In the short time before dinner, I used that time to come to Gunner Guild to report completion of my quest.

Once you move to a tertiary position, you cannot move to a secondary position, if you move to a tertiary position, you will not be able to move to another main job of your occupational system, and if you move to a tertiary position, you will gain 3 points of SP when the job level rises.

The biggest constraint is not being able to transfer to a different series of jobs, but it would be rarer for people who would normally want to change the profession they worked out to the third level.
