Serina, Miona, and Helena didn’t waste any more time in the city.

The moment they learned what had happened, the three immediately headed toward Damian’s temporary base.

By the time the wooden walls finally came into view, Miona was already looking increasingly irritated. "There are scouts fucking everywhere."

Helena had noticed them too. Several presences were hidden throughout the surrounding forest, clearly watching the newly established [Forbidden Immortal Harem] from a distance.

"Don’t bother with them," Helena said bluntly. "They’re observing, not attacking."

Miona clicked her tongue. "For now."

The three entered the base without resistance.

Damian was sitting outside the main house with Cassandra, Cynthia, Linsey, and Evelyn when he noticed them approaching.

His eyebrows immediately rose. "Oh?"

Linsey turned around and instantly brightened. "Helena! You’re back already?"

Cassandra glanced toward Serina and Miona, immediately noticing their expressions. "Hmm. Judging from those faces, I’m guessing revenge didn’t go smoothly."

Before anyone could explain anything, Helena marched straight toward Damian. "What the hell happened here?"

Damian blinked. "Hello to you too."

Helena pointed toward the forest behind her. "The nearest city is packed with factions, there are scouts crawling around this entire place, and apparently everyone thinks we’re sitting on a King Grade treasure."

Linsey awkwardly scratched her cheek.

Cassandra immediately laughed. "Oh, that."

Helena slowly turned toward her. "That?"

Cassandra leaned comfortably against the wall and began explaining everything.

"We spread a few rumors; some arrogant young master named Kaiven showed up with a Nascent Soul elder, Linsey beat the young one, I beat the old bastard, Evelyn poisoned them, and then we stripped them before throwing them outside town."

Helena stared at her.

Cassandra casually shrugged. "Pretty normal day."

Miona’s mouth opened slightly. "That’s your definition of fucking normal?"

Cassandra grinned. "For us? Increasingly."

Helena closed her eyes and rubbed her forehead. "I leave for a few days..."

Damian pointed toward Cassandra. "In my defense, most of that happened because of them."

Cynthia immediately looked at him. "You were the one who wanted attention."

Damian paused. "...Okay, partially my fault."

Linsey laughed.

Damian finally looked toward Serina and Miona again, and his playful expression faded slightly. "Anyway, enough about our problem."

He leaned forward. "You two said you weren’t coming back until your revenge was finished."

Both sisters’ expressions immediately darkened.

Damian glanced between them before looking toward Helena. "So why are all three of you back already?"

Helena’s expression became serious. "Because their situation isn’t remotely as simple as we thought."

The mood around the group immediately changed.

Damian narrowed his eyes. "Explain."

Helena crossed her arms. "The person they were investigating knew something about their parents’ deaths. Apparently, their parents weren’t killed because they offended someone or possessed some treasure."

Serina quietly continued, "We were the reason."

Damian turned toward her.

Serina’s fingers tightened slightly. "The people responsible were searching for us. They called Miona and me the Twin Keys."

Damian’s expression changed.

Miona cursed quietly. "We don’t even know what the hell that means."

Helena continued, "And before we could learn more, an assassin killed the informant."

Damian’s eyes sharpened. "Cultivation?"

Helena blurted out, "High Golden Core."

She paused before continuing, "And judging by the organization behind him, there’s a very real chance they have Nascent Soul cultivators too."

Silence followed.

Damian leaned back slowly. "I see..."

His gaze moved between the two sisters. "No wonder you came back."

Miona crossed her arms defensively. "Don’t get the wrong idea. We didn’t give up."

Damian gave her a flat look. "I didn’t say you did."

Serina glanced toward him.

Damian’s usual grin gradually returned, though there was far less humor behind it now. "You just discovered your revenge is way more expensive than expected."

Miona blinked. "Expensive?"

Damian stood up. "Yeah."

He cracked his neck. "Which means you came back to the right bastard."

Before Miona could respond, Evelyn suddenly raised one hand and turned toward the surrounding forest.

Her pale eyes sharpened as she focused on several rapidly approaching auras. "Quiet. Food incoming."

Damian followed her gaze, his lips curling upward almost immediately. "More? Damn, greed really does work faster than advertising."

"Several Golden Cores," Evelyn replied calmly.

She paused for a moment before adding, "Four Nascent Souls."

Cynthia gave Damian a flat look. "You sound far too happy about that."

"I am," Damian replied with a grin.

Damian was already rubbing his hands together when his attention suddenly shifted toward Helena.

Unlike everyone else, she was obviously in a terrible mood.

Her trip with Serina and Miona had turned into a mess involving murdered parents, mysterious Twin Keys, and assassins, only for her to return and discover Damian had somehow attracted half the surrounding region to their doorstep.

Damian grinned. "Helena, you look like you really need to hit something."

Her eyebrow twitched. "What gave you that impression?"

He casually pointed toward the approaching cultivators. "Perfect timing, then. Why don’t you go let some of that frustration out? Consider it free therapy."

Miona snorted while Serina covered a faint smile.

Cassandra stood up beside them, crimson-black eyes already gleaming with anticipation. "Go ahead. For those Nascent Soul cultivators among them, leave those bastards to me."

Helena stared toward the forest for several seconds before letting out a long breath. "Fine."

Her storage ring flashed, and the enormous [Titan Mountain Cleaving Axe] appeared in her hands.

The King Grade weapon struck the ground with a heavy BOOM, cracking the earth beneath her boots as dense Earth Qi rolled outward.

Miona’s eyes widened slightly.

Serina’s reaction was quieter, but even she couldn’t hide her surprise at the weapon’s oppressive aura.

Helena rested the massive axe across one shoulder. "Honestly, I was already irritated enough dealing with these two idiots and their ridiculous problem."

"Oi!" Miona immediately snapped.

Helena completely ignored her. "Now I come back and find Master has somehow turned this place into an even bigger fucking mess."

Damian raised one finger. "Technically, it’s a profitable mess."

Helena slowly turned toward him.

Damian lowered his finger. "...I’ll shut up."

Linsey covered her mouth, desperately holding back laughter.

"Good." Helena stared at them.

She turned toward the forest again as her Earth Qi surged more violently around her. "Because right now, I really need to hit something."

Cassandra laughed darkly and fell into step beside her. "Hehehe... now that’s the spirit."

As the two women headed toward the entrance, Damian glanced at Serina and Miona with a shameless smile. "Welcome back."

Miona stared at him like he was insane. "You people are completely fucking crazy."

Damian nodded proudly. "Yeah."

He gestured toward her collar. "You’ll fit in perfectly."
