Finally, we came to the roots of the Spirit Tree.

Like a moss square, a forest of ancient trees was suddenly cut off around a spiritual tree, an empty space with low back-length weeds.

I look up at the trunk of a spiritual tree that grows far upwards. The expression "grown" doesn't apply anymore. It stood up, what a more existential word, big enough.

I wonder how long it would take me to try to circle around the trunk. The polar roots are also sticking out of the ground and crawling, so it's going to cost a lot.

"So, what are we doing here?

Ask Mistral, who looks up at the Spirit Tree just like me.

I wonder if even Mistral still finds the Spirit Tree awesome.

"Well... I can't believe I'm walking around the trunk"

"Yeah, around this trunk!?

I'm a little drawn to the situation I've been thinking about. 'Cause if you just think about it, it's gonna be hard over time, but when you actually go around, it's gonna take your strength and your time.

"Really, really?

"It's true, it's true."

Mistral to say it out loud.

"I wonder if you came here to circle around the trunk"

"No. To find what we're looking for."

"What are you looking for?"

"Come on, I guess that depends on Ernea"

Well, what does it mean to be up to me? I've never been here before, and of course I've never been here to drop anything.

"In the meantime, I'll be there."

I don't mind my doubts, Mistral walked out.

I rush after him.

"While walking, let me know if you ever wondered anything. For example, I'm worried about the skin of the trunk around there, or I'm worried about the branches."

I am most concerned about the situation that I don't understand. Though I thought so, I let my gaze swim as I walked with Mistral to see if anything bothered me.

... Nothing in particular bothers me.

I wonder if I have to worry about it.

"Does Mistral come here often?

I talk to Mistral because I think it comes to me mentally that I just walk.

I thought you'd be mad at me if I didn't talk to you and look for something to worry about, but Mistral answered without looking like he cared about my clutter.

"I guess this is the second time I've been here, too. I came here once with a caregiver from a previous generation."

"Yeah. You've hardly even been here in Mistral? I knew this was a great place."

"Right. This is a particularly sacred place because it is the backbone of a spiritual tree. You can't come without Ong's permission."

We had a rare look around and continued our walk. [M]

Holy place? I think the air is really clear. I also feel overwhelming signs of spiritual trees on my side, and I feel harsh.

The temple where the Luiseinees are also feels sacred, but it's kind of artificial over there. I wonder if a stone temple will come into the unconscious realm that people's hands are in.

But this place feels really sacred. It makes me feel like I should never coarsely phase here.

"Even Mistral still feels sacred here."

"Yeah, of course. The square where Ong is also feels sacred, but this place is more special. It feels filled with the life force of a spirit tree and, above all, a clear dragon pulse."

"Heh. I knew this was a great place."

I kind of take a deep breath.

This place feels more like a clear air of early morning, dust-free time.

Take a deep breath and it becomes very clear.

"Last time Mistral came here, what did he come to do?"

"Same as you are now. Looking for something."

"Mm-hmm. I've never lost anything here. [M] Is this where you find what you lost?

"Hehe. No. In the meantime, trust your instincts and look for something to feel."

Smiling at me twisting my neck, Mistral moves on.

"I work with you, but your instincts are more important than anything else."

"My intuition is more important than Mistral's intuition?

"Yes."

It makes me wonder if I'm more important than Mistral, who's all better than me.

I have been enjoying the conversation with Mistral ever since, looking up and down. Look at the thick roots of the spiritual tree, stare at the skin of the trunk, gaze at the branches far above. Sometimes I took a walk looking towards the woods of ancient trees.

I'm supposed to be walking quite a distance, but I enjoyed my conversation with Mistral, and I didn't feel so fatigued when filled with the sacred atmosphere of the Spirit Tree.

And there was nothing that bothered me, and as I walked to myself, I felt a sign, near my ear, that it was a soft wind.

This was just a square where the sesame grass grew, except for the spiritual trees, so the occasional cool, clear winds were blowing. But when I felt something different from the wind, I stopped.

I wonder what. I thought something had stopped me.

Mistral notices a change in my condition, and she stops by my side, too.

Fluffy.

There was another sign of something.

I turn my gaze to anyone who cares.

Spirit tree trunk, thick roots extending from it. There was a tiny tree growing in the open place of the haystack that lay ahead.

Compared to spiritual trees, there is not as much presence as seedlings.

A few leaves at the end of a few branches. There were two cute twigs tangled in the roots.

"Mistral, that"

I pointed to the little tree. [M]

Mistral pointing her gaze towards my finger. And she gave a surprised look.

"There was a young tree... and I looked around, but I didn't even notice it."

Besides, Mistral walks to the young tree. I'm with you.

"This is exactly the young tree of the spirit tree. I've never seen it before."

Me and Mistral came by the young tree and gave in and looked seriously at the young tree.

