Unnamed Memory

Cracking Cage 04

A woman's white finger moves on the board.

A ram to be slapped. The pawn figure floated blue and white accordingly.

A lion with a sword moves on a black board.

A hand that will be a link between the battle stations. Tinasha waited for his opponent to move.

The emperor sitting face to face smiles when he sees a beautiful pawn lined up.

"Hit the odd. Don't be afraid of bad hands."

"I like it and I'm not hitting it. I just don't have any other hands to hit."

"But would Radhik be a good pawn?

Named the man who is not present on this occasion, Tinasha raises her eyebrows. The petal-like lips were slightly distorted.

She leaves her body toward the board on her back abusively. Looking up. Dark eyes captured the caged ceiling.

The voice of a beautiful woman pours down into the field.

"Are you okay with that? I'm not stopping you."

On a stationary plate.

The emperor, who was found on the pawn, raised his face. Deepen the wrinkles and gaze.

I didn't know you cared.

"I don't care. I just wondered what you were thinking."

The emperor stretched his fingers like dead branches onto the board before the woman who wouldn't move while looking up.

A pawn of a knight with a sword slips without sound and waves its sword down towards the Lady Pope on her knees.

A crushing sound that resembles a splash of vitreous. To the lost pawn, Tinasha exhaled thinly.

Slowly changing war situations. An unbalanced sword. The emperor turns his eyes like a supernatant.

"I'm not thinking about it. I just enjoy competing for pawns like this."

"A pawn would be a good nuisance"

"Would it be each other?

The woman laughs at the spicy allegations.

The emperor closed his eyes and twitched.

"Come on, move the pawn, witch of change. - Soon the curtain of doom will open."

The clock needle does not return.

The woman who knows it well looks down at the pawn with cold eyes.

And Tinasha stretched out her thin fingers and cut the knight's neck with her lion.

Though not since I met Lord Radik face to face in the birdcage, the Alphas no longer have the perfect summons order to the birdcage.

I didn't report upstairs that I saw a scattered stray quote, Radik - maybe that's affecting me, maybe not.

It's just that Radhik, who bought the nobles' unhappiness, was suddenly recalled, that the Imperial Capital is messing with wonder, and that something seems to be moving in and around the court.

Alphas figured it out, but I don't want to get involved.

I don't want the nobles to get involved in a fight.

That was his honesty, and it just seemed the same about the birdcage woman.

In his original assignment, Alphas, who was involved in manned troop exercises, listens to several stories whenever he meets Curtis or Kestner.

It was all about the great but quiet movement in relations between the nobles and the massive troop adjustments from the imperial to the western bases, as well as the discomfort of some of the press outlets in direct contact with the military, all of which showed "a different intent", which Alphas himself felt somewhat daily.

On an overlapping holiday morning, Kestner, who now belongs to the communications unit, blurs his tea in his hand at the usual cafe.

"Damn, the aristocrats are useless and angry. It's not at a level where civilians don't know the truth about the war. I'm in a war, and I see nothing."

Alphas smiled bitterly at his breathing friend.

Because Curtis is not here today, there are no people to give him water that is out of the question.

For that reason, he had heard Kestner complain alone earlier that his manager had not contacted him at all as necessary.

Drinking aromatic brown tea, Kestner throws up bitterly.

"In the end, all they see is as much as they want to see. Isn't it easy to manipulate from the top? If you let your rights trick you, tickle your pride, you'll move quickly."

"That's what it was originally like. Even if you expect a decent decision, you'll just see this one stupid."

"There are a few things that would make it more expensive and more efficient if we could sweep them away..."

"It's a story that can't even be painted. If I can do that, I'll be easier to move."

Just kidding. Alphas said, reaching for the menu on the table.

It is time for the holidays to be near noon. I was thinking of adding some snacks.

But Kestner, watching it, opened his mouth. Squeeze with a voice without discouragement.

"You, what if you really do it?

"Yeah? What is that?"

"No..."

Kestner mumbled his teeth as if he had noticed something.

Alphas looks round his eyes and sees his friends. When I noticed that gaze, Kestner shook the first time.

"Nothing. Forget it now."

"What's up? Now."

"It's just like a rumor. I'll tell you when I'm clear. - If that story is true, I'd be comfortable with you."

I have no idea what you're talking about.

But even if Alphas looked surprised, Kestner didn't try to say anything more.

To the attitude of suspicious friends, Alphas feels like "purposefulness" is eroding right next to us.

A little bit of discomfort pushing me from all over the place.

But it would also be obvious sooner or later if friends were involved.

That's how Alphas cleared up at this time and moved on to another topic.

But then, three days after Kestner and I broke up, our friend moved to the base west of Teito with a sudden reassignment - and Alphas couldn't know what was going to spread in the back until the "time" arrived.

She stands in a dark space.

What white barefoot treads on is merely a fiction, not even a concept.

