Unmotivated Hero’s Tale (WN)

A secret conversation between you two.

A carriage that continues to run east of the capital city of Milanir.

There were two men in the car.

One was a magnificent man with a mustache and a slurring body, and the other a brunette with big yawns looking out.

"You haven't evacuated anybody around here yet."

Yui, who was watching the sights outside, whines so when he enters the rural district, still sees people working in the fields.

"Sort of. Except when they're finally stuck with their feathers, but they have their rights. So for now, there's no way I'm forcing you to move it somewhere."

"Rights…?"

Yui repeats the words as he turns his gaze outward.

Then the man sitting across the street turned his meaningful gaze to Yui.

"A word that doesn't exist in a monarchy, hero. Which"

"That's not true. But to be honest, not just Clarice, but the Empire would be getting them out a little bit earlier."

"I see. Well, that's our pride around here."

"I'm not proud... no, I know it's troubling, but I guess I don't have the right to speak out for it"

Yui shrugs her shoulders gently as she mouths about to head to Calowyn.

That's how the conversation broke for a moment, and once again, Calowyn cut to the point.

"So, the hero in charge of the Southern Front. Which, and why, is on the Eastern Front?

"There are many reasons. But best of all, I guess that was the most efficient option."

Scratching his head, Yui answers that.

Calowyn then slightly distorted his mouth and again spoke the question.

"Efficiency…? Well, that's fine. But is that really all?

"What do you mean?

"Hero I hear you're good at all kinds of small craftsmen. So it's natural to think that there's a lot more to it."

That's what Calowyn tells Yui as he turns his gaze mixed with suspicion and interest.

Yui, on the other hand, made him laugh softly.

"Ha, smallworker? That said, it's a doctrine that doesn't originally take a lot of work. At least I am. It's just that, in the case of a situation that makes it easier later if you get a little taste in it, you just have to hit your hand first."

"Well, that sounds like something."

In response to Yui's remarks, Calowyn lets her arms gently spread out.

"I'm not really going to include it. At least this time. Honestly, Fox's grandfather told me, and I myself just wanted to work out various measures in conjunction with the Eastern Front, so to speak, it was a boat over the road. So when you get the story of your companion as an advisor, I hope you think so."

"Well...... interlocking. But even if we say linkage or something, I think there's too much distance between each other's fronts? Instead of interlocking, is it likely that you won't even be able to grasp about the other front?

Yes, in the present situation it exists exactly a distance from the Eastern and Southern Fronts.

Therefore, it was not very likely for Calowin, such as close liaison and linkage.

"We can't help it as it stands, and we have no problems with that. It's only a matter of building the environment you need when you need it."

"Build the environment you need when you need it. So?

Calowin, who didn't know what Yui meant by words, asks so with a crease between his eyebrows.

Then Yui made him try to supplement his words slightly.

"Oh, you're right. When I need it, I'm going to hit as many hands as I need. Hands that give us timely access to each other's information."

"Properly give each other information…? I see, I see the story. I mean, that's what they think is necessary to their advantage."

Fully drawing on the meaning hidden in Yui's words, Calowyn snorts loudly twice and grins.

Seeing the reaction, Yui decided to ask the person in front of him what he had heard beforehand.

"Sort of. But I see Fox's grandfather praises him."

"What's Master Fox?

"I admired you. You know, a similarly-looking freak."

There is still one of the four wise men who will continue to maintain the appearance of the boy by his own magic.

And one of them, who told Yui with whom he should see in Kisletin, was Calowyn Cleftberg, the man in front of him.

"That's the ultimate in pleasure. It just doesn't make sense if being praised doesn't tie that to victory. I don't like old people and I don't like war."

"Ha, that's the truth. Well, it sounds like you understood what I was thinking, but do you have any ideas?

Yui, who told him his own ideas, asks him that at a rate he's just saying it's your turn now.

But the man who was turned to the question refused to answer the question lightly after a faint grin.

"Somewhat, of course. But let's just say we'll do that later."

"Why do you think so? You think we're gonna tip off the enemy?

"I'm not worried about that. However, if we get to Eastern Front command soon, we'll be talking the same thing. I hate the hassle twice, just like you."

To that Calowyn statement, Yui was accidentally not allowed in without a bitter smile.

"Ha, you're weak when they say that"

"So, what are you going to do?

"What do you want?

"You think you're going to stay that way and get off the ground?

Calowyn tells him that, unlike when he visited the land before, he looks straight at Yui's entire body, not disguised at all.

Understanding what that meant from his gaze, Yui, after a gentle scratch on his head, let him try on the hood provided for his clothes.

"Oh, that's the thing. It's okay. This is how you wear it."

"You look really frigid...... wouldn't it still be better to wear the previous mask if you were to try to hide your face so appropriately?

Heading to Yui with only his face hidden in the hood, Calowyn turns half his voice in disgust.

But Yui, who turned to him like that and exposed his face again, made him laugh somewhat masochistically.

"I don't know what these things are while I'm using them myself, but I was wondering if those were the same thing."

"If you really said so yourself, you wouldn't have to take care of me."

In a slightly slurred tone, Calowin responds that way.

But the person didn't show a bare gesture that bothered him at all, and let him snort in a grand tone.

"Ha, not at all. Anyway, I'm trying to take a form that I won't be at the meeting. If that's what you think it is, it's when it comes."

"If you do deal with religion, you can't be too vigilant no matter how vigilant. I don't think it's the wrong decision, but..."

While acknowledging that there is a certain reason for Yui's view, Calowyn remembers something that isn't neat.

But Yui, when he turned to him like that and laughed lightly, made him hit the earlier question again.

"I'll do well with that. So before I go to the meeting, can you tell me the answer earlier?

"After all, didn't you just want to hear it soon, did you? Fine. I have three measures in place to win on the Eastern Front. I can't use one anymore."

"I wonder why. He said he hasn't even seen the area yet."

'Cause you're thinking of integrating the two fronts.'

Answers emanating from that Calowyn mouth.

Having heard of it, Yui immediately upwards modifies his assessment of the person in front of him.

"... I'm sorry about that. But I see. That sounds like a quick conversation with you."

"I hate trouble, just like someone else. So I'm going to talk basic policy now, so I was wondering if you could do an addition because of this. Otherwise, it's really just gonna be a hassle twice."

To put it that way, Calowyn began to tell the strategic concept on the Eastern Front.

When Yui hears that, smiling contentedly, he makes one big fix that is enough to extinguish Calowyn.

A hero with a frightening commander and a lonely look on his face.

Between the two of them here, the policy of the battle against Turkmenistan was set.
