When She Becomes a Witch

vitreous balls and emeralds

The holiday was a warm day in the sun for December.

After a crowded tram ride, Aoishiro finally arrives in front of Harbor Park, his destination, quickly finds his familiar green hair and heads there.

He seemed to have noticed this one over there, waving.

"Morning, Souzillow!

"Morning, Chloe."

Chloe today always wore a different coat than she sees in school.

The whole thing is a white blank coat, but only on one of the large collars is an embroidery of rose flowers in red and light pink, with the cuffs decorated with scorched brown fur. It was quite an elaborate item.

What I'm wearing inside is a beige dress. A perfectly folded pleated skirt gives a clear impression.

Besides, it must have been tailored with a coat and a white hat and white gloves.

Chloe's outfit is always decent, and I feel good watching and getting here.

"It's already started, and let's go in. It's okay. It's gone."

"Right."

Port park that every two or three months, a large only city (free market) opens.

It is usually the resting place of the islanders. There, today, there are different antiques lined up.

In some cases, neighbors gather together to serve household necessities, but most people who run grocery stores and antiques do.

Because of the location of the harbor district, it is good to have been transported all the way from a foreign country, but it seems that loads that were not clever are sometimes sold here.

Old stationery, empty bottles of glass, empty cans of sweets, used stamps, misaligned dishes, single buttons, old toys, paintings with unknown authors, mysterious figurines......

I feel kind of strange about the sight of those products being arranged under the sun once and for all.

"Come on, stick it out and look for digs. Yikes!

"Hey...... assuming there was an excavation, do you have the means to confirm that fact?

"Ma, that means you believe in your own eyes"

"Fine, but in places like this, 'looking for digs' is like a promise word in a way."

"Yeah, well, you know Souzillo too!

Chloe slaps me in the back with a bunch of antiques and crap in front of her, apparently in an elevated mood. She's pretty powerful, so it hurts a lot.

The venue is too large and the items are too much. It's impossible to take a day to take a closer look around, so the two decided to narrow down what they see to some extent.

The aim is European antique accessories, vintage laces and vintage fabrics.

"Whatever, old demon curse outfits (Magic Dresses) may also be on the market."

"... that's exactly what I've never seen or heard in the Imperial Kingdom."

"Maybe it's about Atlantis being traded on these occasions? Oh, of course, if I buy a demon spell outfit (Magic Dress), I'll have to ask your permission and the International League of Witches, Souzillow."

With a strangely twitchy face, she advises me so.

"... no, I'm not buying it"

It's true that I care a lot, but I don't really want to buy it.

In the "shop" where they line up household necessities, the two met unexpected items.

The middle-aged woman 'shopkeeper' shrugs as she relaxes and rinks the beverage she brings.

"That's right, with the dress that came out when I opened my great-grandmother's closet. I know it's a decent one, but all of this has bug eating, and stains aren't terrible. I'll keep it cheap."

Indeed, she was right, a dress not in very good condition. But it's still fully 'usable'. To be more precise, there is a "usable part".

"This is a good race... now I can't make this anymore..."

"Souzillow, how about this one? You know, this embroidery thing, it's pretty clean."

"Oh, I'd love to keep that safe."

There is something called excavation, somewhere.

And to those who can see, what they can find.

"Souzillow, this race is good stuff too. Could be a Belgian race."

Belgian lace is now a precious hand-woven lace, also known as a yarn gem. If you want to buy something decent, it is naturally an expensive item.

"Keep that secure, I'll be right there to see"

After the morning shopping, the two decided to have a light lunch.

Only the city seems to be a kind of festival.

There were also many food and beverage stalls out on this day when people were coming in large numbers.

"You got a lot of money."

Chloe says satisfactorily, huffing for spiced tea.

Aoshiro nods at the words too and eats the bread he just bought. A sandwich with the name Donnell Kebab, a dish filled with roasted lamb chunks and raw vegetables in a bag of bread.

When bitten, fresh vegetables make a squeaky noise and the meat is flooded with gravy flavoured with spices and salt. This is the type of dish that doesn't leave in boarding houses, but this is delicious.

"Shall we look at some slow accessories after this?"

"Well, I've got a lot of baggage."

Under the feet of two people sitting on a park bench, a bag full of loot, rather than a bag. This bag was brought to me by Chloe. They say these things are mandatory because they cannot be packaged in the city only.

Chloe stood up fine after a beautiful meal of fried potatoes about Kebab.

"Well, I'll dig up some more this afternoon!

Now look for antique accessories and take your time looking around the park.

Some of the products had the correct origins on them, while others made me want to use the word jade stone mixture exactly as it was.

"Cute ladies, why don't we take a look. There's something beautiful in there."

Suddenly, when those words stopped me from turning around - there were all the accessories lined up there.

"Ladies, I'll keep it cheap."

That's what the nagging old man said, turning in the unfired flue.

"Souzillow, let's see"

"... that being said"

I can tell at a glance at this stuff.

A suspicious accessory shop by a suspicious shopkeeper, but lined up with an antique-looking outfit made of vitreous balls.

"How did you see it..."

It's a vitreous ball, the word only came right in front of the store owner.

You can't possibly understand it, Chloe looks at the 'fake' items with curious eyes.

Eventually, I took one brooch.

A brooch fitted with green vitreous, imitating a design that was fashionable around the first half of the nineteenth century.

"Uncle, how much is this?

"Oh, that. Then..."

The amount offered by the store owner is a lot cheaper. It is also an amount that can't be bought 'real' by mistake.

Okay, I'll buy this.

"Thank you for your purchase"

There is no packaging, etc., so Chloe brought it as it was.

The look makes me feel sincerely satisfied.

"... I don't care what you think. It's a glass ball."

"No, I like it."

That's how she squeals, putting the brooch in the sun. The green light spilled over and it was certainly beautiful.

"If you can't believe it, any fine gem is stone. That's what my father said."

Glitter, green light, glitter, downpour.

"Then the other way around, even if it was a green vitreous ball, don't you think it would be an emerald if you believed it?

Glitter, glitter.

Chloe's green eyes also sparkled in the winter sun.

"... I guess so"

Aoshiro shrugged like he was talking to himself.

Believe me, green vitreous balls become emerald - does that really happen?

If there is, it is no longer a miracle beyond magic.

Is there really such a thing?

"Souzillow"

"Mmm."

Aoshiro and Chloe took their bulky baggage and walked out in line again.
