Chapter 1724: Julie Becomes Suspicious
Mia Lane, being a doctor, could actually see today that the King was somewhat pretending, and it was all for Catherine’s benefit.
"I think it’s feasible," Mia pondered, "but we need to inform Ian Shelby in advance, to let him know about our plan."
"We have Jocelyn, she will relay the information, I’ll text her," Justin Kingston said, pulling out his phone and opening WeChat.
They recalled Jocelyn’s actions today, successfully sending Julie away, and thought that this girl was very clever.
"Today, we’re really thankful to her," Mia reminisced, still feeling a bit unsettled, "If Julie had been there, Ian might not have been able to get the medicine so easily, I might not have had the chance to act."
"If Julie had gone in today, she would definitely have kept an eye on you," Justin was certain, "This woman is sharp and suspicious, a tough character."
"Catherine seems simple, but with Julie by her side, she wouldn’t be completely overwhelmed by the undertow."
"The King used to favor her greatly, so she managed quite well."
Meanwhile, the couple continued their conversation, also discussing in detail the actions for tomorrow night, predicting all possible surprises in advance.

Julie’s eyes darkened, she said, "Jocelyn Morgan didn’t greet Mrs. Kingston, but logically speaking, Mrs. Kingston is her sister-in-law, upon their first meeting, how could there be such a reaction? Is there no sense of familiarity in a foreign land?"
"We knew she would come, so it wasn’t surprising, it wasn’t an unexpected visit," Catherine found it unremarkable, "Their usual relationship is too good, thus no need to focus on etiquette, and what was the situation at the time? She spilled water all over you, scared to death, fearing your blame, she couldn’t greet anyone."
Speaking of being drenched in water, Julie recalled that detail.

Julie’s eyes turned cold, she affirmed, "Jocelyn Morgan deliberately spilled water on me, she had been holding tea and waiting, her aim was to prevent me from entering the royal chamber."
"Why? What’s the motive?" Catherine couldn’t figure it out.
And Julie herself couldn’t answer, but she was very confident in her judgment.

"Mrs. Kingston suddenly arrived... Surely not just to see Justin Kingston."
