Major General Powter speaks reluctantly to Patrick.

"It's Wyburn, the lieutenant general's servant beast, but I want something landmark to distinguish it from the wild for what if. It's hard to imagine Wyburn coming this far from the East Forest because this is the end of the West, but I can't say enough, and I thought the people would be relieved that there are landmarks."

This title of borderline ambassador, its territory, will in a sense be treated like an autonomous country.
To protect the border, we can use the tax on that territory to cover border security costs. Without paying the country.
And in order to protect the border, it is the title that is allowed to wage war at the discretion of Uncle Border.
The treatment within the State, under the Duke, is considered equivalent to that of the Marquis, but in substance is a great title of authority, because it is like that of the ruler of the State to which it belongs.
The western army fortifications in its territory are also placed under Patrick's control for border security purposes.
Both the king and the prime minister think the war with the empire is close, and Patrick has an idea to train the western army, and he's appointed a borderline ambassador.
"Nothing in particular seems to be the case. I think it's going well."
"I wish I had."
"Um, and then we'll inspect the area and pull it up tomorrow. Speaking of which, where did our wives and knights go?
"The knights seem very tired, so they seem to be resting in their rooms."

And Major General Powter says he cared about Mirko and the others.
"I let you travel comfortably in the sky, but you're weak to be weary."

to Patrick who said. Major General Powter immediately,
