The next day, Ethereum and Deena headed to Antogal's workshop to coincide with the promised time. I had lunch on the way and then went, so it was about a little past noon, but when I got to the workshop, Antogal was just about to enter.

"Oh, you guys. You're here at the right time. I just got back from the castle, too."

"That's good. So, did you get permission?

"Oh, I can handle it. I just got a few conditions... shall we talk about that inside?"

Antogal nodded at Aotearoa's question, but his expression was rude. Aeta and Deena looked at Antogal's reaction, but Antogal followed him late as he went in first.

When I went to the living room and got to my seat, Antogal prepared me tea just like yesterday.

"Huh, a little calm"

Antogal took a sip of tea and stretched to the couch.

"You look tired. You could have rubbed it in the castle proceedings?

Antogal nodded vaguely as he tilted his neck to Ethereal's question.

"I rubbed it, but you're right that something happened. Let's talk in order."

Antogal said so and then included another sip of tea in his mouth.

"First, I headed to the Royal Castle mine reception desk. Therefore, he applied for permission to enter the mine. They asked me how many of us were going to go, but I answered that until I could go with the three of us."

Aotearoa nodded and urged ahead.

"Normally, this will get you off the permit, pay for the mountain entry fee and get you a pass. That's the way it is, but, uh, the king called me..."

Aotearoa and Deena had narrowed their eyes and looked at Antogal.

"Yes, no, I was surprised, too. I can't believe I'm going to look at it with about a mountaineering application... at the time I went to apply, there was a conversation going up there. Looks like he got a blacksmith's license when he filed."

Antogal rushes to make an excuse that he has no need.

"So, what did the king tell you?

Now Deena asked questions to hear the rest of the story.

"Ah, ah. He was happy that I was motivated, he cared because he was a descendant of a brave man for once. Then again, I got a question about my companion. Are you sure of your prowess? Are you a trustworthy person? Who the hell is that? One question after another."

Antogal has a faint look that reminds me of the look.

"Did you say something there?

Aotearoa's gaze remained harsh and he watched about Antogal.

"Yes, no, all I said was untouched information. A human and elf adventurer, he was shown how to handle weapons but decided he was strong enough. I've decided I can trust you, and the reward is my weapon, so there shouldn't be any back there."

At first it was Antogal who was in a hurry, but he was gradually showing calm because he was confident of what he had told him.

"Well, that's a problem-free way of putting it. I'm not lying, and then I don't have to tell you much about us."

"But then what's the problem? If something happens to you, it doesn't seem like there's a problem."

Aotearoa nodded at Antogal's answer, and Deena returned the question.

"Uh, they asked me to stop by the castle before I went to the mine. So he wants to make sure his companions are strong."

Aotearoa's eyebrows picked up.

"Yes, I'm fine. I said no to that. But on entering the mountain, a knight will be sent from the castle to measure your strength at the entrance. I said no, too, but then they told me I wouldn't allow it..."

"So that's where I'm going to fight them...... ha"

Aotearoa sighed unexpectedly.

"I'm sorry, I don't have any power when it comes to descendants of brave men. I couldn't say anything back if they told me that much."

"Uh, well, never mind. Because it's not you, and if I cared about you, I'd be happy to find out about your companion. I have no choice, do knights behave appropriately?"

Deena raises her hand when Aotearoa says she doesn't seem motivated.

"Can't you leave it to me? Weapons use andain. That would be excellent as a weapon, and it would go well with my magic."

Deena had made a grip with both hands and had motivated her.

"... well, okay. Should I give Andyne to Deena? There won't be any problems now that we're out of the Land of the Beasts, we've changed the pattern decorations."

When Aotearoa took out Andain, she handed it to Deena. When she received it, Deena held it with both hands.

"Andine...... nice to meet you"

Deena was smiling when she said that and was gentle with Andyne.

"Did you hear how many knights are coming? Is the lower end coming, the one there, the general class coming"

"No, I haven't heard that, but it's enough to gauge the strength of those who challenge that mine, so I think it's possible that the knight there... is a general class,"

Antogal said that anxiously. He had not seen Deena's strength, and was even more anxious to be a woman of the adorable courtier herself, even more so.

"Antogal... I'll tell you what, Deena's strong. This guy's brother was pretty good, too, but he said he was more talented than himself."

Not only is Antogal surprised by Aotearoa's words, but so is Deena.

"My brother did that..."

Deena had an unexpected look on her face because she overheard her brother's words.

"Well, I trust you if you say so..."

Still, Antogal's expression was somewhat skeptical.

"Tomorrow, you'll see. I think you'll regret what you just said then. And the king who sent the knights."

Antogal breathed in Aotearoa's confident expression.
