Trinitas Mundus

Lesson Two: The Village of Leriche, Again

March 29th.

The first line of the Son of the Moon arrived at the village of Leriche, the western entry base of Sochius. The decree was telling of arrival, and the village was a welcome mood.

When the carriage enters the village, it focuses on the ghost tribe: "Hail, my son!" and "Long live Sokius!" The voice rises.

Luna remembers her soothing gaze when she left the village of Leriche with Varma Niska of the Moon Demon Nation and is uncomfortable with the welcome gesture she gave back her palm.

(At that time, I was totally deciding that I was a phony. I can't believe that changes so much......)

When he tells Ray about it, he shrugs his shoulders small.

"I don't have a choice. People only see what they want to see. And as far as I can tell, it looks like someone named Einar was trying to make it into a power struggle story, and with all these powerful people here, I can't make the choice of not welcoming them apart from my heart."

He had an accurate grasp of Einar Slangs' mood. Einar was claiming a re-invasion of the West in an attempt to elevate his position within the ghost tribe. As a result, rumors spread that the son of the moon was a phony, but this time he changed his attitude, starting with Talvo Kronvar, the chief of the council of chiefs of the highest rank of the ghost tribe, and the chief of the main clan respects the son of the moon.

"Beyond that, you're worried someone named Einar will run wild. If you're still suspicious that you're the son of the moon, you could hang a little on the west side. That could be a nasty thing to do when you get back."

His concern was that after the Tarvos had returned to Zalesche, Einar, the commander of Leriche, would storm off and attack the village of the Kingdom of Kaum to open the end of the battle on his own.

From Einar's point of view, although now in the position of commander of the front-line base, if the invasion operation to the west is frozen, the head of the village of Leriche will remain the same as the village head of the pioneering village on the border.

For some reason, he thought that opening the battlefield with the western countries and disruptively resuming the Western invasion operation could make his position cheap.

"Well, this may be a concern. 'Cause I don't think there's a ghost tribe out there that doesn't listen to you, and I'm asking the Slangs family chief to come."

"Right. Lord Erno insulted me at first, too, but now that's not the case. And Lord Ist of the Slangs will hear my words."

Put out the Middle-Ghost Clan chief, Erno Bindler, to pick up, but she was feeling something to hook up with.

(He felt like he didn't know what he was thinking. I have a bad feeling...)

Luna looks up because Ray says "there's more to worry about than that".

"There's a big ghost tribe out here after me. When I went into the mountains with the Mercenary Corps of Markat (Red Arms) to get you back, I persevered. I hope Lord Tarvo explains it well, but you felt short minded..."

Luna remembered that, too, and said, "You're a Nestri. You should have been Lord Tarvo's son..." I said, clouding the words because the first time I saw him I didn't have a good impression.

"... but it doesn't look like Lord Talvo. My attitude is huge, and it's crude. As much as I thought he was lying when I heard he was Lord Talvo's son."

She herself was not in direct conversation with Nestri, but continued to ramble against Yesperi Mayuri and others, who were her escorts, feeling uncomfortable.

"I hope Lord Tarvo keeps it under control, but you should keep an eye out"

"If that's the case, maybe I shouldn't show up. I don't know how far you know about the White Mage."

Ray and Ashley decided to stay in the carriage, and the prominent armor, the snow coat (Nixwestis), had been removed. Instead, he is wearing discreet leather armor, making sure that if he does not know his face, he cannot be distinguished from the same person as the white mage.

We arrived in the centre of the village and the carriage stopped.

Outside the carriage there continues to be an enthusiastic voice, and when the carriage door opens, the voltage rises even further. Not only the villagers, but also the warriors of the escort shouted, and it became a festival-like commotion.

Talvo standing beside the carriage opened his hands wide and said, "Get down! I welcome your son!" Orders, "the voice slowly subsides.

When Luna shows up from the carriage, a voice resembling a sigh leaks from a ghost tribe in the village of Lelice. Everyone thought she was exactly the son of the moon, with dark hair that melted darkness just like a pitch-black dress, and an elegant standing.

Einar looks at her and realizes she has made a mistake.

(It's not what it was then. I can honestly agree with those who want to use the Dark God (Noctis)... but this is going to taste bad. Not only Lord Tarvo, but even his brother, sees it in the eyes of complete worship, "Manako". Luckily, I don't have Varma, but if your son brings up that time, he won't be stripped of his current status...)

Even his real brother Ist, the chief of the Slangs family, was cold sweating at the glance of worship.

Luna gets off in front of the carriage, not in the eyes about him or anything else, prompted by Tarvo.

"Dear Village of Leriche, I am Luna, the son of the moon. Thank you for coming together for me this time..."

After greeting, we will also talk here about the threat of the godless Vanitas and the ideals of Sochius.

"I know some of you have already heard, but right now, this world is under threat from Vanitas. We need your help to stop it! By realizing the ideal of the founding of Sochius, and spreading it to the world, we can protect this world from evil gods!... I will go back west once to prepare for that. But I will definitely be back here! Please help me to fulfill the ideals of Sochius!

Her voice is delivered to all people by the Spirits. The warriors who accompany them as escorts have heard the same story many times in towns and villages along the way, but many are still weeping.

Among other things, only one young man had not responded to Luna's words.

He, Nestri Kronvar, was accidentally told by a warrior, an escort of Talvo, that he was accompanied by a "white magician”. For this reason, he is squeezing a huge axe to be slashed where he came out.

The power of the dark Spirit did not extend to his heart, distorted by hatred, and only one of him was in awe of Luna.

