Xu Jun shrieked. His face paled as he practically jumped out of his skin.

Zhang Meng, Huang Mao, and Jia Wen were also dumbstruck, their faces frozen in utter shock.

It all happened too fast. First, the Unihorn Catfish snapped the last three ropes. Then, Chen Chong fell into the water, was pursued, and swallowed whole.

The entire sequence, though it seemed to take an eternity, was over in less than five seconds.

They were still reeling from the Unihorn Catfish breaking free and returning to the water when they witnessed Chen Chong being devoured. For a moment, their minds went blank...
