We Live in Dragon’s Peak

Seeking legendary golden potatoes

Every night over, the snow falls deeper. The temperature dropped day by day, and I am reminded that I was really sorry that I was trembling in the early winter.

But right now, I can't beat the cold.

Before the sun rose, I routinely made the days of snowflakes mixed with the men of the village.

At first my arms hurt or my back hurt, it didn't help me at all, but when I learned how to use my powers, I could move quite a bit.

But I didn't know the snow was so heavy.

Drop the accumulated snow on the roofs of the houses and pay for the snow in the square.

When you're suffering from generalized muscle pain, you can pay for it all with dragon surgery. What an evil idea.

But I actually started taking part in snowflake work, and I gradually started to realize it.

This is also training. Without relying on dragon chi, the men advance and snowflake to build their own flesh.

If I work hard this past winter, can I be a muscle thief like the Zans?

When I told the Mistrals that, for some reason, there was a snowflake restraining order.

Why not?

I didn't know what that meant, so I keep going, but I don't like the women.

I want to do my best for the village, don't I?

"That's about enough for today"

At Zan's behest, this morning's snowflake work is over.

From now on, the women of the village will come out and get ready for breakfast.

I've been working one in the morning and I'm hungry, but I had a little more time by breakfast.

So I decided to go for another morning walk with Zan, which has become another recent routine.

Me and Zan go outside the village side by side.

Through the small woods, through the places where the grounddragons finally began to build their nests and live, into the mountains.

Zan walks by melting the snow around him, even though he doesn't even let out flames.

Why is that convenient?

I follow the path Zan has melted and made from behind.

"Are we still going on a tour of the Dragon Forest today?

"Yeah. Most of the undelivered are gone now."

Thanks to the warriors and warcraft of the Ear Elders, the incompetents of the dragon forest, which had spread for a time, were swept away.

Those who were plotting evil quickly gave up their wickedness in the woods, frightened by the relentless security of the dragon forest folks.

Anyway, neither the Warcraft nor the Ear Elder Warriors condone it.

Warcraft does not consider life or death when capturing the undelivered. When I'm with you, I deal with it by hitting my body, but other than that, I peel out my fangs and nails.

They have witnessed many times in the Wang capital how adventurers who have been bitten off a thousand arms or deeply wounded in their legs escape from the woods.

Neither will the warriors of the Ear Elders condone the wicked as part of their protection of the forest. I'll put in a warning for once, but the end of those who ignored it was set.

Apparently, when a forest guard formed of people tries to enter the forest in the morning, bodies are sometimes piled up at the entrance to the forest.

Neither the Ear Elder nor the Warcraft will be tempted for the reason that the Reachers are of the same race as me. They only recognize people as one of many other species in the first place.

The only perception is that anyone who tries to be evil in the dragon forest will be dealt with without a clue, including death.

Adventurers and skilful people who were mistaken for me communicating with the Warcraft or being close to the Ear Elders living in the Dragon Forest recognised how strict the protection of the Dragon Forest is.

There is also a reach from the country, and now few people do evil in the dragon forest as they did before the commotion.

"It's like routine now, I guess. I train in moss squares, but not all day. Dragon Peak can't play with the snowy scenery as you can see, so we're touring with everyone in the Dragon Forest."

"Winter on Dragon Peak is going to do nothing."

The number of visitors to Mistral villages has also recently fallen dramatically. So much so that only those who can fly in the sky with human dragonization or attributes that do not take snow for granted will visit. It seems that the Dragon Nation villages dotted all over Dragon Peak as they are will spend the winter in isolation.

I also stopped seeing too many flying dragons. The grounddragons are all sleeping together until the sun rises.

This is the winter of Dragon Peak. That's tough. I keep walking, thinking.

"With that said, Zan knows what a golden potato is?

"What, are you into it?

Ask my question back without stopping. [M]

"Yeah. Actually, the Great Elder of the Ear Elders is down."

"What!?