Tinasha moves forward step by step with her thin feet so that she can make the roundabout.

A dagger in your right hand. The black blade emitted a glow as if it were wet. The witch raises her chin and looks to what lies ahead.

"I'll be there soon. I'll have it back."

No reply to the declaration in a suppressed voice. That does not come back as words or voices.

What was there was just a will like a wave, and for Tinasha it was not much different from the remnants that covered the continent.

A witch who has degenerated from a person and become a curse puts a black blade in front of her face.

The current situation, where negotiations have already broken down and all we have to do is clash.

When she closed her eyes, she silently smashed the place of encounter.

When I opened my eyes, the first thing I saw was a man's hand stretched out towards me.

Tinasha waves his hand away by magic without moving his body.

Rejected by the power of invisibility, Radik withdrew his hand in surprise. A slight anger crosses the man's expression.

When she woke up from the couch, she wiped her forehead sweat with her hands.

"Don't touch me. I might kill you next time."

"Sleep in my room and I'll say it often."

"I gave it to you with your care."

The man who called her to his residence, reluctant to talk secretly in a birdcage, heard it and now it is time to manifest his frustration.

Stretches out to her at an unacceptable rate that her forged arm prevents.

Tinasha's thin neck and jaw, Radhik's hand was in his hand unlike any other.

The man looks down silently like a work of art. A boneless index finger stroked her as she crawled through her neck muscle, and a whisper of heat broke out.

"He's about to break his neck right away."

"Try it. I gave you my advice."

A response as if you were not interested.

Radhik let go of the lack of temperature. Returning to the table behind you, I grab a glass of liquor.

"You want a drink, too?

"I don't need it. If you have more to say than that, go ahead."

"Ready"

Words heralding a turning point for both sides.

to that word, but Tinasha just replied softly, "Really?"

Radhik glances over several pieces of paperwork placed on the table. But he immediately threw them into a plate of vitreous glass. It brings the candlestick flames closer and burns everything without hesitation.

Tinasha had a faceless view of that sight in the window at night, but when she breathed small, she opened her mouth.

"You can leave my plans unchanged, can't you?

"Oh. No one else can do that. Don't take the wrong time."

"I'm not willing to do more than I planned. Don't fail."

I'll live up to your expectations.

Tinasha laughs bitterly at a man full of arrogant confidence.

But she stood up from the couch without saying anything about what she thought.

Thin as it may break, but standing with a visible core through it. Radhik often falls in love with the figure of a resolute girl.

Tinasha cluttered up her messy hair.

"As long as you fulfill my hopes - let me give you a little help."

What the dark eyes conceive in the depths is empty.

In a void that only echoed the voice of those who peeped in, the man looked up.

"You... what the hell?

Root awe.

It's like a child fearing the night, like a man fearing God.

When heterogeneous, the woman pointed out directly closes her eyes and smiles.

Tinasha returned the inquiry.

"Do you want something called eternal raw?

An inquiry similar to placing a mirror that mirrors itself, before a human being.

Radhik frowned, only shuddering "You're interested," as he explored the inside of the unfamiliar woman.

That day, Alphas received an abrupt call from the court.

I wonder if they called me to a birdcage. Not so. He was called to the hall of sight in the back of the court.

A magnificent room where I stepped in for the first time. Called to the throne in the deepest part, he goes before the emperor as he hides his inner doubt.

Why was a man like himself, not a nobleman, nor a general, suddenly allowed to stop by the emperor?

I only have one idea. Alphas remembered what was happening in the birdcage with a single emotion.

The approaching throne. The old emperor sitting there sees Alphas approaching with a decaying and withering body, but incomprehensible to the rest.

When he was young, the wise and known ruler was sinking himself into a lavish chair, wrapped in decadence with a slightly perverted presence from the sharpness of those days.

When Alphas kneels before the throne, the emperor laughs in a squeamish voice.

"Are you here?"

"Ha..."

"Take the weapon. You are an important pawn in the protection of the knots."

That was immediately an unintelligible word.

Alphas is forced to keep all his arms as his master sees them.

But when the old emperor looked to the man standing beside him, those weapons were immediately offered to him by the hand of his squire.

Without knowing what is going on, Alphas rearms with the emperor's consent.

The emperor watching it leaked a creeping laugh as if to see an interesting taste.

"It's already begun. How far can he go? It's a good sight."

- Who is he?

I wanted to hear it, but it is impossible for my subordinates to speak without permission.

Alphas was instructed by a police officer to move to the halfway point between the entrance to the hall and the throne. I don't know anything. Just wait "then".

Silence that goes across the hall.

Everything irreplaceable was buried within the landscape of a rigid empire.

But then, from nowhere, an alarm starts to sound that informs us of the emergency.

Unstoppable sound to the ear obstruction.

It was the beginning of an event that greatly altered the history of the Empire, the sound of a bell announcing a turning point, a rush to shake heavily on the board.
