Chapter 1254: The Bloody Kiss
Before long, Xiao Rou’s boyfriend arrived, wearing a simple T-shirt and shorts, with glasses, looking very genteel.
After exchanging greetings, Xiao Rou left with him. Zhou Chengchen watched their departing figures and smiled faintly, "That’s nice."
She turned around and walked further down the street. She hadn’t driven when she left home, and she wasn’t in a rush to return, so she decided to continue walking along the sidewalk.
Three years had passed, and the city of B City had changed rapidly. Although many places still felt familiar, there were indeed many new things.
Zhou Chengchen walked for a while. It was already dark. She looked at the surrounding vehicles, stood by the road, and tried to hail a cab to go home.
Her phone beeped at that moment. Zhou Chengchen glanced down to see a message from Zhou Qi, who had been staying at An Rui’s place for a few days but returned home today, only to find her absent.
Just as Zhou Chengchen replied to the message, a car stopped in front of her, causing her eyes to flicker with slight surprise.
A silver Mercedes, unfamiliar to her yet vividly remembered.
The car door opened, and someone stepped out, walking toward her against the light.
"Waiting for a cab? Let me give you a ride."
Xi Siyan had already opened the passenger door; his face, just as Zhou Chengchen remembered, was still calm and serene.
After a brief daze, Zhou Chengchen couldn’t help but laugh inside. His words were so ordinary, as if they hadn’t parted for three years but just three days.
"No need, there are plenty of taxis."
"I’ll take you."
Without saying much, Xi Siyan calmly repeated his offer.
"No thank you, really."
"You can’t park here long."
Looking at the man in front of her and noticing traffic police seemingly heading their way, Zhou Chengchen frowned, bent down, and got into the car.
Having a chauffeur-driven car? Why not take advantage?
Xi Siyan quickly returned to the driver’s seat, started the engine, and drove away.
All the while, Zhou Chengchen gazed out the window as Xi Siyan drove steadily without the two exchanging a word, slowly continuing along.
As they were nearing the entrance to Lake Bay Villa District, Xi Siyan suddenly turned the steering wheel, pulling over to the side.
Zhou Chengchen immediately frowned, "What are you doing?"
Xi Siyan didn’t respond, instead unfastening his seatbelt, his still expressionless face seemed to be gathering something.
His deep eyes appeared exceptionally bright under the dim car lights.
Suddenly, Xi Siyan leaned over entirely, fingers gripping Zhou Chengchen’s chin, pressing his lips against hers.
Zhou Chengchen’s eyes widened as her mind "buzzed" loudly, going completely blank.
But she quickly snapped out of it, furrowing her brows, and began forcefully pushing and hitting Xi Siyan.
His lips sealed hers tightly, his hands grasping Zhou Chengchen’s wrists, pressing them into the soft seat.
His dominant force was something Zhou Chengchen couldn’t escape; her frantic struggles seemed futile against Xi Siyan.
Zhou Chengchen opened her mouth, biting onto Xi Siyan’s tongue, instantly spreading a metallic taste in their mouths.
She exerted force, yet even so, Xi Siyan didn’t release her.
The taste of blood made her almost nauseous, yet Xi Siyan seemed wholly indifferent.
Only after a long while, when Zhou Chengchen completely gave up resisting, did Xi Siyan finally let her go.
With his chin resting on her shoulder, both of them were panting heavily.
