Trinitas Mundus

Episode XVII: Blacksmith Guild General Headquarters

evening of April 22nd.

Led by Luna and blacksmith guild clerk Jack Harper, the Rays were headed from the Golden Floor (Anville) Pavilion to guild headquarters.

The day has already fallen to the Porta Mountains to the west, and the area is dimmed.

Before leaving, Ray summoned the beastly slave Unos by pretending to head to the stables.

"We're going to head to the general headquarters of the Blacksmith Guild. I want you to come with me on instructions from Luna, will you be all right"

In contrast, Uno replied, "Your will,"

"After you all leave, we will rendezvous that you are staying in another inn. Seyce and Ocho are supposed to infiltrate today, so there will be only three of us, me, Nueve and Dies."

With the Unos only having the orb of the Holy King Luke and even more a collar of slaves, it was difficult to enter the king's capital on a regular route. As a result, he is infiltrating the cliffs of the rugged Kelsas Mountains behind Ars.

It's their unique way of infiltrating them with high physical abilities, but they were dividing into two squads and infiltrating them because they just can't get off grandiose during the day. For that reason, there are only three other unos who infiltrated ahead last night.

"Still, I don't mind. But is it okay?"

"I was wondering if there was probably a problem. If Lord Luna has the name of Lockhart, the Blacksmith Guild will never care about us."

Uno was an excellent interlocutor and had access to information from various countries. Especially since the Kingdom of Lax was the destination for this assignment, it could be headed to Periclitle and the Kingdom of Kaum, and the Lockhart family thing is also on my mind as basic information.

Ray finds himself slightly anxious, but he acknowledges from the fact that a cautious uno assured him of everything.

The line, where the Unos had joined and were nine, arrived at the general headquarters of the Blacksmith's Guild in about five minutes.

The main headquarters is a heavy building, with the main entrance depicting the guild crest "Hammer (Hammer) and Golden Floor (Anvil)".

Ray was impressed with the number of Dwarf blacksmiths he was going to as he looked at the headquarters building.

(I've never seen so many dwarves... fifty people just watching it all the time. There were about ten of us who saw it at the top of Periclitle. I wonder if that's where the total blacksmith is tightened......)

He is mistaken, but few Dwarf blacksmiths visit the General Headquarters at this hour of the evening.

Other than Luna, he doesn't seem to realize it, so much so that even Ashley talks to Ray about "that's just what they call the city of Dwarves".

Luna was aware of that, but she didn't even have time to explain it, and she thought she would soon find out what was going on, and didn't explain it in particular. However, there was a look similar to a bitter smile on that face.

"We'll head to the master craftsman's office first," Jack says, shrieking, "Is it sudden..."

She also has a relationship with a Dwarf blacksmith, and I know she hates the formality, but I just didn't expect to see a big guy as suddenly as the master craftsman.

As soon as we entered the headquarters, there was a lobby, which was overflowing with nearly a hundred Dwarves.

One Dwarf found Luna and said, "Oh! Long time no see!," he approached with a voice.

"Long time no see, Mr. Oygen"

That's what I say, give in to your body and hold it tight.

Behind that, Ryan was stammering, "What is an oigen... an oigen of divine spears?"

"Are these the new guys?

"Yep. I'm going to introduce you later......" That's where Luna realizes there is.

"Would you like to come with me, Mr. Oygen? Because I want you to see his spear."

That's what I say and point to Ray.

I look at Ray in a way that feels like Giroli, but soon that look changes to amazement.

"What is this spear?

Dwarves gaze at Ray in unison with those words.

"I don't know in the long run, but it's not a misrill. What is it made of?

"More than that, that glow! Wouldn't it exceed Oigen's spear!

The Dwarves all open their eyes and raise their voices of surprise to their mouths. The voice echoes in the lobby and becomes unbearably noisy.

"Oh, my God! Stay calm!" sounds like a cracking bell, and the blacksmiths' voices calm in an instant.

Ray turns his gaze to the Lord of Voices, but it was the elderly Dwarf who was there. However, unlike other dwarves, the atmosphere is full of majesty.

"We're out of time! Mr. Ulrich!"

Luna's voice plays more than earlier.

Ulrich loosens his expression when he sees Luna.

