediately, even if he was talked to. Because I didn't know why there was Randall, the city's head of defense, and Ray, his staff, before me, who was on my way to Rickadale.

"Where am I," he asked Ray in a squeezing voice.

Even more confusing when Ray answers that he is the Alliance's headquarters in Periclitle.

Ray told us that he was being puppeted by the Demons, and that he was back from Riccadale.

"In the meantime, the magic of the Demon Clan has been lifted, so it's all right now"

That's all Ray said and got up.

(But this magic is terrible. It is a total disregard for human rights or personality. Sure it works, but I don't trust the Moon Demons who use this magic as people......)