It's only about the length of my back to my chest I gave in, little tree. I guess the trunk is thinner than my arm. If a strong breeze blows off a branch, it's going to break. A few leaves were desperately clinging to the branches and they were cute.

"Intuition bothered you about this young tree?

"Hmm."

I wonder if it's intuition. I don't feel confident right now.

"I felt something fluffy in my ear. So, when I saw who cared, I had this."

To my vague expression, but Mistral nodded as sure.

"Yes, that's fine. But I can't believe you found something like this."

Mistral looked at me with emotion alternately.

"Now, let's take this home"

"Yeah. Eh. You're taking this home?

Are you cutting such cute little trees and taking them home? Po, I'm sure you'll break it? To my surprise, Mistral blows out.

"I'll dig up the roots and take them home. Besides, we can't grow any more of these young trees here, so it's better for her to take them home."

"Don't you grow up here?

"Yes, because there are spiritual trees here. All nourishment and dragon veins are sucked up by the Spirit Tree, and this child's share is gone."

"Really?"

nutrient combination. I felt the harshness of nature's stewardship in the mother tree, which I would not condone if they were to grow in my own territory.

"Well, let's dig it up and take it home"

Mistral nodded at my determination and the two of us began to dig the dirt around the young trees.

The dirt is so soft, I'm glad my hands didn't hurt even when I was digging with my bare hands.

Digging a little deeper, the tip of the root appeared.

Then Mistral pulls through the young trees with the soil around the roots and the intertwined twigs.

"Ernea will undo the dirt she dug."

Say it. Mistral takes off his jacket.

Wow. I panic. Why are you suddenly taking it off? I'm gonna have trouble finding a place for my eyes.

I panic away from my gaze, I pretend to look at you.

"Ernea"

Mistral's cold eyes match my gaze.

"He's a boy."

A bitter mistral.

"haha"

I laugh bitterly, too.

Mistral took off his jacket, but he was wearing something else inside. It was time to get hot, so I thought I only wore one jacket.

I felt a little sorry for myself, but I guess I'm glad I didn't have trouble doing the eye job. Let's not think deeply about what's unfortunate.

I get back on my mind and start filling in the holes I dug.

Mistral was dampening the water left in the water bottle on his undressed jacket and wrapping it around the roots of the young tree.

When we finish working with each other, we go home.

The young tree was being carried around by Mistral with care.

Honestly, I'm relieved.

'Cause when I say young trees, there's even dirt on the roots. Other than that, you think it's heavy. I feel like I was frustrated along the way.

Even though Mistral is a woman, I think she has a sorry heart, but Mistral of the Dragon Nation obviously has more power, doesn't he?

Mistral smiling gently at the look on my sorry face.

"This time, well. Leave it to me. Be a man you can count on in the future."

My soul was saved by a smiling mistral. [M] One day, I'm sure, you'll be a fine man to count on Mistral.

With determination, I returned to the woods of ancient trees with my bare hands.

and cheeks.

"Ho. I don't know if I'll ever find a young tree in a spirit tree again."

When Mistral and I made our report back to Moss Square, Old Sleighsta had his eyes round.

Even old Sleighsta was surprised.

As Mistral placed the young tree in front of Old Sleighsta, Old Sleighsta narrowed her eyes with interest, keeping her face close and staring seriously.

"Uuuuuuuuu"

"Oh, oh, what are you doing"

"Wow."

If you think you're staring, you old man. I suddenly breathed like a storm in a young tree.

A young tree blown like a twig by a blast. I flew all the way to the edge of the woods.

Me and Mistral rush to pick up the baby tree.

"Ka. You two seem to be getting along."

Nor did he seem concerned about me and Mistral's panic, and Old Sleighsta laughed happily when he saw how we were doing.

Not if you're laughing in many ways.

Me and Mistral rushing over to the young trees to protect them.

I'm glad you're okay. There was no scratch on the young tree. Not a single leaf is missing. The roots are safe. Other than that, you're a strong kid.

I take the young tree and head back to the square.

"Ernea, if you put the baby tree down, leave for today."

Mistral was also pulling out a pitch-black single-handed stick as he returned to the square.

"No, not at all. Don't make an early point. If we talk about it, we'll know."

I panicked and fluttered my forelegs, Old Sleighsta, who could be a wolf.

You deserve it. That's right. I was looking at Old Sleighsta with white eyes, too.

I mean, I can't go home without Sleighsta's old space transfer.

"Ong, transfer Ernea first. Then we'll discuss it carefully."

Mistral says, tapping the tip of a thorny one-handed stick often with one hand.

Oh, yeah.

Old Sleighsta has a pulled face and still honestly begins to brainstorm about forwarding me.

After I put the baby tree a little further away, the spatial transfer was activated.

I am enveloped in a dazzling golden light. [M]

Before closing my eyes with glare, I could only see a little bit of old Sleighsta and an impending mistral trying to escape.

... Let's not just piss off Mistral.

In the light, I was determined.