"Oh! Long time no see! Come to Noon's room at once! We'll talk about it later."

"Show me that spear too, Ulrich!" The voice goes up.

"Wait a minute! When Noon hears the story, he'll be at the banquet in the assembly room. Then he'll be seen soon!

"Whoa! I get it!" The voice returns.

Stella was confused by the situation.

(A banquet with a blacksmith after an interview with the master craftsman? I wonder what that means? I've never seen anything like this......)

She has visited Ars with her previous husband, Loris Deodard, and has also met a famous blacksmith. The impression at that time was that it was a difficult craftsman.

(I do feel like I was having fun when I was drinking with my previous husband, but I feel totally different. Is this Lockhart, “Dwarf's Friend”?

Not only she, except Luna, was bewildered, but the atmosphere of the place drinks her and takes her straight to the master craftsman's office.

When I opened the heavily made door of the master craftsman's office, there was another waiting for me besides Ulrich.

"Looking good."

The expression was hard to discern with a bearded face, but the voice sounded like a grandfather welcoming his grandchildren.

"We're out of time, Mr. Gaelnote"

That's what I say, give him a hug and exchange greetings.

Luna is laughing at each other with an indefensible look to show her true family.

I thought Ray saw an unexpected side of her.

(I've never seen Luna with this look on her face. He had this look on his face, Mr. Tsukiya... I've never even seen him when he was in Japan...)

Other faces thought the same way, but only Ryan couldn't hide his confusion in what she looked like he didn't know.

(Though it usually feels like I'm pulling it off a bit, it's completely different now. I never saw this look even when I was in Periclitle......)

After greeting Ulrich, Gaelnote and Oygen, Luna introduces the Rays.

"It's my new buddy. He's Ryan. I'm one of the oldest of these. Next door is Ione's newest companion…"

Ulrich and the others are nodding in a sense of courtesy.

"This is Mr. Ashley. I'm Hamish Markat's daughter from the Mercenary Corps of Markat."

"Wow, that red-armed Hamish girl. I see. That's just great."

Ulrich gets the look he was convinced to look at Ashley.

"Next to it is Mr. Stella. Mr. Gaelnote may remember."

Gaelic notes say, "Uhm. I'll remember that. A young but well-armed swordsman," he said, breaking up his rapport.

"Those behind me are a little hard to say..."

Ulrich's expressions sharpen.

"Not the Lukes. I'm wondering why you're staying with Luke's beasts."

"I knew you'd understand," Luna laughs, but quickly turns to a serious look.

"These people are our, no, his escorts. I'm going to introduce him first because it's going to be a lot easier to talk about."

That's what I said to show Ray,

"He's Ray. I'm Ray Arklight. Now the name" White Master ”might be more famous."

Ulrich's expression turns to surprise.

"White warrior! A man who left three thousand oaks in Millis Valley and destroyed a great army of demons in Periclitle... I heard he was young, but not so much..."

"Ray, can you take off your cape?"

Luna prompts Ray to take his cape off. Pure white armor, snow clothes (Nixwestis) appear.

"You're not exactly a white warrior... what, this armor!

Gaelnote gets up in a hurry, makes sure he jumps on Ray and starts looking at the armor.

"Calm down, Gaelnote!" Ulrich drinks one drink, but Gaelnote also says it back with an unbeatable voice.

"Please calm down! I have no idea what this armor is made of! Just look at it and you'll see. This guy's defense..."

"Just calm down now! Not since I heard about Luna!

Gaelnote also realizes he was excited and reluctantly returns to his seat.

"I came to greet you all, but I also wanted you to see his armor and his spear. I'm an amateur about weapons, but I know that his stuff is fundamentally different from what you guys make."

Ulrich nodded "um," but encouraged ahead with his eyes.

"He showed up near the border between Lax and Sartooth about a year ago. I don't remember anything before that, and I'm looking for clues to that. I thought the Ulrich guys might know something from his armor..."

Ryan and Ione tilted their necks for a moment to the story. Because the story they know is that Ray and Luna are hometown and used to be familiar. But the big Dwarves in front of me gave me barometric pressure, and soon the thing fell out of my head.

"If you could show me more, I might know something, but as far as I can tell right now, I don't even know what you're using. Right, Gaelnote, Oigen."

Confirming to the two celebrities, they nod loudly.

