After exploring the hidden room, navigate to the room where the object is displayed.
It's not a hidden room, it's in the middle of a passageway without any freaks, and even if you look at the buried point, it's only visible on the ground.
Sisha was sniffing around, but he couldn't find a trace of what was buried.
