Chapter 803 - 456: Before Transcendence! All Paths Retreat
Obviously, the will of this realm had already sensed the level at which Zheng Yi now stood; in a very real sense, he had already surpassed the bearing capacity of this entire Little Cosmos. The longer he remained, the greater the damage he would inflict upon this world.
Moreover, the Egg of Chaos wrapped around the blood-colored eye, ceaselessly assimilating it. The Life Origin being nurtured within was continuously producing immense feedback, transmitting it into Zheng Yi’s true body and into the body of Taiyue Divine Venerable. They were growing stronger at every moment, and had already surpassed the limits this realm could endure.
If this were allowed to continue developing, it would no longer merely crush a small world; it would bring an unimaginably terrifying catastrophe to the equilibrium of the Laws of the entire Cosmos.
When an elephant lies upon a bed that can only bear the weight of an ordinary human body, even if it can barely support it for a moment, that enormous weight will soon directly crush the bedboard, shatter it, and cause it to collapse.
Though this is a very simple principle, it also applies to this stretch of Cosmos. Once the Space Rules here can no longer withstand Zheng Yi’s endlessly expanding power, then, for the Law of Balance of this Little Cosmos, it will likewise be an immense destruction.
Clearly, as the Egg of Chaos more rapidly assimilated the Blood Moon Eye, Zheng Yi’s own Dao began to develop without limit. The repulsive force of the Cosmos in which this Small Thousand World resided toward him would grow ever stronger, until eventually even the world’s origin would riot, forcing him to depart from this space.
"The time to leave is drawing ever closer!"
Zheng Yi had obviously anticipated this long ago. However, his gaze pierced through the obstructing mists between the two worlds, looking toward the Profound Celestial Cultivation Realm, toward the Great Yi City Immortal Realm.
After the final battle with the Dark Dominator ended, the Celestial Dao Rules of the Profound Celestial Cultivation Realm began to guard against him. He did not mind; he abandoned the Dao of Supreme Forgetting Emotions, withdrew from that state of being the executor closely aligned with the Heavenly Dao, and once more allowed the seven emotions and six senses to surface in his heart.
Yet whether it was some lingering aftereffect or not, his human emotions were gradually thinning, fading away, replaced by that Heavenly Dao vantage of one who reclines high upon the Ninefold Heavens, having realized the true Dao upon the Bodhi.
Alone upon the Ninefold Heavens, he looked down, taking in all mountains at a glance; the teeming living beings below were all like ants.
The long life of a Cultivator, the Great Leisure, the Great Freedom, are not without a price.
But at the very least, for now, there was still someone there who weighed upon his heart.
...
In the Great Yi City Immortal Realm, atop the Heaven-Strangling Mountain Range.
At this moment, thunder flickered and dark clouds converged.
The dense aura of heaven and earth suppressed all under heaven.
The heavy dark clouds completely shrouded the entire firmament. Terrifying lightning ceaselessly wove through the clouds, like gigantic Thunder Dragons constantly shifting within the void.
Ferocious dragon heads leaned out from the clouds, overlooking, fixing their gaze upon a tiny human figure atop the mountain peak.
And at the very summit, a young girl stood suspended in midair, clad in plain blue garments, her brows and features like a painting. She was like a streak of green lotus in the heart of a lake; her gaze was calm as she stared into the void, without the slightest ripple.
What she faced was a Celestial Tribulation, a Nascent Soul Tribulation. The terrifying aura surged unceasingly above her head, yet it could not shake the slightest fluctuation within her heart.
As the sole offspring of the most powerful existence in the Profound Celestial Cultivation Realm, she felt not the slightest wavering before this so-called Nascent Soul Tribulation; on the contrary, she was exceedingly calm.
Though after the great upheaval of heaven and earth, Crossing the Tribulation had become ten thousand times more difficult, she still did not place the thunder surging in the heavens in her eyes, as though she were beholding something no more than commonplace—utterly tranquil.
"Come then!"
Her soft voice echoed. Zheng Xianzi lifted her head, revealing a fair, delicate chin and a neck as snow-white as that of a swan. Graceful as an Immortal Fairy descending into the mortal world, she seemed as though she might drift free of the red dust at any moment.
Yet her entire aura drew inward, and her gaze grew solemn as she prepared to receive the dreadful impact soon to descend from the heavens.

However, in the very next instant, the firmament above her head was torn open by a rift. A human figure stepped out at an unhurried pace, as if only then noticing the heavy dark clouds gathered over the sky and the terrifying lightning condensed within them; his expression grew somewhat impatient.
Immediately after, that person lifted his hand and flicked it lightly toward the void. In an instant, heaven and earth fell silent; the thunder was annihilated, the dark clouds dispersed.
Almost in the blink of an eye, this space, originally shrouded by dense dark clouds and thunder, became a serene sky, clear and bright.
With a casual wave of his hand, the Heavenly Dao gave way, and ten thousand bolts of lightning collapsed!
"Father is growing ever stronger. Looking at him, he seems more and more out of place with this world, and he has taken yet another step farther away from me!"
Zheng Xianzi, upon the mountain ridges, her gaze grave, had been ready to meet the Nascent Soul Tribulation, that tide-like surge of terrifying Thunder Power. Yet with Zheng Yi’s appearance and a casual wave of his hand, the Heavenly Dao gave way and the Celestial Tribulation dispersed.
The sunlight filling the sky poured upon Zheng Yi’s body. A ring of radiance shimmered in the heavens, incomparably brilliant and dazzling.
"Father!"
Zheng Xianzi looked upon Zheng Yi descending from the sky and could not help but call softly.
...
In the rear courtyard of the manor, within a small pavilion. Around it lay a ring of emerald-green pools, where tiny fish leapt in the sunlight, their silver scales glinting with scattered points of light.
"That is how it stands. You have two choices: leave this realm with me, or remain here."
Zheng Yi spoke softly.
Facing his only child, Zheng Yi did not make the decision on her behalf. Instead, he offered her two paths and allowed her to choose for herself.
As for Zheng Yi’s words, Zheng Xianzi seemed to have long anticipated them. Having cultivated to this day and bearing the extraordinary physique passed down from Zheng Yi, Zheng Xianzi was no longer the ignorant girl she once had been.