Zan looks back in surprise at my words.

I can't believe Zan reacted like this. It's weird that you didn't react to golden potatoes, but you reacted to grandmothers of other races.

"To Master Yuri, I took care of her when she was little. I've been to play with Mistral many times."

"Uh, yeah, you are."

Imagine a young Zan walking through the dragon forest holding hands with Mistral and going to visit the village of the Ear Long clan, his heart became dusty.

"Don't make me sick imagine, okay?

"Pfft. Let's hear it later from Mistral."

"Elnea, they want to be burned, don't they?

"Hih, help!

A flame lit Zan's fist, and I rushed into the snow.

"So, how's Master Yuri doing?

Return to Zan who shows concern, in peace.

"You seem a little tired of the commotion during this time, don't you? They were making me deal with a giant demon king..."

"Isn't that your fault?

"Ugh. No. It's Grandpa's fault."

"Well, I don't care about the responsibility around it. Speak first."

"Yeah. So, he said he fell asleep with tiredness and the cold here these days. But they told me that if I ate something that cheered me up, I'd recover again soon."

"So it's golden potatoes."

"Yes!"

When I heard from Mr. Carley that Grandma Yuri had fallen, I was surprised and worried, too. But Grandma is old and full of energy, and she gets better soon after she falls asleep occasionally.

Grandma's life expectancy never comes before my life expectancy, the ear elders laughed at me.

Same goes for old Sleighsta, but I don't know what it's like to have a long-lived person...

Whatever it was, I was relieved to hear that Zan wasn't the only one who would feel better if he was at ease and eating even something delicious.

And Mistral told me about it last night.

They have golden potatoes native to Dragon Peak.

You think it's very, very sweet and nutritious?

But cultivation is very difficult, and we have to look for something native. And the golden potatoes, they're hard to find.

"The golden potatoes can certainly be done this time of year. But as you can see, Dragon Peak is buried in the snow. It's hard to find it covered in snow without knowing where it's native."

"That's right. So I was wondering if you knew where Zan was native."

"Right. A golden potato..."

The way you think, Zan. But I didn't get a good response.

"If you can find it, don't be a tribute to Master Yuri. But more importantly, a golden potato. I just have to look for it myself."

"Right. You don't even know Zan. I wonder if anyone else seems to know?

"Speaking of knowing, about a tribal chief or a few traveling lovers"

"I'll ask you when I get back. Thanks."

The golden potato is also a specialty of Dragon Peak. Some people walk around Dragon Peak during the winter for that. But you don't think it's that easy to find?

But I'm not giving up.

For Grandma's sake, I'll try my best to find it.

As I finished my walk with Zan and went back to the village, I figured out how to find him.

But I couldn't find a good idea for my shallow knowledge.

Then you are, aren't you? Even though I don't know enough about Dragon Peak, there's no way I can just figure out where the legendary golden potatoes are native somewhere in there.

"So, Niemia. Nice to meet you."

"Hang in there."

"Good luck with that."

"Ernso, Ernso."

Thus the Golden Potato Expedition was formed.

Having finished breakfast, the expedition quickly boarded Niemia's back.

"Please go with care. Don't push it. And be back by dinner at night."

That's what Mistral told me, and our expedition flies into the cold sky.

A cold wind stabbed my skin froze my cheeks only for a moment. But soon, Niemia's protection soothes the cold.

After all, my technique of protection was not yet complete. [M]

"Which way should I go?

"Over there."

"Over here, over here"

Priscia and Ares point in separate directions and Niemia rings in a troubled voice. The three of us laugh at that.

"I asked Mr. Koa, the chief of the tribe. Golden potatoes are often native to gentle slopes."

"Nah. Then we'll find the slope."

"Hang in there, Niemia!

"If I find it, I'll just split it up a little bit for you, okay?

"Sushi, sushi, sushi"

"Horrible, terrible..."

Niemia rang again at Priscia's harsh reward terms.