Just around the corner were the Klonvar family warriors, who were close by, but they had listened to Luna's speech and no one noticed his actions.

Luna's speech is over and she gets off the stage.

Ray also tried to get off the carriage, saying it would be okay if he got here.

Shortly afterwards, he said, "You're the white magician!" The curse strikes him in the ear and raises his gaze from his feet.

There was a look of Nestri in front of him with an angry look on his face and coming towards him with a huge axe on his face.

Uno, Ray's escort, reacted best. Without hesitating to throw his sword, he throws it towards Nestri's right arm. I stab him in the arms aimlessly, but the excited Nestri progresses without removing the axe.

Luna was blowing up the stage she was up on, and in the aftermath she was hugely graceful.

Nestri is not in his eyes about Luna or anything, and he looks straight at Ray and pushes on.

"Dear Arklight! Please run!

That's what Seyce cried out for, plus standing in front of Ray with Nuebe and Diez, but there was an overwhelming physical difference, and Ray didn't think he could stop that advance.

(Yummy! That giant will crush every carriage even if you avoid the axe...)

We can't afford to use magic, we can't even pull out the long sword on our hips, we can only jump off the carriage.

From behind him Ashley's "Ray!" I hear voices containing a rush.

Seyce and the others pierce Nestri's thighs with swords ready to die, but only to a degree that slowed them down.

Ray decided he was ready to dodge for the moment when the axe was swung down, but there's no glory in the movement because it's not his usual gear.

He was staring at the huge axe, anxious to see if Ray could escape.

But Nestri's axe never waved down.

"What are you doing!" Along with the loud voice, Nestri's shaken arm was held up by Talvo.

"Let go of me, Father! He's my brother's enemy!

That's what Nestri says as he summons, but Tarvo was pulling him down with even more strength.

"Fool! I didn't expect to harm your son..."

"Why! My brother's revenge is in front of me! The White Mage is the enemy of Sochius! My father betrayed Sochius!

Remove the axe and continue to invoke it as it is pressed into Tarvo.

"Lord Ray is your son's ally. We fought Orvo to protect your son from Vanitas, crossed the cold Aquila, and beyond the desperate wilderness (Desperationis) …"

Tarvo slightly distorts his expression and goes on to talk more.

"Orvo, my son was defeated by a grand knock. I will never let anything strike me like you... I will not allow you to dishonour Orvo!

Nestri was further back, but he was also held back by the warriors directly from Tarvo, who finally grew more fond of his notions.

But while he bleeds from his right arm and legs, he turns his hateful eyes to Ray. There were tears of remorse in those eyes.

"I won't admit it. There's no way my brother is going to lose like you. I've decided to use a cowardly trap. Like when you killed my men..."

His words were full of curses. The killing of as many as thirty of his men in avalanche-based traps was also one factor in his resentment of Ray.

Tarvo said, "Tie him up and keep him in jail. We will not allow you to leave the prison without permission of Non".

Nestri's direct warrior offered to treat the wound, but Talvo refused to do so.

"The Great Ghosts cannot die from wounds of this magnitude. No mercy for a felon who did harm to your son."

Talvo remembered his anger that Luna had fallen, but more than that, if he took a halfway response here, he thought that the ghosts intoxicating Luna could harm Nestri.

Luna was surprised that even in her speech the ghosts ran wild.

(My words did not arrive. Why?... Does it mean that if hatred is terrible, it won't even reach the power of Noctis?

Though she thought so, she was slightly sympathetic to him.

(So far hating meant you really respected your brother. Saint Hijiri, I can't forgive you for trying to kill you, but maybe I can't help it because they killed my flesh parents... but is Saint okay with you? I'd think it would break my heart if they told me to face my flesh and blood...)

She calls Ione and asks him to "hang the healing magic on Lord Nestri and lift it up". And he said, "There is no sin on the Lord Nestri," so that not only Tarvo, but those around him, could hear him.

In contrast, Tarvo shakes his head "wearing it" loudly.

"This man has done harm to your son."

"No. What he did upside down is he had no choice. We should have talked about it well in advance. I don't think this would have happened if I had told you exactly what Noctis taught me to be at peace."

A ghost tribe other than Nestri bows his head deeply to the word. Basically simple, they were honestly touched by the fact that the Son of the Moon showed a deep heart of mercy.

I order "Ione, healing magic" in that gap, and she responds immediately to it.

While under healing magic, Nestri also had a hateful eye on Luna.

"You're one of the white magicians... I'll never admit it. Whether you are the son of the moon..."

His whining only sounded like Ione. She opens her eyes to that hateful word. But I don't think it fits Luna's mind to talk any more here, and I didn't say anything.

Nestri tied his hands and legs with a sturdy rope and locked them up.

There were those who watched a series of disturbances with cold eyes.

Einar is convinced that Luna is the real son of the moon, but sees that Nestri cannot see one, and begins to insult him again.

(I was surprised at first, but it's no bigger than I thought when I said son of the moon. But now I have to show respect. We can't lose this status...)

It was preconceived that Einar was not influenced by the Spirit of Darkness.

He had seen her up close, not awakened by the power of the Son of the Moon, and had insulted him from the beginning. That preconceived notion was strong, and I honestly didn't follow my emotions even as the Dark Spirit felt the power to wield them.

It was also difficult to say that the village of Leriche was a land strongly influenced by Vanitas and that there was no greater temple of darkness, as in Luberna, and that the power of Noctis was fully acting.

And, unfortunately, nobody noticed this.