"I'm concerned about the material, but I'm also concerned about its crest. When considered in conjunction with those in the Beast Troop, I thought it was the Saint Knight of Lukes, but subtly different. I haven't seen their stuff in the last decade or so, but I don't think I can make anything like it."

"Yeah, he has absolutely nothing to do with phototheism. On the contrary, in Lax, he said he was about to be killed by fanatics of light divinity. Isn't it?

So I spoke to Ray. He takes over the story when he nods small.

"It's just like she said. I almost got killed by the Bishop of Light God, and I hate people like those people who don't think of people as people. Some people are also good for light god..."

"Non and the others do not think your lord is a member of the Light Divine Church. Because they drink boiled water. I can't do the work of a white warrior on those scumbags. First, I know exactly what Luna trusts. Then Non and others will believe in you."

"Now let me explain to you about the Unos here. A bishop of the Light Divinity mistakes me for the manifestation of the God of Light (Lucidus) and has been sent as an escort. I don't know why I made that mistake."

"If you ask about its equipment and the activity of your lord, it is not strange for the people of the Light Divinity to consider using it. This is going to be a long story. Why don't you let me know more after tomorrow?"

When Ray nods, Luna starts talking again.

"There's something else I need you to do."

"What? Is there anything we can do?

"Yes, I was wondering if someone could take care of Mr. Ashley and Mr. Stella's gear. A blacksmith named Bartel of Fonce has a sword, but in the countryside, it's not easy to take care of."

"Is it Bartel's? If you ask me to do it at the banquet, whoever you want will come out."

"I have another thing, I want to make Mr. Uno's sword a little better. Because it's about our safety."

"It sure doesn't seem like something worthy of my arm. But what does it mean to be safe? Even if they're not as good as Lockhart's, Lord Ray's arms are pretty good there. Are you going to go somewhere that dangerous?

"Yep..."

I tried to keep talking, but since it was getting noisy outside, I decided to cut the story off there.

"This story is going to be long, so can we do it tomorrow? The blacksmiths seem to be waiting for you in the assembly room."

"Right. I don't know what I would do if I had to wait for the banquet. That's right, I know very well. Gahahahaha!"

Until then, the serious expression disappears and he makes a lavish laugh. But soon, towards Ray,

"I'm sorry, but will you show me the armor and the spear in the assembly room? The magic team cares, and they're interested. May I, Lord Ray?"

"Of course it is. Then call me Ray about me. They call me a white marshal, but I'm just a young mercenary. So I don't even have to salute you."

Plus Ashley and Stella are in tune.

"Mm-hmm. That would help. Okay, Ray. I'm sorry, can you lend me that? Probably not enough to tell in a day or two."

"I'm going to be here for about ten days, so in the meantime, I think I'll be fine. Isn't that right, Ray?

I nod at Luna's inquiry, but feel slightly anxious about keeping the weapon, and look at Ashley slightly. It was a question of whether it was safe to keep his weapons because they were worth immeasurably.

She nodded small. He nodded back at it, too,

"I don't mind lending it to you. But even in a safe city, I'm anxious to run out of spears. I have spare armor, so I'd appreciate it if you could lend me a spare spear."

Oigen answers his request immediately.

"I'll lend you the spear that's at Non's. Not as good as this spear, but there's stuff there."

"The spear of Oigen, the spear of the divine spear..." Ryan exclaims.

Though Ashley, who sent the signal with her eyes, didn't change her expression either, she was deeply surprised.

(Oigen's spear of the divine spear... there would be a famous spear of a single item. I didn't expect to lend that at all costs......)

It doesn't matter about them like that, Ulrich gets up.

"We're not done talking about this! Then we're going to the banquet!

Only Luna said, "Yes!," he said well and stood up, "but the Rays still couldn't understand why it was a feast.

For once, Luna told me before I left that it was going to be a "banquet," but I thought it was enough to warm up an old relationship with a blacksmith I knew.

That's what's supposed to banquet with over a hundred Dwarves.

(You have all the people who were there earlier, right? If so, there won't be a hundred of them. You mean a big banquet of about 200 people? How did this happen......)

Ulrich said to him thinking about it, "Don't bring it, Ray! Come here as soon as you get your armor off!" He hurried and then left the room.
