I got to the city of Luccos.
It was near the city we followed.
I just needed to work out of town as an adventurer, so I was gonna head over there once.
"Thank you for getting this far!"
Mr. Listina bows her head with a pepper.
"Never mind. Good luck with the play."
"Yes! I'll do my best! Mr. Krua's going to be working, isn't he? Good luck with that."
In the meantime, it's good to have Mr. Listina safely to the city.
And then, let's hope Mr. Krutta can't give us a fling.
"Senior Relius, please don't be impotent?"
"I know, sir"
Listina and Krua looked at this one worryingly.
It's just that I'd rather fight that. There won't be that big a problem.
Break up with the two of you and head outside the city.
I was here until I entered the city by carriage... but it is a terrible situation indeed.
There were a number of tents outside.
The evacuees are gathering here.
There has been no damage in this city so far.
However, the air was heavy because everyone had fled their homeland.
I look at those people and walk away.
"Urgent Requested Adventurers! I'm gonna make a call over here, so you need to get together!
Is it an Alliance employee?
The man had a fairy on his shoulder and a piece of paper.
I also lined up and handed my guild card to the adventurer I was with with the fairy.
The adventurer who was handed the guild card confirmed it before handing it over to me.
The request will now have been formally received.
"All right, you're all here. Let those here act divided by rank! Ask someone from the same party when it comes to detailed work, because we have already organized a party to work with the adventurer who was in it first"
Then, according to each rank, the party is organized.
First of all, the highly-ranked ones seem to be determined to exercise vigilance as far away from the city as possible.
Compared to us, it looks like it's going to be a dangerous role, but so far no one's dead.
Conversely, low-ranking people like me are supposed to be on perimeter alert in this neighborhood.
First the highly-ranked fight the demons around us, then we crusade the demons that have broken through them.
That seems to be the basic flow.
"... Oh, it's Lelius!
I heard a nostalgic voice.
Looking at you, there was a beast man - Mr. Meir - featuring dog ears.
"Isn't that Mr. Meir? What's wrong?"
"I got a request, but I didn't know you were with me."
"Right. Are you alone?"
"Oh. The guys at the party I was working on have a little errand to run. I'm acting different."
"Really?"
"Apparently, it's like a party together"
"Yes, please"
"Well, let's go."
Together with Meir, we head to the party to which we have been assigned.
I've had a lot to talk about, but I'm working now.

The group I'm in has two ranks D and E.
Looks like a four-man party, including us.
After introducing myself, I asked lightly what was going on.
"The demon has never been this far. It's like there's just us."
"Yes, yes. There are other knights besides adventurers.
"That's why it's an easy request. This will give me the right to challenge Rank C."
"Me too! What about Relius?"
Guys, the weather was fine when it came to this request.

Then the merchant seemed harder than us.
I have plans to rendezvous with Mr. Krua later. Shall I ask about your situation then?
Keep it up until the evening. As the seniors said, we never fought demons.
But - it was when the sun went down.
As I was relaxing and talking to the party people, the fierce noise echoed.
That is the sound of a bell announcing an enemy attack.
It's a demon! The demons have appeared!
Adventurers sounded everywhere.
Seeing the sky, many magic had been launched.
It means a demonic raid.
In the meantime, Gong, our party leader, laughed.
"Isn't that unusual? It's our turn."
"Aren't we being hit by the time we get here?"
says Galberossa, Gong's friend.
"Sure. The other adventurers have plenty of time."
"Ma'am, I still have to move. I'm getting paid."
Gon and Galberossa get up laughing.
I checked my sword, too, and I snapped.
"A little worried."
"Whoa. What's up, Lelius?"
"Never before have demons come this far, have they? So that means that's all the demons -- or a lot of them."
"... sure, yeah"
When I said that, Gong and Galberosa also tightened their faces.
"To the extent that you are not too nervous, are you nervous?"
Gong in the lead. We set out to crusade the demons.