"Let's all eat the rest we took to Grandma's visit"

"Big Grandma, I'm sure you'll love it"

I was most happy with Priscia saying.

"Naughty."

I didn't know that potato digging, which I promised Priscia properly in the spring, would take place in this way.

I look down on the view of Dragon Peak as it flows under my eyes, hoping it will be a fun potato dig.

Whether you look right or left, snow. Snow.

Bright white stained Dragon Peak brings cold scenery into view.

Strong winds running up the surface snow, passing through several mountain ranges like white summers.

While flying, Neemia and I searched for a gentle slope like we had heard. And occasionally when I find a place that meets the conditions, I ask Niemia to descend.

Down on the snow, Niemia dug snow like a dog and searched for golden potatoes.

But I can't find it.

It's precious because even if you know the habitat conditions, you can't find it, and it's going to be a specialty.

Look for it with guts.

But I still can't find it.

Me and Neemia were searching hard, but you got tired of me on the way, and Priscia cuddled up with Ares and fell asleep.

You're the one who's only gonna split it a little bit if you find it, aren't you?

Priscia's childlike behavior made me and Neemia laugh rather than get angry.

"I did."

Then Ares, who was cuddling and sleeping with Priscia, shrugged so.

"Down?"

"Naughty."

When I was a young girl, I was speechless in a young tone. But I know exactly what Ares is talking about.

"Neemia, there's something down there."

"But not a gentle slope."

"You're telling me about the dirt."

"Oh, you had that hand!

I see Priscia sleeping warmly in front of me.

There was a final weapon here from the beginning.

I wonder why you didn't notice.

The earth is well known to the Spirit of the earth.

Looking for golden potatoes over the snow from above is a tricky move. But the ground is a good place for earthy spirits. If you did Priscia's dirt spirits a favor, I wonder if it would have been easy to find...

Niemia lands where she is told. And when I dug deep snow, I did.

Under the snow, leaves with loess were spreading.

Cold winter. Surprised by plants living powerfully under cold snow.

"Priscia, you're digging potatoes."

"Whoa. Amazing."

Priscia, who was asleep until just now, jumped off Niemia well.

Niemia takes a break. Get smaller and indulge over Priscia's head.

"This is Mr. Potato?

"Yeah. If you pull through the jar, Mr. Potato will come out."

She turned to Niemia, and Ares was protecting us from the cold.

Niemia's been working hard enough, and Ares is protecting us from the cold.

Okay, me and Priscia will do the best for the rest.

Take a strained bamboo on the ground.

With a chilly feel, my hands tingled

"Priscia's got gloves."

"Wow, that's cute. What's the matter with you?

"Well, I got it for the demon king's aunt."

You're not cursed, are you?

Only for a moment, weird thoughts crossed.

No, it's okay. The giant demon king is also drowning over Priscia. Since the launch of the Circuit of the Dragon Forest, recently, I've come a little bit to the moss square to play with Priscia properly.

There's no way such a giant demon king would give you gloves for the curse, is there?

Priscia puts on her muddy gloves and grips the taro.

"Nasty pepper. Come on."

And I desperately pulled the plug.

But I can't pull it out.

You can't pull it out with the power of little Priscia, can you? The potatoes are connected by a bamboo and filled in the ground.

I grabbed both hands and stuck with Priscia. [M]

"Whoa!

Is that it? I can't pull it out at all.

Again, I'll pull a full force.

But I can't pull it out.

"Nasty pepper. Come on."

Pull Priscia's mysterious hanging voice together as she screams.

... I can't pull it out.

"You can't be a muscle thief."

"Gu-ha."

Did you see it, Niemia got giant again, grabbed the twig and pulled it up? Then, as easily as it felt good, the potatoes jumped out of the soil continuously.

Niemia's relentless penetration hurt, but I was impressed by the golden glow that came out of the ground.

Reflecting the glittering white snow light, the golden potato was a few glitters that stabbed the dragon peak in winter.
